Abstract

Dalam menghadapi persaingan pendidikan yang semakin ketat, pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan menjadi krusial untuk mendukung seleksi mahasiswa berprestasi. Profile Matching, sebuah pendekatan cerdas yang menggabungkan data dan karakteristik mahasiswa dengan kebutuhan program studi, diimplementasikan di Universitas XYZ, mencapai peningkatan signifikan dalam kinerja akademis mahasiswa terpilih. Metode ini tidak hanya meningkatkan akurasi seleksi mahasiswa berprestasi, tetapi juga memberikan keunggulan dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan program studi dan kontribusi mahasiswa dalam proyek kolaboratif. Analisis keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam proyek kolaboratif memberikan dimensi tambahan dalam menilai aspek kepemimpinan dan kontribusi tim. Hasil penelitian ini membuka arah baru menuju pembaruan pendidikan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan individual mahasiswa, dengan Profile Matching menjadi kontributor positif dalam memperkuat kualitas seleksi mahasiswa dan keberlanjutan program studi. Keberhasilan implementasi di Universitas XYZ juga menegaskan pentingnya integrasi metode Profile Matching dalam proses seleksi mahasiswa, mendorong pengembangan lebih lanjut dan memberikan inspirasi bagi penelitian lanjutan di bidang ini.

Abstract

In the era of technology, it requires everyone to always be ready to utilize all technology-based media for both work and communication. Especially for academics, in last semester students at Universitas PGRI Madiun to produce graduates who are smart, competitive and have entrepreneurial skills. To achieve this mission, before graduating, students are equipped with skills in understanding competencies in the field of information technology with training and IT competency tests using the GMetrix and Certiport platforms as internationally recognized exam service provider portals in the IT field. The team uses blended methods for implementing this service activity. The final result of this IT training and mentoring activity was that 80% of the total + 1039 participants successfully passed with a very good score of 700-800 and a minimum passing point of 700. Proof of graduation is in the form of an international standard certificate in the IT field.

Abstract

ChatGPT with OpenAI is an artificial intelligence-based machine technology that is trained to imitate human conversation using NLP (Natural Language Processing) technology. ChatGPT can be used to produce quite scientific writing with good and effective formulation techniques. With the help of OpenAI technology, ChatGpt can help innovate in creating learning media and learning tools such as creating RPS (Semester Learning Plans) and writing textbooks for teaching staff, especially at the tertiary level. The aim of this research is to clarify the role of artificial intelligence in the world of education and this research method uses qualitative methods. The results of experiments carried out by researchers using ChatGPT produced + 693 words of writing, this number can still be developed further. The time speed only requires + 5-7 minutes to complete this experiment and includes time to document the processing results from ChatGPT.In conclusion, ChatGPT is useful, namely teaching, research and community service. So the presence of ChatGPT as a tool in creating scientific works, learning tools (RPS) and textbooks. Another benefit of ChatGpt, especially in developing the competencies (skills) of teaching staff (lecturers), can help carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education technology opens up opportunities to utilize this AI chatbot for education in Indonesia
