Abstract

ABSTRAK Praktek kecurangan di dalam proses tender dalam penyelenggaraan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah dapat berupa persekongkolan. Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) sebagai pengawas persaingan usaha berdasarkan UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat memiliki tugas di antaranya mengawasi larangan persekongkolan dalam tender sebagaimana diatur pasal 22 UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1999.: Salah satu diantaranya adalah memutus pelanggaran persekongkolan tender pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan sekolah khusus olahragawan internasional Provinsi Kalimantan Timur tahun anggaran 2013 dengan Putusan KPPU No. 16/KPPU-I/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa pendekatan hukum persaingan usaha yang digunakan oleh Majelis komisi adalah pendekatan per se illegal. DIikaji berdasarkan fakta dan data yuridis terkait hal materiil dan formil maka putusan KPPU Nomor 16/KPPU-I/2016 sebagian telah sesuai dengan UU No. 5 Tahun 1999S akan tetapi terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian putusan Majelis Komisi dengan Undang – Undang No. 5 Tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat. Kata Kunci: Putusan KPPU; Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat; Persekongkolan Tender; Pendekatan hukum persaingan usaha.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities at an early age children is important to note especially about learning media used. In the learning process often children do not focus on what is being taught by the teacher because there is nothing more exciting than being taught by the teacher. In addition the level of boredom child will be increased when the media is not interesting again. Great Media affect the child's motivation to learn. The use of technology in learning media is expected to increase the learn motivation in early childhood. This research will be built a learning media such as flash card that uses augmented reality technology that is expected to increase the learn motivation of early childhood. The results showed that the use of flash media cards augmented reality can improve learning outcomes in children seen from the responses given by children when study. Sistem flash cards augmented reality can be run properly and children can use them independently.

Abstract

Terdapat perbedaan pengelola Kelas Khusus Olahraga (KKO) antara SMP dan SMA. KKO SMP dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten, sedangkan KKO SMA dikelola oleh Pemerintah Provinsi. Hal tersebut menyebabkan kebijakan yang berbeda antara SMP dan SMA. Siswa yang mengikuti KKO memperoleh fasilitas seperti pelatihan oleh pelatif profesional, tempat berlatih dengan fasilitas lengkap, serta perlengkapan olahraga untuk masing-masing siswa secara gratis. Dispora tidak membatasi cabang olahraga yang dipilih sehingga cabang olahraga siswa yang dipilih sangat luas. Hal tersebut menyebabkan kekurangefektifan pendanaan cabang olahraga, terutama yang sepi peminat. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, kemudian dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sharing session terkait usulan langkah-langkah yang diambil serta memperkenalkan big data untuk mengkaji mengenai sustainability Kelas Khusus Olahraga (KKO) Yogyakarta terkait keberadaan KKO, pilihan cabang siswa, serta pendataan (tracer). Agar dapat melakukan kajian untuk pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, terdapat usulan untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan data dengan big data. Pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dengan wawancara, survey, FGD, serta mengumpulkan data dari pihak Dispora, KONI, Bapedda, sekolah. Dari data-data tersebut kemudian dapat menjadi bahan mentah untuk big data.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred throughout the world has hampered the world of education in carrying out the learning process. It requires the world of education to make rapid changes to the concept of learning so that the results of the learning process remain following the curriculum. However, during a pandemic, students are forced to study from home. Of course, this limits the essence of the practicum, which has to be done in the laboratory because students need interaction activities with machines. Augmented reality (A.R.) is a technology that allows users to interact with virtual objects. In this study, the application design is carried out using the rapid prototyping method, which can quickly accommodate the application development process. This study proves that AR-based applications can increase the understanding of 58% of students about the use of lathe, milling and 3D printing machines.

Abstract

The growth and development of the internet users have given Indonesia an opportunity to develop internet-based services, such as online travel agents (OTA). Along with this OTA development, conventional travel agents were declining. Many conventional travel agents have decided to switch to online travel agents. The emergence of new OTAs has also made OTAs competition more challenging. Thus, a lesson learned from the market leader OTA is expected to help new OTAs surviving the competition. This research uses the sentiment analysis method to understand consumers' perceptions towards OTA and uses the social network analysis method to recognize actors who play significant roles in the travel agent business network. Lastly, the marketing strategies of the major and well-known OTAs perceived by online consumers was analyzed. Using the data collected from three major OTAs social media network (i.e., Traveloka, Tiket, and Booking), it was found that the general impression of consumers towards OTA is a positive sentiment. Furthermore, each key actor for each OTAs can be recognized. Lastly, marketing strategies can be proposed, namely by providing the complete product offerings, provide competitive price, creating special promos for consumers, promotion to be carried out on all social media using Bahasa Indonesia, and make the products offered available throughout Indonesia and can be used by everyone, especially travelers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of students of the State Islamic University of Jakarta towards sharia savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). As a young generation who are technologically and financially literate, students are an important segment in the growth of Sharia banking. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 30 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured satisfaction, trust in sharia principles, product excellence, ease of service access, and interest and loyalty. Descriptive statistical analysis and one-sample t-test were used to assess students' overall perceptions. The results show that students' perceptions of Sharia savings at Bank BSI are generally positive. Respondents are satisfied with BSI's services, believe in sharia principles, and assess the product according to their needs. However, it is necessary to improve service accessibility and education related to product features to strengthen financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of concrete at the pier head structure of the toll road at KM149 Padaleunyi, Bandung, using the Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) method. UPV was chosen as a non-destructive tool for crack detection and measuring the quality and uniformity of concrete. Testing was conducted on 10 sample points, with results indicating ultrasonic wave velocities below 3000 m/s, signifying poor and unintegrated concrete condition. The average measured crack depth was 36.55 mm, potentially impacting structural stability. Based on these findings, structural repairs using high-quality crack fillers and routine monitoring are recommended to prevent further damage. Comprehensive structural evaluations are also necessary to ensure the structure can support future loads. This research provides insights into methods for evaluating and improving concrete quality in road infrastructure projects.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of assistance in the use of digital payment methods through the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) for MSMEs and houses of worship in Balapulang Wetan Village as an effort to support digital transformation in the financial system. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, this activity involves the active participation of MSME players (Wedding Decoration MSME and Embroidery MSME) and the manager of houses of worship (Majlis Saung Sholawat) through the stages of needs survey, discussion forums, training, and implementation assistance. Socialization and education about the benefits, registration procedures, and use of QRIS have succeeded in increasing digital literacy and participants' confidence in non-cash transactions. Evaluation results show that QRIS has been well implemented, accelerates transactions, increases payment security, and supports transparency of financial records. Thus, assistance in using QRIS has proven to have a significant role in encouraging digital economic growth and financial inclusion at the local level.

Abstract

This service journal aims to find out how much influence the talaqqi method has in improving the quality of a child's reading when reading the Qur'an. This community service activity was carried out on 1-25 Ramadan 1445 Hijriyah, which was attended by 15 participants from the At Taqwa Mosque TPA children, Sukatani Gunung Putri village. This training was carried out based on the needs of partners related to the evaluation of the TPA program itself, namely the lack of attention of children to the quality of reading the Qur'an which had been memorized from short surahs or which had not been memorized from other surahs in the Qur'an. To get results optimally, this training is carried out using a participatory method with a service learning model. This training activity ran well and smoothly in accordance with the stages arranged in the activity implementation schedule that is already in the TPA plus the planning in the teaching process. This can be seen from the achievement of training objectives and the enthusiasm and activeness of participants in training activities.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan telah menjadi kekuatan pendorong utama dalam mengakselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Peran yang dimainkan oleh para pengusaha dalam ekosistem ekonomi telah menjadi tulang punggung bagi kemajuan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, dibalik kesempatan yang terbuka luas untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi. Kewirausahaan berperan penting dalam mendorong kesejahteraan perekonomian Indonesia dengan membuka peluang besar bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif. Artikel ini mengkaji peran kewirausahaan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan fokus pada analisa peran kewirausahaan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, artikel ini merangkum penjelasan mengenai peran kewirausahaan terhadap berbagai aspek seperti, lapangan pekerjaan, tingkat kemiskinan, ekosistem bisnis, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas peran kewirausahaan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.
