Abstract

This research aims: (1). To determine the productivity of snake fruit farming in Sindang Kasih Village, (2). Knowing the margin, costs and marketing channels for snake fruit in Sindang Kasih Village, and (3). Knowing the marketing efficiency of snake fruit farming in Sindang Kasih Village. The analysis in this research is analysis and uses primary data and secondary data. Determining the population in this research uses the census sampling method, while in marketing institutions the Snowball Sampling method is used. The results of this research show (1). The total productivity of salak farmers is 5,533 Kg/Ha/Year with an average of 2,160 Kg/Ha/Year in one harvest season. (2). There are 3 salak marketing channels in Sindang Kasih Village, namely Channel I: (Farmers - Consumers) direct channel, Channel II: (Farmers - Collectors - Retailers - Consumers) indirect channel, and Channel III (Farmers - Retailers). - Consumer) indirect channels. Successive marketing margin, namely channel I, is IDR. 12,500/Kg, Channel II at the collector level has a margin of Rp. 2,000/Kg and at the retailer level it has a margin of Rp. 5,000/Kg, and for channel III margin, at the retailer level the margin is IDR. 13,000/Kg. (3). The results of the analysis of (Farmer's Share) from the three channels, respectively Channel I is 100%, channel II is 41.67% and channel III is 64%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat usahatani padi sawah di Desa Wia-wia, Kecamatan Poli-polia dan (2) Mengetahui kontribusi usahatani padi sawah terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Wia-wia, Kecamatan Poli-polia. Populasi merupakan keseluruhan petani padi sawah di Desa Wia-wia, Kecamatan Poli-polia, Kabupaten Kolaka Timur yang berjumlah 320 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 orang responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Cobb – Douglas dan analisis data kedua menggunakan analisis kontribusi pendapatan petani padi sawah. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Faktor-Faktor yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Wia-wia Kecamatan Poli-polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur diantaranya luas lahan (LnX1), pupuk (LnX3), dan pestisida (LnX4). Sedangkan faktor yang tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah diantaranya tenaga kerja (LnX2) dan pengalaman usahatani (LnX5) dan (2) Kontribusi usahatani padi sawah terhadap pendaapatan petani di Desa Wia-wia Kecamatan Poli-polia Kabupaten Kolaka Timur sebesar 62.30%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Peningkatan Pendapatan Usahatani Nilam di Kabupaten Buton Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan software Exell. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah petani nlam di Desa Gunung Sari Kecamatan Bonegunu Kabupaten Buton Utara sebanyak 30 orang. Penentuan sampel untuk petani nilam menggunakan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pendapatan petani di Desa Gunung Sari yang diperoleh dari perkalian produksi minyak nilam rata-rata sebanyak 199,75 Kg dengan harga nilam rata-rata sebesar Rp370.000,- kemudian memperoleh penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp44.307.000.- Dari perolehan penerimaan tersebut, kemudian dikurangi dengan total biaya produksi rata-rata sebesar Rp12.969.917,- sehingga petani memperoleh hasil pendapatan bersih rata-rata sebesar Rp31.337.583.- Strategi yang digunakan petani di Desa Gunung Sari dalam peningkatan pendapatan produksi minyak nilam yaitu aspek budidaya dan aspek pemasaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for developing nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) farming in Kodeoha Kistrict, North Kolaka Regency. Determining the research location was carried using simple random sampling with a total of 52 respondents. The analytical tool used is SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). Based on the results of the study, the results of the coordinate point of the internal factor were 1.11 and the coordinate point of the external factor werw 1.78. It can be seen that the position of nutmeg farming is in quadrant I which shows that nutmeg farming is in a favorable situation. Pineapple farming has opportunities and strengths so that they can use their strengths and take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy. In quadrant I of the SO strategy, utilizes transportation facilities and infrastructure to expand the marketing area, maximize promotion of products that are already known and unitize government support to reduce competition for similar products

Abstract

This research aims toanalyze the impact of restrictions on community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) around Kendari Beach, Punggaloba Village, West Kendari District, Kendari City. determination of the sample using purposive sampling techniques used data using primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. And the analysis used is income analysis to analyze and answer problems from the impact of limiting community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. 39,600,000/month and receipts during Covid-19 amounted to Rp. 289,000. 000/month while the income before Covid-19 in the Kendari beach area, Kendari City, was Rp. 21,230,000/month and income during Covid-19 is Rp. 10,830,000/month

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui margin pemasaran tembakau di Desa Lempang Kecamatan Tanete Riaja Kabupaten Barru, (2) mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran tembakau di Desa Lempang Kecamatan Tanete Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk saluran pemasaran dan analisis kuantitatif pada pendapatan, margin dan efisiensi pemasaran (Farmer’s Share). Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari petani tembakau, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang besar dan perwakilan pabrik dengan jumlah populasi 23 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah saluran distribusi tembakau rajangan di Desa Lempang, Kecamatan Tanete Riaja, Kabupaten Barru yang paling dominan dalam menyerap tembakau ialah saluran distribusi 2. Tiap lembaga distribusi menjalankan fungsi pertukaran, fisik, dan fasilitas. Meskipun saluran distribusi 3 (petani-perwakilan pabrik) terbukti efisien, dalam konteks penelitian, saluran distribusi 1 (petani- perusahaan mitra) memiliki potensi pengembangan mengingat kebanyakan petani kekurangan jaringan dan usaha mereka berskala kecil. Melalui kerjasama ini, petani memperoleh akses ke input serta jaminan pasar yang lebih menguntungkan. Biaya terbesar dalam transaksi pembiayaan berkaitan dengan pencarian informasi, sementara dalam transaksi pemasukan dan pengeluaran, biaya utamanya adalah biaya negosiasi. This research aims to find out (1) knowing the tobacco marketing margin in Lempang Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency, (2) knowing the efficiency of tobacco marketing in Lempang Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This research was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis for marketing channels and quantitative analysis on revenue, margin and marketing efficiency (Farmer's Share). The population in this study consisted of tobacco farmers, collecting traders, wholesalers and factory representatives with a total population of 23 respondents. The results of this research are that the distribution channel for chopped tobacco in Lempang Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency which is most dominant in absorbing tobacco is distribution channel 2. Each distribution institution carries out exchange, physical and facility functions. Although distribution channel 3 (farmer-Factory Representative) is proven to be efficient, in the context of the research, distribution channel 1 (farmer-partner company) has development potential considering that most farmers lack networks and their businesses are small scale. Through this collaboration, farmers gain access to inputs and guaranteed more profitable markets. The biggest costs in financing transactions are related to searching for information, while in income and expenditure transactions, the main costs are negotiation costs.
