The distribution of funds by Islamic banks and UUS in accordance with sharia principles carries the risk of default or late payment. Financing risk is the risk that arises as a result of the failure of the party to be financed (participant) in fulfilling its obligations. Problem financing is financing that has difficulty in repayment due to intentional factors or factors or conditions beyond the ability of the debtor. The purpose of this study was to find out what are the factors that cause problems in mudharabah financing products at PT. BPRS Gebu Prima and to find out how the problem solving strategy for mudharabah financing products at PT. BPRS Gebu Prima. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The factors causing the problem of Bmudharabah financing are difficulties, marketing difficulties, declining income, miscalculation of opinions. Tujuan dari Kegiatan KKN mandiri ini adalah Mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar melalui keterlibatan dalam masyarakat dengan menemukan, merumuskan permasalhan yang ada di masyarakat juga Meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman peserta didik mengenai berbagai ilmu pengetahuan, terutama dalam pengetahuan pendidikan dasar agama islam dan juga mengenai kebersihan lingkungan di Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Melatih diri sendiri dan kreativitas peserta didik melalui kegiatan yang sudah dirancang seperti halnya mengajarkan materi praktik shalat sunnah, berwudhu, memotivasi anak-anak dalam belajar, berbagi dan gotong royong agar masyarakat terkhusus seluruh peserta KKN mandiri mampu melaksanakannya dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah. The development of the times that cannot be separated from technology certainly demands the human ability to master the technology. The world of education is also not spared from these technological developments. In this case, of course, the teacher must also be qualified in mastering technology in order to be able to present interesting learning materials for students. However, problems also began to emerge, especially in children's interest in learning, which seemed stagnant. This is caused by several factors such as monotonous learning carried out by teachers who are not at peace with technological developments. This study aims to increase children's interest in learning by using pictorial media and power point. The research method used is quantitative research with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study are: children are interested in learning after using pictorial media on subjects at Madinatussalam School are very interested based on the results of the study, it can be proven by an average value of 28,85. with the number of respondents as many as 20 children. Based on the findings of the test data that has been carried out, it can be concluded that Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted, that is, there are differences in children's learning interest for those who use illustrated learning media than those who use power point media in learning.

This study aims to determine the contribution of Islamic religion teachers to students in helping Al-Quran reading activities at Anuban Islam Songkhla School. This study used a descriptive qualitative method through field research (field research). The data in this study were obtained from various relevant sources, namely based on primary data sources and secondary data sources. In collecting the data, the researcher conducted semi-structured interviews and made observations on naturally occurring phenomena at Anuban Islam Songkhla School. The data that has been obtained will then be reduced, presented and concluded, these steps are an effort so that the research results that will be presented have credibility and can be objective. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of Islamic religious teachers at Anuban Islam Songkhla School refers to a number of manifestations of instilling Islamic values in students, this is an effort to form good student character in accordance with the concepts of the Koran and hadith. In its contribution, Islamic religious teachers approach students, Islamic religious teachers at Anuban Islam Songkhla School take an approach based on a communication process that refers to the principles of Islamic communication, this is a step to stimulate students at Anuban Islam Songkhla School so that they can be influenced and engaging in Koran reading activities at Anuban Islam Songkhla School.

This study aims to determine the implementation of reading the Malay script (prayers) in increasing student enthusiasm for learning at Anuban Islam Songkhla School Thailand. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach which is carried out through field research. The research data was obtained from various relevant sources, including primary data sources and secondary data sources. In data collection, researchers conducted semi-structured interviews and made observations at Anuban Islam Songkhla School. The data obtained will be reduced, presented and concluded. The results of this study indicate that at Anuban Islam Songkhla School Thailand, the method used to increase student enthusiasm for learning is by reading the Malay script (prayer). The aim is to instill optimism in students based on the Koran. As an Islamic school, Anuban Islam Songkhla School believes that activities that involve the presence of Allah SWT will create convenience in the learning process, one of which is increasing student enthusiasm and keeping them consistent so that boredom does not arise which makes them lose their focus on learning. So the implementation of Anuban Islam School in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning is by asking students to read the Malay script (prayer) as a step that believes that students' enthusiasm can be influenced by prayer.

Creative teachers are teachers who have creativity or as innovators. So that their creativity does not appear suddenly, but rather a lot of experience gained by the teacher in the learning process by preparing learning methods, preparing the devices used, and the material to be delivered in the learning process. This study aims to reveal the creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of the character of the students of State the anubanmuslimSongkhlaschool .This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) are able to convey material with creative models and methods and provide examples for students both inside and outside of learning, (2) need a process to instill character and instill students' awareness, (3) there is encouragement and motivation (press) from within is the principal and teachers, while encouragement from outside is parents, traditional leaders and local government. (4)The realization of character habituation that is always applied in the school environment or in the community. (5) The supporting factor for the realization of character habituation in schools comes from school principals, teachers and local governments, while the inhibiting factor is the difficulty of communicating with students and the community due to differences in language.

So that the behavior that appears is the impact of the practice of religion that he does. Islamic theological reasoning needs to be strengthened in facing the era of society 5.0 so that it can balance the social changes that are happening at this time. Because the strengthening of Islamic theological reasoning will become a stronghold for its adherents to be able to face an era full of technology like today. Moderate Islam is understood as teachings that are able to keep up with the times by not abandoning teachings that are in line with the guidance of the Al-Quran and Hadith. Thus, with an understanding related to Moderate Islam, it is hoped that Muhammadiyah cadres will be able to balance the movement of social change in life in society. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkapkan bahwasanya dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan siswa dalam karakter literasi Al-Quran ini perlu diterapakannya implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui literasi Al-Quran siswa, Rumusan masalah yang diteliti adalah untuk mengetahui proses, penghabat, dan peranan sekolah dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui literasi Al-Quran siswa di Rasmisart School Songkhla Thailand. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengimplementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui literasi Al-Quran siswa di Rasmisart School Songkhla Thailand. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan desriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) kegiatan budaya literasi Al-Qur’an memberikan motivasi kepada siswa dan memberikan pendidikan akhlak terhadap siswa dengan memahami ayat yang dibaca. (2) Masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur’an dikarnakan tidak semua siswa fokus dalam melakukan literasi Al-Qur’an serta prasarana dan sarana yang tidak memadai. Teacher competence is one of the benchmarks for the success of the education implemented. Therefore, qualified educators will be able to produce students who grow according to their stage of development. This study aims to determine how much influence the competence of the teacher has on the effectiveness of the learning process. The competencies in question include: Pedagogic, Professional, and Social Competencies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research to explore the excavations owned by PAUD teachers at the Private Kindergarten 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Gunungsitoli through the methods of conversing, interviewing, and asking questions and paying attention to the learning process every day which is carried out at Tk 'Asiyiyah Bustanul Athfal . The results of the study show that the competence of the teacher greatly influences the learning process, this then has an impact on the low learning process, because it cannot stimulate children's development optimally, the media is not varied and the method is not in accordance with the characteristics of the child. This research aims to examine the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education Learning at Khansa Khalifah IT Middle School. This research uses qualitative research with the type of Field Research (field study). Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview, documentation techniques, as well as 2 (two) types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. In collecting primary data, researchers take data directly from informants through interview techniques. The sources used as research objects are Islamic Religious Education teachers and students of SMP IT Khansa Khalifah. Secondary data was collected through documentation carried out by researchers, as well as existing documents, such as school profiles, learning theories and concepts, and data from documents related to the research topic. The research results show that the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in schools has gone well. This is seen from the learning outcomes of students. However, there are several obstacles faced by Khansa Khalifah teachers in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in Islamic Religious Education Lessons at Khansa Khalifah IT Middle School, namely the lack of media facilities and inadequate facilities/infrastructure.
