Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how productive zakat in LAZ Harfa has been utilized and to see if there is an increase in revenue after receiving productive zakat assistance. This study is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the utilization of productive zakat in LAZ Harfa Banten. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and also documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the mustahik's business revenue has increased despite the little amount, but the mustahik who get the many benefits are so grateful and they can learn a lot, because in addition to obtaining business capital, mustahik are also given guidance on business and religious motivational speech, so that it is not only from an economic perspective that increased but also spirituality and worship.

Abstract

Ketersediaan benih kacang tanah bermutu di kalangan petani sangat rendah sehingga mengharuskan petani menggunakan benih hasil panen sendiri sebagai sumber benih dengan mutu benih rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan teknologi biopriming benih dengan memanfaatkan rizobakteri yang mampu menghasilkan hormon tumbuh berupa IAA, melarutkan fosfat dan memfiksasi nitrogen sehingga akan berdampat terhadap peningkatan hasil tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas perlakuan biopriming benih menggunakan rizobakteri untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agroteknologi Unit Agronomi dan Laboratorium Lapangan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Halu Oleo, bulan April sampai Juni 2019. Penelitian disusun menggunakan rancangan petak terpisah pola rancangan acak kelompok. Petak utama yaitu varietas lokal terdiri 2 taraf:  varietas lokal Muna 1 dan 2. Anak petak yaitu teknik biopriming benih terdiri 4 taraf: tanpa perlakuan, isolat PKLK7, Bacillus sp. CKD061 dan isolat PKLK7 + Bacillus sp. CKD061. Variabel pengamatan meliputi: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah polong, jumlah polong bernas dan jumlah biji. Data pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan anova dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNTα=0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan varietas lokal Muna 2 memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah. Sementara perlakuan biopriming benih menggunakan rizobakteri isolat PKLK7 + Bacillus sp. CKD061 memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah polong dan jumlah polong isi. Sementara perlakuan interaksi tertinggi terhadap jumlah polong isi diperoleh pada varietas lokal Muna 2 yang diberi perlakuan isolat PKLK7 + Bacillus sp. CKD061 sebesar 55.00 butir bila dibandingkan dengan  tanpa perlakuan baik pada varietas lokal Muna 1 dan 2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in cognitive and affective learning outcomes of Mathematics and the learning process of Class IV students in Semester I of SD Negeri 2 Paranggupito for the Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a classroom action research with 10 students in Class IV Semester I SD Negeri 2 Paranggupito Academic Year 2019/2020 as the subject. The research was conducted in two cycles, two meetings per cycle. Data collection by tests and observations. The analysis uses quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that there was an increase in Mathematics learning outcomes after using Active Learning type Index Card Match according to the Cycle I syntax. The increase again occurred after being modified with discussion, rewards, and the addition of Cycle II quiz rules. Cognitive value from 68.70 in Pre-cycle to 86.93 Cycle II. The affective aspect increased from 2.47 (good) Cycle I to 3.04 (good) Cycle II. The application of the Index Card Match Type Active Learning model until Cycle II obtained data > 75% of all students scored ≥ 70.

Abstract

AbstrakIjin lokasi yaitu ijin tertulis yang diberikan kepada perusahaan atau perorangan dalam rangka memberikan pengarahan lokasi penanam modal sesuai dengan rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah dan sekaligus sebagai ijin untuk memperoleh tanah yang diperlukan. Prosedur pemberian Hak Guna Usaha secara jelas telah diatur dalam Pasal 20 Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria/Kepala BPN Nomor 9 tahun 1999. Terhadap perusahaan yang mendaf-tarkan hak guna usahanya tidak memenuhi prosedur pemberian izin lokasi akan berakibat hukum pembatalan sertifikat hak guna usaha sebagaimana disebutkan di atas maka berdasarkan Bagian kedua Pasal 106 Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria Nomor 9 Tahun 1999 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Dan Pembatalan Hak Atas Tanah Negara dan Hak Pengelolaan, dan Pasal 107 Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria Nomor 9 Tahun 1999 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Dan Pembatalan Hak Atas Tanah Negara dan Hak Pengelolaan Rekomendasi kepada pemerintah perlu adanya suatu peraturan perundang-undangan dan pelaksanaan yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan pengambilan putusan mengenai pembatalan hak atas tanah oleh Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten/ Kotamadya. The procedure for granting usufructuary rights is clearly regulated in Article 20 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of BPN Number 9 of 1999. Companies that register their usufructuary rights do not comply with the procedure for granting location permits, which will result in the cancellation of the usufructuary certificate as stated in above, based on the second part of Article 106 of Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs Number 9 of 1999 concerning Procedures for Granting and Cancellation of State Land Rights and Management Rights, and Article 107 of Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs Number 9 of 1999 concerning Procedures for Granting and Cancellation of State Land Rights and Right to Management Recommendation to the government that there is a need for a law and implementation regulation related to the decision-making policy regarding the cancellation of land rights by the Head of the Regency/Municipal Land Office. Abstract

Community service is an important activity in increasing community capacity and welfare. In an effort to support sustainable agriculture, training on making liquid organic fertilizer (POC) with high nitrogen content aims to provide knowledge and skills to the community to use organic waste as a basic ingredient for fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer which has a high nitrogen content plays an important role in increasing soil fertility and plant productivity without damaging the environment. This training includes an introduction to organic materials that are easily available and available nearby, fermentation techniques, as well as methods for making appropriate POC to produce fertilizer with high nitrogen levels. This training also explained the ecological and economic benefits of using liquid organic fertilizer compared to synthetic chemical fertilizer. Training participants are taught from basic theory to practical application, so they can apply this knowledge to plants. With this training, it is hoped that the community can increase agricultural productivity, reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, and create a friendlier and more sustainable environment.

Abstract

This training aims to introduce and apply a product-based learning (PBL) approach in a kindergarten (TK) environment. PBL is a student-centered learning method where children learn through exploration, problem solving and collaboratively in producing a product. In the kindergarten context, PBL focuses on developing children's cognitive, social and motor skills through hands-on learning and writing activities. This training was developed for kindergarten teachers with a theoretical understanding of PBL, PBL planning methods that are adapted to child development, as well as creative and effective classroom implementation strategies. Educators are trained to design programs that connect to the kindergarten curriculum, conduct product-based learning, assess children's progress in critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills. The hope is that this training can help teachers create an interesting and meaningful learning environment for children, encouraging creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. It is hoped that the results of this training can improve the quality of children's education through the effective implementation of PBL.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam ditentukan oleh banyak faktor. Artikel ini bertujuan mengulas beberapa faktor yang memberi dampak terhadap keberhasilan kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam, yaitu moralitas kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan penghargaan. Metode kualitatif kepustakaan (library research) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun setting penelitian di SIT Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi, dengan subyek penelitiannya adalah sebanyak 12 orang yang terdiri dari 3 orang kepala sekolah dan 12 orang wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, bidang kesiswaan, dan bidang sarana prasarana SIT (SD IT, SMP IT, dan SMA IT) Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis data menggunakan flowchart analisis melalui tahapan display data, reduksi data, verifikasi, dan konklusi dari data yang diperoleh. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan ketiga factor memberi dampak/pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan kepemimpinan pendidikan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan sebuah lembaga ditentukan oleh sosok pemimpinnya. Pemimpin bermoral mematuhi norma-norma budaya, reward yang memadai karena bertindak profesional karenanya layak dihargai.

Abstract

Environmental character education from an early age is a strategic step in developing a generation that cares about the natural world. Instilling this value is crucial in concrete ways so that children can understand and directly experience the benefits of protecting the environment. One effort undertaken is through a simple hydroponic learning activity involving children from TKS Kartika V 16. The activity was held once at the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic with the support of lecturers as resource persons. Through a hands-on learning method, the children were introduced to how to grow lettuce and bok choy using a simple hydroponic system. The learning process included an introduction to tools and materials, an explanation of the planting stages, and plant care. Observations throughout the activity showed high enthusiasm among the children. They were actively involved, from preparing the planting medium, planting the seeds, to providing air and nutrients to the plants. This activity fostered a sense of care and responsibility for the plants they grew themselves. Furthermore, the children's fine motor skills were also demonstrated through activities such as arranging the planting medium, sowing the seeds, and assembling the hydroponic equipment. This activity not only developed individual skills but also taught social values such as cooperation and mutual assistance. Children learn to work in groups, help each other, and appreciate each other's roles in the planting process. This hands-on, hands-on approach has proven effective in strengthening environmental awareness in a fun and contextual way. Therefore, environmental education through hydroponics can be a practical, inspiring, and easy-to-implement learning medium for young children, while also serving as a concrete example of how character education can go hand-in-hand with the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies.
