Abstract

This study aims to reveal the application of the principles of Transparency and Accountability in the administration of Village Government which is categorized as Disadvantaged in West Halmahera Regency. Transparency is related to information disclosure which is built on the freedom to obtain information related to the general interest of the village, which can be directly obtained by villagers who need it. While accountability realizes the obligation of the Village to account for and explain the process and achievement of financial and non-financial goals to Village residents. By practicing the concepts of transparency and accountability in village financial management, it is expected to create various positive influences for improving the quality of life and welfare of the Village Community. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods to achieve these goals. The results showed that the conditions for implementing transparency and accountability in Ulo Village, Jailolo District, Tewe Village, South Jailolo District and Togoreba Tua in North Ibu District were generally quite good. In addition, this study also found that in general there is evidence that the condition of underdeveloped villages in the three villages often results in a slowdown in the achievement of village performance; This is more because there are complex socio-cultural disputes between villagers and the village government.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and individual ability on employee performance with organizational supervision as a moderator at Class II Ternate Harbor and Port Authority. The number of samples used in this study was 42 respondents with moderated regression analysis as an analytical technique. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study indicate that work discipline and individual abilities have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In addition, the results also showed that organizational supervision is only able to moderate the relationship between individual abilities and employee performance, but not on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. The findings in this study provide guidelines that can be considered by policy makers in an effort to improve employee performance by considering key factors such as work discipline, individual abilities, and organizational supervision.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan penting dan strategis bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, baik itu negara yang sedang berkembang maupun negara yang sudah maju. Industri restoran dan rumah makan hingga saat ini masih mendominasi sebagai slaah satu bentuk usaha yang memiliki prospek yang cukup bagus kedepan, bahkan dalam kondisi krisis ekonomi sekalipun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi kepuasan konsumen, maupun dimoderasi oleh variety seeking. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden sebagai pengunjung di rumah makan dan minuman di Kota Ternate. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Path Analysis dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Service Quality berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, namun Service Quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, walaupun kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, serta Variety Seeking bukan sebagai variable moderasi hubungan Service Quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menguji kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Untuk menguji job description berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tediri dari 137 PNS pada Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan dan 5 Puskesmas di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Job description berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan model pelatihan coaching, mentoring, magang dan e-learning; memperoleh data valid dampak kebermanfaatan pelaksanaan coaching, mentoring, magang dan e-learning dalam peningkatan kompetensi ASN; dan menganalisis faktor penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan coaching, mentoring, magang dan e-learning di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Maluku Utara. Teknik analisis data dengan mendeskripsikan sepenuhnya pengalaman yang dialami subyek penelitian kemudian menemukan pernyataan dari hasil wawancara tentang bagaimana orang-orang menemukan topik. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kompetensi pegawai melalui program pelatihan couching, mentoring, magang dan e-learning, yang dilakukan lebih baik dari sebelumnya; untuk bentuk pengembangan kompetensi sendiri tidak hanya bersifat klasikal, namun juga non klasikal yang artinya kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi tidak hanya berupa pembelajaran kelas, namun lebih ditekankan pada pada proses pembelajaran praktik kerja dan/atau pembelajaran di luar kelas; faktor hambatan program pelatihan dalam mengimplementasikan programnya di pegawai, yaitu Terbatasanya waktu sesi couching dan mentoring, minimnya couch yang bersertifikat, sebagian mentor belum menguasai fungsi dan tugas pada bidangnya, terbatansnya model pembelajaran e-learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership support, organizational culture, and infrastructure on student achievement at SLB Negeri Tobelo school. The total population is 80 students and the sample in this study is 40 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 application. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that leadership support has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, and infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on student achievement.

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. 35 of 2018 concerning the Revitalization of Correctional Administration is an effort to progressively re-describe the ideal correctional system implementation model and is based on a holistic analysis of the elements that affect the implementation of correctional duties and functions as well as existing objective conditions. That way a more precise formula will be obtained in solving various problems that have been indicated, in the implementation of the work of the correctional system, with measurable and clear change measures. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Organizational Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Inmate Development Programa at the Ternate Class IIA Penitentiary. The variables studied are Organizational Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline. The sample collection method uses the solvin formula. The resulting sample was 60. Questionnaires were distributed to employees of the Ternate Class IIA Penitentiary. The data analysis test uses the Multiple linear regression method using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) V22 program as a statistical test tool. The results of hypothesis testing for the variables Organizational Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline had a significant effect on the Performance of Ternate Class IIA Penitentiary Employees

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Analyzing the influenceof Style Leadership on the Employee Performance of Ternate CityLand Office; (2) Analyzing the influence of Work discipline on theEmployee Performance of Ternate City Land Office; and (3)Analyzing the influence of style leadership and Work discipline asimultaneously on the Employee Performance of Ternate City LandOffice. The number of samples is 42 employees.Methodology: The test equipment used is multiple regressionanalysis using statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as astatistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Style Leadership has apositive and significant impact the Employee Performance ofTernate City Land Office. It is based on a t value greater than thevalue of t table, and a smaller significant value of alpha (α); (2) Workdiscipline has a positive and significant impact the EmployeePerformance of Ternate City Land Office. It is also based on a tvalue greater than the value of t table, and a significantly smallervalue of alpha (α); and (3) Style Leadership and Work disciplinesimultaneously have a positive and significant influence theEmployee Performance of Ternate City Land Office. It is based onthe F value count greater than the F table value, and the significantvalue smaller than alpha (α).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere, gaya hidup dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Paddock Cafe kota Ternate.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di paddock café Kota Ternate dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 135 respnden. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari kuisioner yang telah diisi oleh responden penelitian, dan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) Gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, 3) Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a transformational leadership style on the performance of village officials through work motivation in East Halmahera Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample selected was comprised of 90 village officials using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS Version 26. The results of this study found that        1) Transformational leadership had a positive and significant impact on village officials' performance, 2) Transformational leadership had a significant and positive impact on work motivation, 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on the Village Apparatus' performance, and 4) Indirectly, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Village Apparatus through work motivation in East Halmahera Regency.
