Abstract

Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat sangatlah penting karena akan memungkinkanmenentukan hasil belajar dan tingkat kreativitas siswa dalam menerapkan apa yang telah diajarkan. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kreativitas siswa sekolah dasar, perlu diterapkan model pembelajaran yang efektif. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kreativitas siswa, kemampuan siswa dalam mengolah limbah, keterlaksanaan dan respon siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada materi reproduksi pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kreativitas siswa, kemampuan siswa dalam mengolah limbah, keterlaksanaan dan respon siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada materi reproduksi pertumbuhan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menyusun rancangan tindakan dan dikenal dengan perancangan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamataman dan refleksi. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil peningkatan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran siswa kelas IX A mata pelajaran IPA materi sistem reproduksi tumbuhan pada siklus I mendapatkan persentase 20% kemudian meningkat menjadi 100%, pada siklus II dengan kriteria sangat baik, dengan peningkatan sebesar 80%. Peningkatan pada siklus II data tersebut menunjukkan bahwasanya hasil kreativitas siswa meningkat setelah diterapkannya Project Based Learning. Setiap aspek yang diamati dalam keterlaksanaan pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) sudah maksimal dengan kategori sangat baik, nilai persentase yang diperoleh adalah 94,64%. Setiap aspek yang diamati dalam penilaian produk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, nilai persentase yang diperoleh adalah 76%. Siswa merespon positif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran PjBL sebesar 90,3% dimana hampir seluruh siswa setuju jika pelaksanaan PjBL dalam mata pelajaran IPA dapat mengeksplorasi diri sendiri, bisa mengemukakan pendapat, menjadi lebih aktif dalam belajar dan siswa menjadi mudah mengingat materi yang diajarkan karena dengan pembelajaran PjBL pelajaran IPA khususnya sistem reproduksi tumbuhan menjadi lebih menarik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui kelayakan teoritis desain media komik digital pada pembelajaran materi Sistem reproduksi manusia di kelas XI IPA SMA ; 2) Untuk mengetahui kelayakan praktis desain media komik digital pada pembelajaran materi Sistem reproduksi manusia di kelas XI IPA SMA; 3) menganalisis efektivitas desain media komik digital dalam melatih literasi digital siswa pada pembelajaran Sistem reproduksi manusia di kelas XI IPA SM; 4) Untuk menganalisis efektivitas desain media komik digital dalam mencapai ketuntasan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Sistem reproduksi manusia di kelas XI IPA SMA. Jenis penelitian Pre Eksperiment dengan desain One Group Posttest Only Design. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas XI 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik validasi, teknik tes, teknik angket dan lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan: (1) Media Komik Digital materi sistem reproduksi manusia pada pembelajaran biologi kelas XI di SMA dinyatakan sangat layak atau sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 3,26; (2) Kemampuan Literasi Digital siswa kelas XI pada saat menggunakan media komik digital mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 78,40 dengan kategori baik; (3) Ketuntasan Belajar siswa kelas XI pada materi sistem reproduksi manusia mendapatkan rata-rata 90,09 dengan kategori sangat baik; (4) Media Komik Digital untuk Melatih Literasi Digital dan Ketuntasan Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPA SMA mendapat respon sangat baik dari siswa dengan presentase sebesar 80,04%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepraktisan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran ensiklopedia mini biologi digital yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and development (R&D). Desain pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan Four-D (4D) yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Rancangan uji coba terbatas pada penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pre-test Post-test Design yang diujikan kepada peserta didik kelas XI SMA IPIEMS Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan uji validasi, tes kemampuan kognitif (pre-test dan post-test), observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran serta angket respon siswa. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji T dan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan hasil uji validitas, (2) ensiklopedia mini biologi digital yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat efektif karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa, (3) produk ensiklopedia mini biologi digital dinyatakan efisien berdasarkan hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan kategori sangat baik, (4) ensiklopedia mini biologi digital dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa. Maka dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ensiklopedia mini biologi digital sistem pencernaan manusia dinyatakan valid, praktis, efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa SMA.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the learning outcomes and understanding of the material on the addition and subtraction of fractions using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model for fifth-grade students at SD MARGORUKUN Surabaya. The research method used is a pre-experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 16 students. The research instruments used were a test sheet with 10 questions, a lesson implementation sheet, student reflection, attitude observation sheet, and skills observation sheet. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed based on the results of the implementation of the PBL model, skills sheets, and student response questionnaire data. The results of the lesson implementation had an average score of 98, categorized as excellent, with attitude results showing a score of 81. 8, pre-test knowledge score of 83. 6, post-test knowledge score of 95. 45, critical thinking skills through observation scored 96. 5, categorized as excellent, and communication skills scored 98. 8, categorized as excellent. The use of digital-based video learning media was highly effective in teaching mathematics, particularly the material on addition and subtraction of fractions. The conclusion of this study is that the PBL model can enhance students' skills in teamwork, critical thinking, motivation, and significantly improve their learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model assisted by illustrated storybook media to improve the reading literacy of class III students at SD Muhammadiyah 8 Surabaya. This type of research is pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research method is descriptive. The research population was 63 grade III students at SD Muhammadiyah 8 Surabaya. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 19 class IIIB students. Data collection techniques are tests, observation, questionnaires and document review. Data collection instruments are test sheets, observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, written documents and recorded documents. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The conclusions of the research are: (1) Application of the CIRC learning model can increase students' reading literacy; (2) The application of the CIRC model assisted by illustrated story book media can increase interest in reading and ultimately improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of class V-B students at Zainuddin Elementary School through the application of the Problem Based Learningmodel to material on the human digestive system. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The research design is a pre-test and post test control group design. The subjects of the research carried out were 28 students in class VB of Zainuddin Elementary School, totaling 28 people for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques were by observation and tests. The research instrument used learning implementation observation sheet, cognitive test sheets, and motivational observation sheets. The results of observation of students' attitudes showed that 86% met the KKTP, the learning outscome of students showed 93% met KKTP, the results of students' skills met 100% of the KKTP. The results of the reflection showed that 93% of students felt happy and could understand the material being taught. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Problem Based Learning Model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the motivation and learning outcomes of reading by using the discovery learning model for class IA students of SDN Kalirungkut I/264 Surabaya. The research method used quasi experiment. The subjects of this study were 22 students. The research instrument used was a test sheet totaling 10 questions, learning implementation sheet, student reflection, attitude observation sheet, and skill observation sheet. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, test, and questionnaire methods. The research data were analyzed through the results of the implementation of the discovery learning model, skill sheets, student response questionnaire data. The results of the implementation of learning averaged 98 with a very good category, the results of mutual cooperation attitudes 81. 8 with a developing category, the results of pre-test knowledge 83. 6 and post-test 95. 45, and the results of critical reasoning skills through observation of 96. 5 with a very good category and the results of communication skills 98. 8 with a very good category. The use of flash card learning media is very effective related to student reading for short-term memory and if continued will enter into long-term memory. The conclusion of the discovery learning model can improve students' skills towards mutual cooperation, critical thinking, motivation and student learning outcomes to increase.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve the ability to understand the concept of division arithmetic operations of students in class III A SD VITA Surabaya using a contextual learning approach. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II, each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The assessment instruments used in this study were formative tests and observation sheets related to learning motivation. The increase occurred from Cycle I to Cycle II, which was 16%. So it can be concluded that contextual learning is effective to improve the ability to understand the concept of division arithmetic operations in students of class III A SD VITA Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model with the demonstration method in mathematics subjects with addition material from 1 to 20 class 1B at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. This research is classroom action research. The research subject was class 1B students. Data collection uses the observation method with checklist instruments and performance tests. totaling 24 students for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative statistics. The results of this research show that all stages of problem based learning were carried out well, the results of observations of students' attitudes showed that 90% met the KKTP, student learning outcomes showed 90% met the KKTP, the results of students' skills in making products 90% met the KKTP. The results of the reflection showed that all students felt happy and could understand the material being taught. The conclusion of this research is that the application of problem based learning models, demonstration learning methods and learning media is effective in improving student outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes on the material of flat geometry elements through the application of the problem based learning model assisted by tangram media in class IV of SDN Sidotopo I Surabaya in the 2024/2025 academic year. Based on initial observations, it was found that students' learning outcomes were still low and learning tended to be conventional without concrete media. This study is a classroom based research with a research method by Kemmis and Mc Taggart which was carried out in two cycles with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 31 students in class IV. Data collection techniques used observation and test at each stage of the cycle. The results of the study showed a significant increase in learning outcomes. The percentage of student learning completion increased from 26% in the pre-cycle, increased to 52% in cycle I, and reached an increase to 81% in cycle II. This increase shows that the application of the problem based learning model assisted by tangram media is effective in improving students' learning outcomes on the material of flat geometry elements. It is suggested that teachers use problem-based learning approaches and concrete media to improve students' participation and understanding of mathematical concepts.
