Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy of the Hajj and Umrah bureau in recruiting pilgrims before and during the pandemic, as well to find out the differences in digital marketing strategies. The object of research at PT. Amanau Izzah Zamzam Sakinah Surakarta. The research method with qualitative uses primary data and secondary data. Research informants are leaders, marketing staff, digital marketing staff. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result is that the digital marketing strategies used before the pandemic were websites, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and WhatsApp. during a pandemic, focus on digital marketing such as websites, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The difference in the focus of the three social media is seen from the large number of registrants from the website, Facebook, and WhatsApp so that currently they are maximizing it

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the celebrity endorser, online customer review, and rating variables on purchasing decisions through the shopee marketplace for high school students in Surakarta. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were high school students in Surakarta and the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique uses observation, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study stated that the celebrity endorser variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because the results of SPSS calculations obtained t count > t table (5.965> 1.985) and sig. of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The online customer review variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because the SPSS calculation results obtained t count > t table (3.481>1.978) and sig. of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. While the rating variable is also stated to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because the results of SPSS calculations obtained t count > t table (3.453>1.978) and sig. of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. Abstract

Penyelenggaran program KKN pada tahun 2021 di Universitas Islam Batik berada di tengah-tengah masa pandemic Covid-19 yang tidak hanya melanda Indonesia, akan tetapi seluruh dunia. Program kerja yang dilaksanakan pada KKN ini pun disesuaikan dengan pencegahan Covid-19 pada era new normal, dalam rangka membantu Pemerintah memutus persebaran Covid-19, khususnya di Desa Kembangan Kecamatan Baki Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Adapun program kerja yang dilaksanakan dimulai dari pendataan ekonomi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19, masyarakat penerima bansos, penyuluhan dan praktik cara melakukan cuci tangan yang baik dan benar, pengadaan senam dan olahraga agar tetap sehat di masa pandemic Covid-19, pembagian masker dan handsanitizer, dan peletakan ember sebagai tempat cuci tangan serta peletakan bak sampah. Selain kegiatan untuk mencegah persebaran Covid-19, KKN UNIBA Surakarta juga mengadakan kegiatan kemasyarakatan dalam hal pendidikan seperti bimbel, kegiatan belajar membaca Al-qur`an,dan pelatihan seni budaya. Kata Kunci : KKN UNIBA Surakarta. Desa Kembangan, Baki, Sukkoharjo Abstract : The implementation of the Community Service Program in 2021 at the Islamic Batik University is in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which not only hit Indonesia, but the whole world. The work program carried out at the KKN was also adapted to the prevention of Covid-19 in the new normal era, in order to help the Government break the spread of Covid-19, especially in Kembangan Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency. The work program carried out started from collecting economic data on communities affected by Covid-19, receiving social assistance recipients, counseling and practices on how to wash hands properly and correctly, procurement of gymnastics and sports to stay healthy during the Covid-19 pandemic, distribution of masks and hand sanitizers. , and laying a bucket as a place to wash hands and laying the trash. In addition to activities to prevent the spread of Covid-19, UNIBA Surakarta KKN also holds community activities in terms of education such as tutoring, learning to read the Qur'an, and cultural arts training. Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). Thesis Management Study Program (S1). Surakarta Islamic Muslim University 2020. The purpose of this study wes to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance (Study of Indah Palace Hotel Employees in Tipes Surakarta). This research uses quantitateve research. The population is all 40 employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The number of samples used was 40 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling method with saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique used for this study is using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the F test influences the Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude simultaneously and significantly influences the performance of employees at the Indah Place Hotel in Tipes Surakarta. T test results showed that the Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, Skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, and Attitude had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta. The coefficient of determination shows the variables of Leadership Style, Skill, and Attitude have an influence of 72,9% on the variable Employee Performance in the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta, the rest of 27,1%. The most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Indah Palace Hotel Surakarta is that the Leadership Style variable has the biggest t count, which is 4,287.

Abstract

This research discusses about good employee performance which is very fundamental for organizations and companies to reach a common goal, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between the variables of Motivation, Work Discipline, and Career Development on Employee Performance at The Surakarta City Health Office at City Hall simultaneously and partially. This research use quantitative research method. The population in this research include all employee of the Surakarta City Health Office at City Hall which are civil servant totaling 56 employee. Sampling using the Non Probability method using a saturated sample technique. The result of this research are that there is a simultaneous influence between motivation, work discipline, and career development on the performance employee of The Surakarta City Health Office at City Hall during the Covid-19 pandemic, while partially career development during the Covid-19 pandemic has no effect on the performance of the Departement of Health employee Surakarta City Health at City Hall.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling on consumers who have bought Sapa Kopi products through the Grabfood application. Abstract

This research aims to see employee feelings in terms of organization, organization, and emotional intelligence at the Surakarta City Trade Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 45 employees. Techniques for obtaining data using questionnaire techniques. The research method with data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously work ethic, organizational culture, and intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while partially work ethic had no effect on employee performance in the organization group and emotional intelligence had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere variables, product variations, and facilities on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi Cold 'N Brew Wahidin Surakarta. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The research sample used accidental sampling technique as many as 100 respondents with an infinite population. The research method uses multiple linear regression with data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression hypothesis testing, f test, t test and determination test. With SPSS analysis tool version 25. The results in this study indicate that the Store Atmosphere, Product Variations, and Facilities have a simultaneous effect on Purchase Decisions and the Store Atmosphere, Product Variations, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, respectively. Abstract

To find out the quality of employees at the Social Service in Wonogiri, the aspects used by researchers are by looking at work discipline, organizational culture, and communication. Quantitative method used in this research. Total population of 35 people. The sample used by all employees because it uses a saturated sample. This study uses SPSS assistance with data analysis techniques using instrument tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, F tests and tests of the coefficient of determination. First hypothesis (H1), it is concluded that discipline in work has a considerable influence on increasing the quality of human resources, with a significance of 2.236, organizational culture (H2) influences performance improvement. Communication (H3) in this study has the highest influence compared to the two previous variables with a resulting significance value of 3.302. Furthermore, testing simultaneously showed that all variables had a fairly high impact on improving the quality of human resources at the Wonogiri District Social Service.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah populasi manusia di dunia, maka sampah yang dihasilkanpun juga semakin meningkat. Desa Mancasan, Kecamatan Baki di Kabupaten Sukoharjo merupakan Desa penghasil alat musik gitar dan sejenisnya yang sudah terkenal secara nasional. Sisa-sisa hasil pembuatan gitar ini menjadi sampah yang harus dipikirkan pengelolannya supaya dapat menjaga kelestarian dan kesehatan lingkungan. Tim pengabdian dari Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta turut berkontribusi pada masyarakat dengan melakukan edukasi berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah organik dengan metode composting bag . Harapan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat mampu mengolah sampah yang ada di lingkungannya menjadi sesuatu yang lebih bermanfaat.
