Abstract

AbstrakSchool Administration at the depertment of Education and Culture of Gorontalo district, Gorontalo Province has challenges in terms of the file management – the teacher and student files are not in digital forms and require large storage container that is centered on an only single location. The difficulty in checking these files is due to the lacking of direct integration between the schools and the department of education and culture. The optimization of the management of school administration is aimed to facilitate each school to digitally manage the administration and ease the department to receive this report. This research applies the Design Science Research Method ( DSRM) in designing a school administration information system. The final result is analysis and conclusion on the basis of the application of a school administration information system. The result creates an application that is able to optimize the school data management as it integrates school, teacher, and student data along with teacher and student data management in a single location. Digital data storage is the best alternative to manage both teacher and student data in order to be easily accessed when required. Basides, the data can also be sorted based on the name category to help identify data shortages with ease.Keywords : School Administration, DSRM

Abstract

SMKN 1 Suwawa is one of the vocational hight schools which locates in Bone Bolango District with the total number of students is 480. In one day observation at the school, there Were many students who did truant during the class hour. The action has been frequently an issue between teachers and parents. Student's parents found out that their children have been Actively engaged in the theaching and learning process. That is what they expect while the students did the country. The research is aimed at facilitating the school to inform the  Parents regarding the absence of their children in the class. Student's absence is a form of indicipline action to be decreased at school. System development applies the prototype Method through the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research finding Revealed that SMS gateway based monitoring system by parents on student attendance is Addressed to facilitate the school to inform student's parents related to student attendance.  The system displays data of student attendance both in each class and as a whole.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan gigi seperti gingivitis, karang gigi, dan karies masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang umum terjadi baik secara global maupun nasional, dan sering kali tidak terdeteksi hingga kondisinya menjadi parah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem deteksi masalah gigi berbasis web dengan menggunakan algoritma YOLOv11 guna mendeteksi tiga kondisi gigi, yaitu gingivitis, karang gigi, dan karies. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengunggah gambar atau melakukan deteksi langsung dengan memanfaatkan kamera, serta melihat dashboard dan menyimpan riwayat deteksi guna mempermudah pemantauan kondisi gigi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah waterfall, dengan Pengujian dilakukan dengan pendekatan black-box testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas fitur dari sisi pengguna tanpa melihat struktur internal program, serta white-box testing untuk memverifikasi logika program dan alur eksekusi kode secara menyeluruh. YOLOv11 dilatih dengan teknik augmentasi dan tuning berbasis mutation untuk meningkatkan performa deteksi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mencapai akurasi 81.47%, dengan precision 0.935 dan recall 0.871. Secara keseluruhan, sistem ini menunjukkan potensi besar dalam memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan deteksi dini terhadap masalah gigi.
