Abstract

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) merupakan model bisnis untuk menggunakanpihak ketiga sebagai subkontraktor atau pemasok bagian-bagian tertentu dalam rangka integrasiproduk akhir. Pemasok OEM platform dibagi beberapa tingkatan. Pemasok tingkatan 1 (tier 1) adalahpemasok yang terbesar, tier 1 memproduksi barang yang penting untuk perusahaan OEM. PerusahaanOEM 1st tier tidak terlepas dari waste yang ada di perusahaan itu sendiri. Studi kasus dilakukan padaperusahaan manufaktur OEM supplier tier 1 yang memproduksi brake untuk kendaraan roda 2 (twowheels). Besarnya kuantitas permintaan dari produsen sepeda motor (OEM) dan varian modelnya,serta masih terdapat loss genba (waste) di shop-floor, dan adanya cost reduction yearly dariperusahaan OEM. Maka, perlu dibuat sebuah model atau sistem untuk meningkatkan kinerjaperusahaan. Model yang dibuat berdasarkan prinsip lean yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi ataumenghilangkan waste pada proses manufaktur dengan tools Objective Matrix (OMAX), Value StreamMapping (VSM), Eliminate-Combine-Rearrange-Simplify (ECRS) dimana goal akhir adalahpeningkatan kinerja (produktivitas) perusahaan. Part yang dipilih untuk improvement adalah linemachining master cylinder 5P0, dengan nilai produktivitas dasar OMAX adalah 300. Dilakukananalisa dengan VSM sebagai visualisasi waste yang terdapat pada shop-floor saat ini. Diperoleh wasteyakni motion, over process dan waiting. Setelah dilakukan analisis waste yang ada, berikutnya adalahmelakukan perbaikan menggunakan pendekatan ECRS. Perbaikan dilakukan menggunakanpendekatan ECRS. Hasil yang diperoleh gap waktu standar sebelum dan sesudah adalah 8.29 detik(atau turun sebesar 17%). Perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah eliminate proses facing machining,combine tool burrytori, rearrange penempatan material, simplify penempatan air minum di line.ECRS menunjukkan hasil menaikkan nilai produktivitas di bulan berikutnya sebesar 432, 959, 334,770, 921, 959. Hasil lainnya adalah 4 bulan setelah aktivitas, line machining untuk kebutuhan mastercylinder 5P0 yang sebelumnya menggunakan 6 line direduksi menjadi 5 line (reduksi 1 line). Darihasil pengujian T-test terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai produktivitas dasar terhadapnilai produktivitas setelah perbaikan.

Abstract

In the Educational environment, the relationship between knowledge and technologyaffecting the organization culture. In relation to Trisakti University Vision, which is becomingthe best Industrial Engineering program and becoming the center of development for IndustrialEngineering education with technopreneurship knowledge. Big effort needs to be done to changethe student’s mindset to be entreprenurial mindset. Efforts to be done by Industrial EngineeringDepartment to achieve the vision is with the Industrial Manufacture Design Practicum, MAIRATechnopreneurship Business Incubator (MTBI) that is created to collect products by studentsand to help students doing their business, and also help them market and operate their businesswith a business incubator. The research is trying to meassure the entrepreneurial quality of eachindividual and map the student’s entrepreneurial characteristic using the IndividualEntreprenurship Quality Quesionnaire. Mapping needed to see each new students and final yearstudent’s condition. After that, what is being done is doing differentiation test to see the effect ofthe learning activities being done if it is affecting the entrepreneurial characteristic withinstudents. After the characteristics being identified, which is significant and non significant, thedevelopment of strategies will be done after that to change the non significant characteristics tobe improved. The Methodology being used in the research is T-Test and SWOT strategic Model.

Abstract

Indonesian Goverment launched rice program for poor households, called as ProgramBeras Miskin (RASKIN) with the aim to help poor families in the avaibility of rice. Raskinprogram is still raises problems so that the benefits received are not significant for poor families.The purpose of this study was to describe about distribution proccess of Raskin especially inBekasi City, mapping constraints experienced in the implementation of Raskin distribution andmake a design of Rice ATM information system for Raskin distribution in Bekasi City. Theresearch methodology used in this study began with observation of the research object to obtainpreliminary data in Raskin general guidlines, number of seeds of households needs and Raskinbeneficiary mapping in study area. Research result is a design of system information with RFIDimplementation to improve the effectiveness and the achievement of Raskin objectives program.Keywords: Raskin, RFID, System Information.

Abstract

Dalam melakukan proses produksi, PT. XYZ bekerja sama dengan banyak vendor untukmembuat part – part, karena perusahaan tidak memiliki teknologi pembuatan part tersebut.Dengan tujuan untuk minimasi cost dan kontrol kualitas yang lebih mudah. Saat ini jumlah partyang di supply oleh vendor kurang lebih sebanyak 9000 nomor part yang berasal dari 210 vendor.Karena jaminan kualitas menggunakan sistem sampling, tidak mungkin memastikan semuadelivery vendor tepat waktu, dan proses seleksi vendor hanya berdasarkan harga. Maka perludilakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan terhadap kinerja vendor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmembuat : model penilaian evaluasi kinerja vendor, model audit evaluasi vendor, dan modelkontrol perbaikan hasil audit dengan statistical process control (SPC). Penelitian ini menghasilkanmodel penilaian evaluasi kinerja dengan 3 kriteria utama quality, delivery, dan service, sertamodel ini juga merekomendasikan jenis audit yang perlu dilakukan. Model audit evaluasi vendordibagi menjadi 3 jenis sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian, dengan tujuan proses audit menjadi lebihdetail dan mempersingkat waktu audit. Model kontrol perbaikan hasil dengan SPC memberikaninformasi pada auditor mengenai hasil perbaikan sudah dijalankan dengan baik dan berjalanstabil atau tidak.

Abstract

PT. BAI produce polymer filter system components, such as the spin pack, candle filters, leafdiscs, gaskets and so forth. Problems that occur in the form of decreased reliability of machinedowntime resulting in large engine stalled, causing the production process, the company should havea preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with the conditions of machines on the productionfloor to reduce machine downtime by using modularity design method approach to reducemaintenance costs. Level of maintenance reliability measured using Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE), whereas treatment schedule used to obtain parameter Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) andMean Time to Repair (MTTR). Maintenance cost calculator is then performed with correctivemaintenance, preventive maintenance and preventive maintenance with design modularity. By usingmodularity design companies can combine several components into a module to do the replacementcomponents simultaneously causing maintenance costs to be as much as 29.1% less than the companydoing the corrective maintenance activities.

Abstract

PT. X is an integrated agro-industry coconut company. The main products produced aredesicated coconut from coconut grain with a shelf life of 7 days as raw materials. The companycurrently constrained in 30-40% expired stock at the warehouse and insufficient capacity of thewarehouse. Another problem is the supply of raw materials (desicated coconut) from suppliersaround 20-35% did not comply with the specifications of diameter ≥ 10 cm. Seeing these conditionsrequired the model design of inventory and supplier selection with a balance of shelf life andstorage capacity as well as alternative suppliers that capable to provide raw materials (desicatedcoconut) with a diameter ≥ 10 cm continually. The method used in the design of this model is thedevelopment of methods Economic Order Quantity (EOQP) and lagrange multiplier used for theeconomic lot size ordering and fulfillment warehouse storage capacity as well as methodsAnalitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) for the selection of alternative suppliers that meet thespecifications of raw materials and economical ordering quantity lots. The results of the design ofthis model produced economically ordering lot size 300.000 coconuts with total inventory cost Rp.55,5 million and is the District 1 alternative suppliers. In accordance with the results of analysisand expert opinion that the study design was verified and valid models.

Abstract

Perusahaan manufaktur komponen otomotif yang menghasilkan sistem rem mobil dan motor, salah satu produk unggulan adalah Master Silinder memiliki kapasitas produksi sebanyak 116.000 pcs/bulan. Data historis selama 9 bulan menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi masih di bawah kapasitas produksi. Perlu dilakukan peningkatan produktivitas dengan mengukur produktivitas yang ada dan mengidentifikasi penyebab dasar penghambat peningkatan tersebut. Pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan dengan metode Objective Matrix untuk enam kriteria tenaga kerja, jam kerja, energi, cacat produk, akurasi produk dan utilitas mesin yang berpengaruh dalam proses produksi. Hasil skor performansi tiap bulan didapatkan dari total skor yang diharapkan sebesar 90, rasio tenaga kerja hanya mencapai skor sebanyak 30 yang terendah terjadi pada bulan Juni dan Juli dan tertinggi pada bulan Maret. Rasio produktivitas pada bulan Juni sebesar 420.54 pcs/orang dan Juli sebesar 419.14 pcs/orang, sementara pada bulan Maret rasio produktivitasnya sebesar 442.27 pcs/orang. Dari analisa kriteria penghambat peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja, di identifikasi penyebab dasar terjadinya penghambatan dengan menggunakan Fault Tree Analysis. Abstract

In general, good Supply Chain Management (SCM) provides benefits, namely customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, decreasing costs, increasing asset utilization, increasing profits. In a medical equipment company, one of the products produced is Gris Emergency Trolley 3 Drawer. There are products returned by consumers and delays in sending them, indicating that the company's supply chain needs improvement with the first step in measuring performance. The purpose of this study is to design a performance measurement system and measure the supply chain performance of Gris Emergency Trolley 3 Drawer using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) method. SCORcards uses 5 perspectives as indicators for measuring SCM performance, namely supply chain reliability, supply chain responsiveness, supply chain agility, supply chain costs and supply chain asset management. Based on the results of SCORcards performance measurement there are 2 perspectives whose performance is still low, namely the perspective of Supply Chain Reliability with the Perfect Order Fullfilment metrics having attainment of 22.29%, metric of Orders Delivered in Full having an achievement of 57.96%, Delivery Performance to Customer Commitment having 66.89%, the overall perspective of Supply Chain Reliability obtained a value of 2.69, which means that this perspective is in fairly good condition. Supply Chain Cost Perspective with Supply Chain Management Cost (as a Precentage of Revenue) metric has 66.70%, Sold Cost of Goods (as a Precentage of Revenue) has 88.41% and metrics Cost to Return has an achievement of 15%, overall perspective Supply Chain Cost has a value of 2.13 which means that this perspective is in a bad condition.

Abstract

Intisari— Dalam kehidupan sehari hari keadaan gawat darurat dapat terjadi dimana saja yang terjangkau dan tidak terjangkau oleh petugas kesehatan yang memerlukan peran masyarakat. Terdapat berbagai macam alat bantu yang digunakan membantu pasien dirumah sakit dan korban kecelakaan disebut splint atau bidai. Pembidaian merupakan tindakan memfiksasi bagian tubuh yang mengalami cedera menggunakan benda yang bersifat kaku maupun fleksibel sebagai fiksator/imobilisator. Permasalahan pada bidai konvensional antara lain  tidak memiliki ukuran yang cocok dengan tulang pasien, sehingga seringkali terjadi kesulitan saat pemasangan pada anggota tubuh pasien.  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk perencanaan kelayakan bisnis produk inovasi Puzzle Splint/ bidai fraktrur tulang dengan melihat tiga aspek. Pertama, design thinking yaitu desirability, feasibility, dan viability menggunakan metode lean startup. Kedua value proposition yaitu bidai yang mudah dipasang pada pasien, ukurannya yang fleksibel dan aman bagi kulit pasien. Ketiga model bisnis dirumuskan kedalam 9 blok pada bisnis model canvas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan konsumen produk Splint adalah tenaga medis dan instansi – instansi yang terkait. Bisnis produk ini membutuhkan biaya produksi sebesar Rp762,000.00. Nilai Profitability Index pada 1,86, perhitungan Break Event Point pada 1357 unit, Payback Period  3 tahun dan 5 bulan.  Perencanaan Bisnis menunjukkan bahwa project ini layak dilakukan.Abstract- Daily emergency are often unpredicted and may happen in remote areas. A health apparatus or first aid tools that can be utilized for emergency situation is splint or body support aid. Splinting is a fixation process of an injured body part with stiff or flexible materials. Occasionally, conventional splint is unsuitable with patient’s bone structure, hence resulted in installation difficulties. This research focused on innovative product of puzzle splint or fracture splint business worth based on three aspects. First, design thinking: desirability, feasibility, and viability in relation with lean startup model. Second, value proposition such as simple installation, flexiblilty, and patient skin friendly. Third, business model was categorized into nine blocks and integrated with canvas model. The result showed that most of the splint consumers are medical personnel and related institutions. This business requires Rp762.000.000,- production cost. Profitability index is 1.86 and break even point on 1.357 units, with 3 years and 5 months payback period. This business plan shows that project is feasible.

Abstract

National Electric Power Company (Perusahaan Listrik Negara/PLN) according to its commitment has to upgrade its service quality to the society as the only company supplying electrical power where the custoner satisfaction is become a very important matter. By maintaining the customer satisfaction means to upgrade good image of the company and minimizing customer complains. By using the Kano approach which is known as attributes that entered the four areas which are: ‘Must be’, “One dimensional”,”Attractive” and ”Indifferent”. Based on the research carried out it was hoped with the customer's Satisfaction Index in the position which is quite satisfactory. To explore the improvement of problem solution could be done by using Root Cause Analysis which will give big impact to the company. This improvement will appear in the fact of fast services for instance in direct ticket purchasing, installation direct improvemen, and quick respons and contact of the PLN call center.
