Abstract

This study aims to compare the productive zakat program between Baznas Surakarta City and Lazismu Surakarta City and to study the disadvantages and advantages of these zakat institutions in distributing productive zakat. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data obtained by in-depth interviews with representatives of zakat and mustahik institutions. Sources of data obtained through literature related to productive zakat. The results of this study indicate that Baznas and Lazismu Surakarta City have differences between the distribution of productive zakat; mustahik criteria; muzakki criteria; zakat fund collection; distribution of zakat funds: and assistance to mustahik. The types of assistance given to the mustahik are both in the form of business capital and means of production. The productive zakat program run by the two zakat institutions has been very effective in helping and increasing the income of the previous mustahik, and some mustahik have become hypocrites. The difference between the two zakat institutions is based on the background of the establishment and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of zakat institutions, so that it becomes the hallmark of the two institutions in the practice of productive zakat funds to mustahik; become a reference for muzakki to distribute their zakat; and guide mustahiks to choose zakat institutions that are suitable for their business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation, barriers and direct marketing solutions at PT. BPR Datagita Mustika. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with an interview approach and a saturated sample survey. The results showed that there were five media for direct marketing activities that were actively carried out by BPR Datagita Mustika, namely catalog media, online channels such as Instagram and Whatsapp, kiosk/office marketing, telemarketing, and face-to-face sales/offers, while the less active was direct post marketing ( direct mail). Marketing through television and online marketing on website and social media has not been done. BPR Datagita Mustika can defend itself and develop because it is able to capture and process business and social phenomena around it. Furthermore, the company has efforts in the field of marketing, namely marketing communications that are more focused on direct marketing elements. Barriers faced by BPR Datagita Mustika related to the implementation of direct marketing on the face-to-face sales dimension, namely the lack of employee skills so that they must be given training and motivation, catalog marketing is constrained by high costs so that an electronic catalog needs to be made to be more efficient and effective. Telemarketing marketing is constrained by an unstable network so that it is more careful in choosing and adapting to the development of e-business technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kewirausahaan, dukungan finansial dan ketersediaan pasar terhadap niat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena jumlah pengusaha di Indonesia jauh lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan negara tetangga, seperti Singapura 7 persen, Malaysia 6 persen dan Thailand 5 persen serta mengetahui hubungan motivasi kewirausahaan, dukungan finansial dan ketersediaan pasar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan pengusaha-pengusaha muslim yang tergabung dalam komunitas Forum Bisnis Gontor. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dan primer. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dari literatur berupa buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian, sedangkan data primer diperoleh dari dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan teknik analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Adapun variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi kewirausahaan, dukungan finansial dan ketersediaan pasar, sikap berwirausaha dan niat berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap berwirausaha, motivasi berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha, dukungan finansial tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap berwirausaha, sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha, peluang pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap berwirausaha dan peluang pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa motivasi berwirausaha memberikan dampak terhadap sikap para pengusaha muslim dalam berwirausaha.

Abstract

Foreign debt has an important and inseparable role in the history of Indonesia's national development. The government has changed seven times, foreign debt is always present to fill the development budget deficit. Debt is expected to help move the wheels of the economy, create growth, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt, budget, inflation and differences in government regimes on the Indonesian economy (GDP and Income per Capita) in Indonesia for the 1976-2021 period. The study uses secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the World Bank, and other reference sources such as books, journals and scientific papers. The data used are the value of foreign debt, APBN, national income (GDP), population, inflation rate, and government regime in the period 1976 - 2021. The results of multiple regression analysis with dummy variables (using the Eviews 10 application program) show the following results: Foreign debt and APBN have a correlation with the condition of the national economy, especially the value of GDP. Debt and the state budget tend to increase the value of GDP. In terms of debt management as a driver of economic growth, the Suharto Era (New Order) tended to be better than the eras that followed. However, relatively speaking, the Habibe and SBY eras tended to be better than the Megawati era, the Abdurahman Wahid era, and the Jokowi era. In fact, Jokowi's era is no better than previous eras. Abstract

The thematic KKN 2020 Mekarjaya Village, Cikalongkulon District, Cianjur Regency, which has been held since November 16, 2020, has carried out this activity which consists of: socializing education on preventing Covid-19 transmission, counseling on healthy living, tutoring supported by fun learning media, watching educational videos as efforts to prevent transmission of Covid-19, implementing health protocols, making and distributing masks, making and spraying disinfectants, carrying out joint exercises, community service, and data collection and population grouping All programs, both individual and group, have been carried out well with the participation of the government and the community despite the many challenges faced in terms of resources and funds. Constraints in the form of challenges during KKN can be anticipated properly, for the success of various activities that have been planned in the work program and those that are not planned.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs refer to the types of small businesses that have a net worth of at most Rp. 200 million, excluding land and buildings where the business is located. MSMEs have proven to be resilient and able to withstand the economic crisis and monetary crisis in Indonesia. This paper aims to analyze UD Nata de Coco Citarasa in Bogor. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with a case study approach, observation and interviews. The result is . which is named the image of the taste of nata de coco, with the results of my interview with the owner that UD Nata de Coco is managed with a very simple management. Starting from the production process to marketing, and the production process is still using manually, there are no modern machines. Only use the tools in the kitchen in the production process. Marketing of their products is still not widespread, only by selling to small shophouses, and using word of mouth information, not using a separate website such as online sales. As a home-based business, financial management is still modest, not yet systematically following accounting standards. The financial reports are still integrated with the family finances.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to identify micro, small and medium enterprises in WK Audio System Cileungsi Bogor. The method used is a field study and qualitative analysis of the operation of a family business. Based on the results of the analysis of the WK Audio Sound System business, it can be concluded: (1) the internal factors that become the main strengths of the WK audio sound system are a well-managed family business, having employees who are closely related and understand each other's sound system; (2) external factors that become the main opportunity for WK Audio Sound System, namely consumers of sound system equipment that continue to increase so that the potential to get more customers, while the main threat of WK Audio Sound System is the emergence of competitors that cause competition.

Abstract

The Community Empowerment Program is a form of student service for the community. This year the PPM implementation is different from the previous year due to the impact of Covid-19. This year's PPM aims to provide opportunities for students how students can participate in building public awareness for the prevention of Covid-19 transmission and provide public understanding to enter the New Normal while still complying with the Covid-19 health protocol and the provisions of life behavior during the New Normal. For two months, PPM activities carried out included: population data collection, counseling about the dangers of Covid-19, socializing the importance of maintaining cleanliness and health during the pandemic, distributing masks and providing information on the importance of wearing masks, as well as interviews about the impact of Covid-19 on the economy of the community. trader.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made many changes, including multidimensional and multisectoral aspects. This study aims to analyze the impact of the pandemic on the religiosity (religious behavior) of the community. Especially the Laa Roiba National IAI academic community, Bogor. Descriptive-qualitative analytical method was used as a research method with a sample of the academic community of IAI National Laa Roiba Bogor. The pandemic that lasted more than 18 months had a real impact on the religious behavior of the people of Bogor Regency. Before the pandemic, most people used to pray in congregation at the nearest mosque/musholla. During the pandemic, most people choose to pray at home or alone. Entering the transition period, some began to congregate to the mosque/musholla, and when PPKM was implemented, some of them returned to their homes. Meanwhile, for Friday prayers and holidays, some are still looking for a mosque/mushola. Breaking together, friendship and recitation tend to decrease, except online via Zoom and Google Meet or social media such as WAG and Facebook. In the midst of limitations, the infaq tradition tends to persist and some have even increased. Likewise, feelings of religiosity and levels of personal piety are acknowledged to have increased after the pandemic.

Abstract

The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the financial statements of CV. Two Prosperous Eagles for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling in the form of profit and loss financial statements and balance sheets for the 2017-2020 period. The data used in this research is secondary data. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. The results of the partial study with the t-test showed that the DAR/DR variable had a negative and insignificant effect on ROA with a tcount of 0.210> 0.05. The results of the partial study with the t-test showed that the DER variable had a negative and insignificant effect on ROA with a tcount of 0.08 > 0.05. The results of the partial study with the t-test showed that the LTDER variable had a positive and significant effect on ROA with a tcount of 0.00 <0.05. While the results of the F test (simultaneous) variables DAR/DR, DER and LTDER have a significant effect on ROA with sig. 0.001 < 0.05, Ftable and Fcount (6.786 > 2.82).
