Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether organizational commitment variables such as: affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment have significant influence either partially or simultaneously to the job satisfaction of employees of the CV Karya Taruna Teknik. Data collection method using primary data and secondary data method. Primary data were collected, which is distributing questionnaires to 50 permanent employees of CV Karya Taruna Teknik. While the secondary data required obtained from web and internet. The research analysis was done by using multiple linear regression analysis. Data procrssing research using SPSS 23 for Windows. The result of hypothesis test shows that the affective commitment not have a significant influence on job satisfaction partially but affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment have a significant influence on job satisfaction simultaneously . Continuance commitment is found as the factor that has the most powerful influence on job satisfaction.Keywords: Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The government's efforts to accelerate economic growth in Indonesia are carried out by encouraging people to become entrepreneurs. Several studies conducted during the last 10 years show that the growth of entrepreneurship in a country cannot be separated from the participation and role of women. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and business performance improvement of women entrepreneurs. This study found that social support has an important role, especially for women entrepreneurs, with social support provided to women, multiple role conflicts can be reduced. Women can do their job to the fullest, and still carry out their role as wives and mothers in the family. The social support provided to women entrepreneurs really helps them to be able to calmly do their jobs, build and develop their businesses. Increasing social support will reduce dual role conflicts and will have an effect on improving the business performance of women entrepreneurs. The managerial implications of the research are 1. Women as entrepreneurs (women's entrepreneurship) can find the various forms of social support needed to help them reduce the dual role conflicts that are often experienced by women's entrepreneurship 2. Women as entrepreneurs (women's entrepreneurship) can develop appropriate strategies to improve their business performance through the social support they receive.3. Women as business actors (women entrepreneurship) can find out what dual role conflicts will arise and affect their business performance when they do not get social support. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the big countries that have abundant natural wealth. Various kinds of plants in Indonesia show that the natural wealth that exists is a producer of oxygen, minerals, vitamins, and other nutritional content needed by the human body, such as vegetables and fruits. However, behind all this wealth, according to UNICEF, Indonesia is currently facing the problem of malnutrition in which more than two million children are malnourished, and more than seven million children are stunted. This makes Indonesia one of the countries with the highest child stunting burden in the world. NTT is one part of Eastern Indonesia that is poor and has malnutrition problems. The purpose of this study was to conduct a preliminary analysis for a social entrepreneurship project by utilizing the Moringa plant that thrives in Adonara. The results of the analysis can be used as a way to overcome the problems of poverty and malnutrition through the development of social entrepreneurship. The research question posed in the study is how can IBMC analysis be used to assist in running the AMAINA social entrepreneurship project? This research is qualitative research, starting with observing environmental conditions in Adonara, then compiling questions as guidelines for conducting interviews with local residents regarding their knowledge of moringa leaf forgiveness, community empowerment, and household economic improvement. The results of this preliminary study found that the results of the IBMC analysis, financial analysis, and marketing analysis that have been carried out indicate that the AMAINA social entrepreneurship project is feasible to be developed. Abstract

The beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic required humans to spend more time at home because of the government's policy of limiting activities. This study turned out to be a source of trigger for the emergence of social violence in society. Data shows that the level of violence in Indonesia, particularly in Jakarta, is increasing as the Covid-19 pandemic continues. All forms of violence can occur anywhere and anytime. Although various services are provided to victims of violence and improvements in education and technology this is not enough to reduce the violence in Indonesia. This article was written using a qualitative method by analyzing the social impact of the business model canvas to design a feel safe application (FSA). The data used helps strengthen why this FSA project needs to be made as a social entrepreneurship project. The data was obtained through secondary data from government publications and publications related to research that discussed increased social violence in the household and the environment since the COVID-19 pandemic. Implementing FSA as one of the social entrepreneurship projects is expected to impact the community by minimizing the number of violence and increasing public awareness of violence and its impact on victims.

Abstract

The Training for Women's MSME Business Performance Improvement in Jakarta and Bandung during the Covid-19 Pandemic has the following objectives: 1) Conduct community service based on the results of research that has been carried out with the title "Analysis of the Effect of Multiple Role Conflicts on the Performance of Women Entrepreneurs in the COVID-19 Pandemic Period with Support Social as a Moderating Variable”. 2) Helping women entrepreneurs to maintain their business performance by reducing dual role conflicts and getting social support from the surrounding environment. 3) Use of mapping results generated from research to conduct training and mentoring for women entrepreneurs. The training materials that will be the focus of this activity are limited to the following variables: Work Family Conflict, Factors Affecting the Performance of Women Entrepreneurs, and Social Support. Characteristics of participants who are beneficiaries of community service activities are: 1) Female: have been and are still married, at least in the last 6 months, have at least 1 child. 2) Have a business / entrepreneurship for at least the last 6 months, and 3) Domiciled in the Jakarta and Bandung areas. Partners who will be involved in this training activity are Jakarta: Jak Prenuer Kec. Grogol, Jakarta: Jak Preneur Kec. Menteng, and Bandung: Vibrant Woman Community. This training will be held on 20 – 23 December 2021 with a total of 61 participants. The results of the pretest and posttest analysis showed that the participants experienced development in the cognitive area of ​​50.57%. Meanwhile, the level of participant satisfaction with the training is 89.66%, which relates to resource persons (90.60%), especially resource persons who can explain well, resource persons can make participants more confident with their MSME efforts (91.49%) ABSTRAK: Pelatihan Peningkatan Kinerja Usaha UMKM Perempuan di Jakarta dan Bandung di Masa Pandemic Covid19 memiliki tujuan: 1) Melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dengan judul “Analisis Pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda Terhadap Kinerja Pengusaha Wanita di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 dengan dukungan dosial sebagai variabel Moderasi”. 2) Membantu pengusaha wanita untuk mempertahankan kinerja usahanya dengan mengurangi konflik peran ganda dan mendapat dukungan sosial dari lingkungan sekitarnya. 3) Penggunaan hasil pemetaan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pengusaha wanita. Materi pelatihan yang akan dijadikan fokus dalam kegiatan ini dibatasi pada beberapa variabel berikut: Work Family Conflict (Konflik Peran Ganda), Faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pengusaha Perempuan, dan Dukungan Sosial. Karakteristik peserta penerima manfaat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah: 1) Berjenis kelamin perempuan: sudah pernah dan masih menikah, minimal enam bulan terakhir, memiliki minimal satu orang anak. 2) Memiliki usaha / berwirausaha minimal 6 bulan terakhir, dan 3) Berdomisili di daerah Jakarta dan Bandung. Mitra yang akan terlibat pada kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah: Jakarta: Jak Prenuer Kec. Grogol, Jakarta: Jak Preneur Kec. Menteng, dan Bandung: Komunitas Vibrant Woman. Pelatihan ini dilakukan pada tgl 20 – 23 Desember 2021 dengan total peserta 61 orang. Hasil analisis pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami perkembangan dalam area kognitif sebesar 50,57%. Sementara itu, tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan yaitu sebesar 89,66%, yang berkaitan dengan Narasumber (90,60%), khususnya Narasumber dapat menjelaskan dengan baik, Narasumber dapat membuat peserta menjadi lebih percaya diri dengan usaha UMKM-nya (91,49%)

Abstract

Pemberdayaan menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan peran perempuan dalam meningkatkan potensi diri agar lebih mampu mandiri dan berkarya. Keberlanjutan dalam kewirausahaan adalah keadaan atau kondisi suatu organisasi yang memiliki peluang untuk melestarikan, mengembangkan dan melindungi sumber dayanya serta memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada dalam organisasi (industri).Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dukungan sosial yang diberikan kepada perempuan dalam menciptakan keberlanjutan bisnis.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden, mereka adalah perempuan pelaku usaha yang selanjutnya ditentukan dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Instrumen yang disusun dalam kuesioner digunakan untuk mengambil data, dengan mengirmkan link gfrom kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS dengan membuat Analisa jalur dan mengujinya dengan bootstrapping untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dukungan sosial pada kewirausahaan perempuan dan keberlanjutan usaha.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh bahwa dukungan sosial memiliki pengaurh secara langsung kepada keberlanjutan kewirausahaan perempuan. Variabel dukungan sosial yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh perempuan sebagai pelaku usaha adalah variable penilaian positif, dimana ke empat indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini semuanya dapat digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh dukungan sosial berupa penilaian positif pada perempuan pelaku kewirausahaan untuk membantu mereka menjaga keberlanjutan usaha yang sudah dijalankan.

Abstract

Various social problems have motivated more and more people to find solutions to these social problems. The purpose of this research was to 1) identify social community movers; 2) they are identifying social business fields that develop in social communities; 3) identify the location of social community-based social entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is descriptive research; data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used snowball sampling, which involved identifying and taking samples from existing community members, then used to identify and recruit relevant new members. The results of the community mapping carried out in this study can be used to help the community to empower the community through social entrepreneurship. Community mapping allows social entrepreneurship actors to understand regional characteristics, determine work areas, and establish partnerships or collaborations with parties that support community empowerment programs. Abstract

Measuring performance in social entrepreneurship is an important thing that needs to be done. This is an effort to ensure prosperity and maintain the sustainability of social entrepreneurship. This research aims to analyze the performance of social entrepreneurship and build a conceptual model of the strategy for assessing the performance of social entrepreneurship in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The SSM research method was used to develop a conceptual model to measure the performance of social entrepreneurship. The results of the study concluded that measuring the performance of social entrepreneurship can be measured using measurement tools or indicators that focus on sustainable development goals (SDGs). This study also found the need for the role of the government or policy owners as actors who have an essential role in developing social entrepreneurship performance measurement tools. This is necessary to distinguish the target of achieving success through social and commercial entrepreneurship.

Abstract

In 2020, the Indonesian minister of education, Nadiem Makarim, launched the MBKM (Merdeka Learn Campus Merdeka) program to prepare higher education graduates who are demanding to face change. Through the MBKM Program, students have the opportunity for one semester or the equivalent of twenty credits to study outside the study program at the same University and a maximum of two semesters or the equivalent of forty credits of studying in the same study program at different universities, looking in various study programs at multiple universities, and learning outside the university. To give birth to prospective entrepreneurs, universities must create a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem for students (Mack & Mayer, 2016). The role of each component in the ecosystem, such as faculty, according to Hayter (2016), is needed in adding to the social network of prospective entrepreneurs. Autio et al. (2014) revealed that policymakers are a more dominant factor in creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem. Mueller and Toutain (2015) explain that schools are the right environment to foster cultural creativity, self-confidence, and development freedom. Various internal and external elements must be involved in forming an entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education. This research is an early stage of research to identify multiple inputs owned by universities in shaping their entrepreneurial ecosystem through the MBKM Entrepreneurship program. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a participatory action research (PAR) approach. The research results are expected to help universities map the factors that can support the formation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem through the MBKM program carried out by universities.

Abstract

Tempe merupakan makanan fermentasi asli Indonesia yang murah dan mengandung gizi. Pembuatan tempe yang higienis sangat menunjang kualitas tempe yang baik untuk dikonsumsi. Pemahaman dalam pembuatan tempe yang higienis dan tersedianya masakan berbasis tempe masih menjadi permasalahan bagi masyarakat Indonesia, salah satunya di daerah Ciomas. Dalam rangka mengatasi tantangan ini, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada mitra, yaitu ibu-ibu PKK warga RT 4, RW 10, Desa Ciomas, Bogor, Jawa Barat, tentang pembuatan tempe yang aman dan higienis serta pembuatan inovasi masakan berbasis tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pelatihan pembuatan tempe higienis pada 28 Juli 2023, peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat berinovasi makanan berbasis tempe pada 17 Agustus 2023, serta pembentukan komunitas masyarakat tempe pada 2 September 2023. Kegiatan tahap 1 diikuti oleh 36 peserta yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dan dapat membuat tempe sendiri. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan 100% peserta dapat membuat tempe. Kegiatan lomba kreasi aneka olahan tempe dilaksanakan pada tahap ke-2 dan menghasilkan masakan berbasis tempe yang siap dijual. Pada kegiatan tahap ke-3 dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengukur keberhasilan rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang tempe dan keterampilan dalam memproduksi tempe secara mandiri sehingga mampu mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis tempe. Pada kegiatan tahap ke-3 juga dibentuk komunitas masyarakat tempe, yaitu desa wisata ”Kampung Tempe Ciomas.” Komunitas masyarakat tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan ekonomi mitra.
