Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the impact of empowering and fostering innovation of peasants as an activity that summarizes the values to build a new paradigm in agricultural development. The role of the agricultural sector is very strategic, not only in order to achieve food self-sufficiency but also in order to expand non-oil and gas foreign exchange sources. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of the strategy and pattern of relations between the Aceh Community Empowerment Institution (LPMA) in implementing the empowerment program and fostering farmer innovation in Nisam District, North Aceh Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The phenomenon of poverty for the people in Nisam District, North Aceh generally comes from the agricultural sector due to the lack of support for knowledge and business capital. This empowerment activity is carried out by the Aceh Community Empowerment Institute (LPMA), a non-governmental organization. Research shows that the optimization of empowerment and innovation carried out by LPMA has contributed to increasing community empowerment and also contributed to business partnerships for poor farmers to increase community empowerment.

Abstract

PT. Kilang Padi Mutiara Refinery is a company engaged in rice production that produces rice, groats, and bran. The main product of this factory is rice. It can be seen in storage warehouse activities that they still experience problems with poor product placement due to irregular distances between placement and delivery areas caused by the preparation of products that are not based on inventory so that the products in the warehouse become narrower and seem messy, this triggers the accumulation of excess products. to damage the finished product packaging. Based on the existing problems, in this study, planning for layout improvements using the shared storage method was carried out to increase the effectiveness of the distance between doors to the storage area and better product placement. the steps of re-planning using the shared storage method begin by knowing the warehouse area, warehouse capacity, and other warehouse data, as well as collecting data by determining space requirements, determining space allowances, and the distance of the entrance to the storage area. From the data processing, the distance becomes more regular and can be known every distance. Based on the comparison of the initial layout and the proposal, it is known that the distance in the initial layout is 719.56 meters, while for the proposed layout using the shared storage method, the results are 593.33 meters with 13 product areas, with this loading and unloading activities become better and more effective.

Abstract

Klinik Vinca Rosea merupakan Klinik Fisioterapi pertama yang berada di kota Lhokseumawe. Rata-rata di setiap tahun nya klinik Vinca Rosea mengalami peningkatan pasien. klinik vinca rosea telah mengelola 120 item obat yang terdaftar pada database nya. Perencanaan obat di klinik Vinca Rosea belum menggunakan analisis dan peramalan kebutuhan obat sehingga sulit untuk memperkirakan jumlah pemesanan obat yang akan datang Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan obat stock-out yang menyebabkan kurangnya minat pelanggan untuk membeli obat di klinik Vinca Rosea karena tidak terpenuhnya permintaan, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian persediaan obat menggunakan metode ABC (Always, Better, Control), dan EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) di Klinik Vinca Rosea. Berdasarkan analisis ABC, obat yang termasuk kelompok A (Always) sebanyak 35 jenis obat (29,9%) dengan jumlah investasi 69,70%, kelompok B (Better) sebanyak 34 jenis obat (28,3%) dengan jumlah investasi 20,55% dan kelompok C (Control) sebanyak 51 jenis obat (42,3%) dengan jumlah investasi 9,55%. Berdasarkan EOQ yaitu jumlah pemesanan optimum tertinggi sebanyak 2362 item dan jumlah pemesanan optimum terendah sebanyak 167 item. Jumlah Safety Stock bervariasi mulai dari 8 – 41 unit serta Reorder Point bervariasi mulai dari 13 – 66 unit untuk setiap jenis obat. Total biaya persediaan tanpa metode adalah sebesar Rp. 514.785.080/Tahun. Total biaya persediaan dengan metode EOQ adalah sebesar Rp. 482.260.210/Tahun dengan menerapkan metode EOQ dapat menghemat biaya sebesar Rp. 32.524.8700/Tahun atau sebesar 6,32%/Tahun.

Abstract

Perencanaan produksi merupakan perencanaan tentang produk apa saja dan berapa jumlah yang akan diproduksi oleh perusahaan dalam waktu satu periode yang akan datang. UD. Umega Hj. Eliya Lubis saat ini belum menerapkan perencanaan produksi yang baik untuk pelaksanaan produksi, pengusaha roti kacang melakukan perencanaan produksi hanya berdasarkan jumlah permintaan sebelumnya. Usaha ini sering dihadapkan suatu keadaan dimana adanya suatu ketidak pastian produk dengan banyaknya permintaan, karena banyaknya permintaan bersifat fluktuasi maka pengusaha roti kacang perlu memperhatikan kesesuaian banyak produk dengan permintaan konsumen agar tidak terjadi kerugian akibat produk yang berlebih dan terlalu sedikit. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, diperlukan suatu perencanaan produksi menggunakan metode Goal Programming untuk pengoptimalan produksi roti kacang dengan bantuan software LINDO 1.6, metodeGoal Programming ditujukan untuk mengatasi masalah dengan lebih dari satu tujuan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai perusahaana dalah memenuhi permintaan pasar, memaksimalkan keuntungan dan meminimalkan biaya produksi. Hasil peramalan yang didapatkan berdasarkan metode eksponensial smoothing bulan juli 2022–juni 2023  Roti kacang; rasa kacang hijau yaitu 6.451 kotak, 6.451 kotak, 5701 kotak, 5.090 kotak, 4.020 kotak, 3.760 kotak, 4.606 kotak, 3.200 kotak, 4.800 kotak, 4.440 kotak, 6.853 kotak, 5.328 kotak. Roti kacang rasa kacanghitamyaitu 5.830 kotak, 5.830 kotak, 4.965 kotak, 4.082 kotak, 2.991 kotak, 2.929 kotak, 3.092 kotak, 3.896 kotak, 2.948 kotak, 3.034 kotak, 2.962 kotak, 4.131 kotak. Dengan penerapan metode Goal Programming didapatkan hasil optimal yaitu biaya produksi yang tidak melebihi batasan target yaitu sebesar Rp 2.086.399.500 dan juga target keuntungan tercapai yaitu Rp 16.582.405.000 dan diperoleh dari ketiga tujuan tersebut mendapatkan nilai deviasinol terhadap target yang ingindicapai.

Abstract

This study delved into the intricate realm of enhancing literacy competence at the junior high school level among school teams operating at the district and city levels in Indonesia. With a focus on collaborative efforts, this research analyzed various strategies to bolster literacy skills, comprehensively exploring the multifaceted challenges and potential solutions. The study examined the historical background and significance of literacy competence in Indonesia's junior high schools to grasp the context. It addressed the pressing problem of inadequate literacy skills among students and identified vital contributing factors, such as limited access to resources, linguistic diversity, and disparities in socioeconomic conditions. The study set forth four primary research objectives: (1) to assess the current literacy competence levels in junior high schools, (2) to uncover the internal and external factors influencing literacy development, (3) to scrutinize effective strategies and best practices for strengthening literacy skills within school teams, and (4) to formulate targeted recommendations for district and city-level policymakers, educators, and stakeholders, through a comprehensive investigation encompassing public and private schools across diverse regions, the research aimed to shed light on the complex interplay of factors shaping literacy outcomes. This study, despite its limitations in terms of time and resource constraints and personal influences, seeks to provide valuable insights to guide collaborative efforts to boost among junior high school students in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research delves into the multifaceted landscape of religious moderation in Indonesia, specifically examining the initiatives undertaken by both the government and community organizations to foster tolerance among diverse religious communities. Indonesia, renowned for its rich religious diversity, faces the dual challenge of celebrating its Islamic heritage while ensuring inclusivity for minority religious groups. Against this backdrop, our study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative, in-depth interviews, surveys, and case studies to gain comprehensive insights. The qualitative arm involves interviews with key stakeholders, including government officials, religious leaders, and community representatives. These interviews aim to uncover the lived experiences, challenges, and successes in fostering religious moderation. Complementing this, surveys provide quantitative data, gauging public perceptions and the effectiveness of existing initiatives. Diverse case studies contribute contextual depth, offering a nuanced understanding of specific instances. Sampling techniques ensure representation from various religious communities and regions, fostering inclusivity in data collection. Ethical considerations, including informed consent and ethical review, underpin our commitment to respecting participants' rights. The analysis incorporates quantitative and qualitative approaches, employing statistical tools and thematic analysis to discern patterns and insights. This research aims to contribute to Indonesia's ongoing discourse on religious harmony by elucidating the dynamic interplay between government policies and grassroots efforts.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi terutama dengan tersedianya berbagai jenis media digital untuk melakukan kegiatan ekonomi sangat membantu siswa dalam melihat peluang wirausaha untuk meningkatkan penjualan online. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini memberikan Pengaruh teknologi informasi kepada siswa untuk berwirausaha dan siswa dapat bimbingan teknis dalam membuka lapangan pekerjaaan. Selanjutnya pengabdian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh wirasuha dalam dunia industri bagi siswa dan peluang mana yang banyak terbuka dalam membuka wirausaha baru. Metodelogi yang dilakukan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi untuk melihat bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi teknologi informasi dalam melihat peluang bisnis dan pengembangan wirausaha dalam dunia industri untuk siswa. Adanya pengabdian ini  dapat meningkatkan motivasi minat bagi siswa dalam tersedia lapangan kerja yang lumayan fleksibel dan dapat membantu siswa untuk mendapatkan biaya tambahan sehari-hari serta membangkitkan jiwa-jiwa ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif yang dimiliki siswa. Selanjutnya hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Teknologi Informasi dalam melihat peluang Bisnis dan pengembangan wirausaha dalam Dunia industri serta mengetahui sistem seperti apa yang bisa digunakan untuk menjalankan suatu wirausaha secara online. hasil pengabdian juga diharapkan dapat dibangun dan membantu siswa membuka wirausaha online secara fleksibel tanpa meninggalkan kewajiban seorang siswa.
