Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara penggunaan metode drill and practice dengan bantuan media audiovisual dan tanpa bantuan media audiovisual pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol secara ilmiah.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi exsperimental dengan bentuk design factorial 2x2. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi Universitas Dehasen Tahun Ajaran 2016-2017 sebanyak 102 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive random sampling yang melibatkan 64 orang Mahasiswa. Data konsentrasi diperoleh melalui lembar observasi dan data keterampilan headstand senam ketangkasan diperoleh melalui tes keterampilan berdasarkan rubrik penilaian senam.Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini digunakan SPSS 16 dengan uji anava 2 jalan taraf signifikan ? =0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan headstand senam ketangkasan yang diajarkan dengan metode drill and practice menggunakan bantuan media audiovisual dan tanpa bantuan media audiovisual, 2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan headstand senam ketangkasan mahasiswa yang memiliki konsentrasi tinggi dan konsentrasi rendah, dan 3) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan dari penggunaan metode drill and practice dan konsentrasi terhadap keterampilan headstand senam ketangkasan. Kata Kunci: Metode Drill and Practice, Konsentrasi dan Keterampilan Headstand Senam Ketangkasan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much students' learning interest in soccer at the State Junior High School in Topos District, Lebong Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Population and sample of State Junior High School students in Topos District, Lebong Regency. The number of students is 30 students. The results of interest in learning football at public junior high schools in the Topos sub-district, Lebong Regency, were categorized as very good, namely 4 people (13%), good category, namely 9 people (30%), and sufficient category, namely 12 people (40%), and poor category, namely 5 people (17%), and the very low category is 0 people (0%). Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the interest in learning football at the State Junior High School in the Topos District, Lebong Regency as a whole is in the sufficient category..

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning of the squat style long jump in fifth grade students of MIS Lubuk Gadis. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of four stages in each step (planning, implementation, observation, and reflection). The research subjects in this study were all students of class V MIS Lubuk Gadis, totaling 25 students. The results showed that the action by watching videos of jumping rope exercises carried out in 3 cycles with each cycle of 2 meetings was proven to be able to improve the Efforts to Improve Squat Style Long Jump Learning Outcomes Through Learning Videos of Class V MIS Lubuk Girls Jump Rope Exercises. In the first cycle of the first meeting there was an increase in completeness of 28%, namely 7 students completed and 18 students did not complete (72%). Then in the first cycle of the second meeting there was an increase in completeness by 36%, namely 9 students completed and 36 students did not complete after that in the first two cycles there was an increase in completeness by 52%, namely 13 students completed and students did not completed 12 students (48%). In the second cycle of the second meeting there was an increase in completeness by 64%, namely 16 students completed and 9 students did not complete (36%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of rock climbing ability in the speed classic category of wall climbing. The subjects of this research are students who love nature at the Dehasen Bengkulu University. which amounted to 20 students where the fastest time for male students was 11.43 seconds while the fastest time for girls was 14.14 seconds. rock climbing ability in the speed classic category. Dehasen Bengkulu University students, as many as 2 students (10%) had a "very good" category, 5 students (25%) had a "good" category, 8 students (40%) had a "fairly good" category. , 3 students (15%) have a "less" category, and 2 students (10%) have a "very poor" category. The highest frequency was in the "good enough" category, namely 8 students (40%) so it can be concluded that the level of rock climbing ability in the speed classic category of students at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu using the climbing speed test was "good enough". The frequency of exercise which is approximately twice a week is still not enough to improve rock climbing ability in the speed classic category. This is because in training, of course there are programs from trainers that emphasize more on techniques and strategies in climbing without looking at students' abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the passing skills of futsal in students of grade XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 11 of Bengkulu City by applying the variation drill method assisted by audiovisual media. The research subjects were students of grade XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 11 of Bengkulu City. The research instrument was an observation sheet and a test sheet. Observational data analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The test data were analyzed using the formula for the average score and the percentage of classical learning completeness. The calculation results state that in the first cycle through the futsal passing test with an average score of 6.8 with a success rate of 32.14% and the percentage of the class through the observation sheet of 45.24% and in the second cycle through the futsal passing test with the acquisition The average score is 8.4 with a success rate of 85.71% and the percentage of the class through the observation sheet is 87.26%, which means that there is a significant increase in students' passing skills in the learning process. Thus, the application of the variation drill method assisted by audiovisual media in grade XI MIA 2 SMA Negeri 11 of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the technique of passing down on volleyball extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 19 Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques using observation sheets, with the type of descriptive research. The population in this study were volleyball extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 19 Bengkulu City. The sampling technique uses total sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by taking the entire population. Based on this, the sample in this study amounted to 12 participants. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the analysis of the technique of passing down on volleyball extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 19 Bengkulu City was in the "very low" category of 0% (0 participants), "low" of % (0 participants), "medium" of 25% (3 participants), “high” at 75% (9 participants), and “very high” at 0% (0 participants).

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the UAS questions in physical education lessons are made by sports teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Bengkulu Tengah. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study were sports teachers who made UAS questions in class VII. The instruments in this research are content validity test instruments and construct validity tests. The results of the study show that the questions made by the sports teacher at SMP Negeri 3 in Central Bengkulu have not been said to be good. Because the teacher is not consistent in making questions for example in the content validity test. It is said on the grid of questions that are contained in the indicators totaling 10 but in fact only 5 items are contained in the indicators, and it is also said on the grid of questions that are contained in indicators from No. 1-10 while in fact on questions of No. 26 – 30 . on the items that are not contained in the lattice indicators totaling 25 items. Analysis of the questions on the construct validity test on the rules of writing a good question at No. 14 which contains each question must use language that is in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian language. In the problems analyzed, the researchers found that the writing on foreign language words was not italicized.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze the management of extracurricular wall climbing (artificial rock climbing) at the Alam MAHIRA school in Bengkulu City. 2) analyze the planning of extracurricular wall climbing (artificial rock climbing) management at the MAHIRA Nature School, Bengkulu City. 3) analyze the organization in the management of extracurricular wall climbing (artificial rock climbing) at the MAHIRA Nature School, Bengkulu City. 4) analyzing the implementation in the management of extracurricular wall climbing (artificial rock climbing) at the MAHIRA Nature School Bengkulu City. 5) analyzing supervision in the management of extracurricular wall climbing (artificial rock climbing) at the MAHIRA Nature School, Bengkulu City. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Descriptive research is aimed at finding the elements, characteristics, characteristics of a phenomenon. The subjects in this study involved the principal, student representatives, wall climbing trainers (artificial rock climbing), wall climbing athletes (artificial rock climbing) at the MAHIRA Natural School Bengkulu City. The data sources to be used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result of informal interviews while secondary data is in the form of documents and observations. Data collection techniques used in this study using observation techniques, interviews, documentation. From the results of the analysis, it was found that from meetings 1-8, it was concluded that the results of the observation of wall climbing extracurricular activities (artificial rock climbing) at the MAHIRA Nature School Bengkulu City had been carried out very well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the barriers of Physical Education teachers in writing scientific papers at SMK Sekota Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with one shot case study method. The population in this study were Physical Education teachers at the Bengkulu City Vocational School, which amounted to 15 teachers. Sampling used a total sampling consisting of 15 teachers. The instrument used in the form of a teacher's questionnaire about physical education teachers' obstacles in writing scientific papers at SMK in Bengkulu city. The instrument in the form of a teacher questionnaire used has been validated by researchers with expert validation. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with percentages. The results showed that the physical education teacher's obstacles in writing scientific papers at SMK Sekota Bengkulu in the physical education teacher questionnaire with a comprehensive category that limited time in writing scientific papers with a percentage of 67% chose the answer YES while 33% chose the answer no. Then the category of lack of motivation in scientific writing with a percentage of 73% choosing the answer YES while 27% who chose the answer no. Furthermore, the category of lack of understanding in writing scientific papers with a percentage of 67% chose the answer YES while 33% chose the answer no.

Abstract

The effect of certified PNS teachers with non-certified PNS teachers on the learning process. Comparison of physical education learning for certified PNS teachers with non-certified PNS teachers. To know about the teaching and learning process of physical education, certified civil servant teachers and non-certified civil servant teachers in public elementary schools throughout the district of Muara Sahung. The research method in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach in which the research used an analysis of events and phenomena. The research procedure was education learning meetings. Based on the results of the research that has been found, the following conclusions are drawn: PNS teachers of physical education certification always try to improve quality by utilizing all existing facilities in the school. Judging from the results above which are data from the answers to the Questionnaire for PNS Physical Education Teachers Uncertified from a total of 25 questions with 4 kinds of answer choices Always with 18 answers, Often (SR) with 6 answers, Sometimes (KD) 0 with no answers , and Never (TP). While the PNS teacher of physical education certification of a total of 25 questions answered with 4 kinds of answer choices Always (SL) with 23 answers, Often (SR) with 2 answers, Sometimes (KD) 0 answers with no answers, and Never (TP). ) with the answer 1. Meanwhile, non-certified physical education civil servant teachers often try to improve the quality of physical education learning by utilizing all existing facilities in the school. This research is only limited to knowing the comparison of certified physical education civil servant teachers and non-certified physical education civil servants teachers to the physical education learning process. The author realizes that there are many shortcomings and is still far from perfect.
