Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian penting yang perlu diperhatikan bagi para pemilik usaha ataubisnis. Baik mereka sebagai pemula atau telah lama menjalankan bisnisnya. Manajemen keuangan tidakterbatas pada perolehan modal dalam wirausaha. Pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk menambah pengetahuandan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan manajemen keuangan yang efektif. Sehinggadiharapkan peserta pelatihan mampu mengelola keuangan berupa pemasukan dan pengeluaran secara baikdan benar. Peserta pada program pengabdian ini adalah mahasiswa dan alumni Fakultas TeknologiIndustri Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (FTI UAD) yang telah memiliki usaha atau hanya baru sebatas idemembuka usaha. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode Ceramah dan Forum Group Discussion (FGD)secara online melalui platfom zoom meeting, ada beberapa peserta yang mengalami kendala sinyal danterkadang suara tidak jelas terdengar apabila sinyal lemah. Akan tetapi agar peserta tetap mendapatkanmateri yang maksimal dan pemateri siap menerima konsultasi atau pertanyaan secara pribadi di luarwaktu pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang diberikan, peserta mampu memahami dengan baikmanajemen keuangan usaha dan mampu membuat pencatatan keuangan secara mandiri sehingga dapatditerapkan dalam kegiatan wirausaha mereka.

Memasarkan produk/jasa dalam dunia usaha merupakan suatu keharusan terkhusus pada jenis usaha berkategori Usaha Micro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Persaingan pasar menjadikan UMKM ini harus keluar pakem pemasaran seperti biasanya. Salah satu langkah yang mungkin dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam wujud digital marketing. Pemberdayaan usaha melalui digital marketing dilakukan untuk membantu meningkatkan nilai bisnis khususnya dalam pengembangan pasar. Peserta pemberdayaan melaui program pelatihan ini adalah mahasiswa dan alumni Fakultas Teknologi Industri (FTI) UAD yang memiliki usaha ataupun yang akan merintis usaha. Pelatihan ini mengajarkan peserta melek dunia digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, melatih peserta dalam branding secara digital, copy writing, membuat flayer. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara daring melalui aplikasi zoom dengan metode ceramah dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil pelatihan didapatkan data bahwa peserta pelatihan dalam memahami materi, 23 % materi yang disajikan sangat mudah dipahami, 62% materi mudah dipahami, sedangkan 15% materi cukup mudah dipahami, dan 0% materi tidak mudah untuk dipahami, serta 0% materi sangat tidak mudah dipahami. Data tersebut menegaskan bahwa materi yang bertujuan untuk memahamkan teknik digital marketing dalam berbisnis, sangat mampu dipahami dengan baik oleh seluruh peserta. Selain itu, peserta merasa sangat terbantu dikarenakan adanya proses pendampingan.

PPK FTI provides trainings to 20 tenants consisting of students and alumni of FTI UAD, then selects them into 6 selected tenants who will obtain venture capital in the form of grants, goods, business literature, mentoring, and financial information system training. This training was carried out with the aim of assisting FTI tenants especially in making financial statements. The methods in this activity are divided into three stages, first is the development of PPK FTI UAD financial information system, discussion and practice of filling information systems through offline and online training, and evaluating financial information systems and training through questionnaires on a likert scale. The results shows that most tenants are able to use the information system easily and provide positive feedback with a percentage of the statement of ease of use, features, and access in the range of easy and very easy. PPK financial information system is assessed by tenants according to tenant's needs and greatly saves financial management time. For further development, PPK FTI UAD will continue the activities on basic accounting training, information system improvement, and development of android or iOS applications.

In the 21st century, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the Covid-19 pandemic, accelerated Muhammadiyah's organizational transformation by optimizing media and online methods as organizational needs. The Covid pandemic has been running for more than a year. Still, as human resources responsible for preparing online media, the administrative staff and the secretary of the institutional assembly still often face technical problems that cannot be resolved quickly. The goal to be achieved in this service program is to provide education and training so that the staff and secretary of the institutional assembly can optimize online media and methods and can solve technical problems in emergencies. The implementation method of this program is online training to provide a basic general understanding, followed by offline training to practice zoom webinar media as MC and Online Moderator. The results and implications of this program are that participants can understand and implement the zoom webinar media as MC and Online Moderator in their respective duties. The conclusion is that after this community service program is held; participants can understand and implement the Zoom webinar media as MC and Online Moderator in their respective duties professionally.

Travel recommender systems have been developed to meet the needs of users in the field of tourism. This system has several versions depending on the characteristics of the country, users and filtering techniques used. The development of recommendation filtering system techniques is very rapid so that the recommendation system has high enough complexity, but it also must have high usability. This paper discusses how the travel recommender system architecture is built by examining data structures, processing procedures and interaction design. The goal is to obtain the best usability in implementing a travel recommendation system. The system is built using the example case of finding the right tourist spot in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This system applies several filtering techniques such as knowledge-based filtering, content-based filtering, and collaborative filtering. The evaluation results show that the system architecture optimized gets a usability level acceptable.

LAZISMU as an amil zakat institution has an important role in collecting and managing zakat for public welfare. The existence of Law No. 23 of 2011 and the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 333 of 2015 on Guidelines for Granting Permits for the Establishment of Zakat Institutions requires that the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaq (ZIS) funds be transparent, accountable and prioritize professional principles. For this reason, there needs to be support from information systems and information technology to achieve these business goals. Information systems and technology will be utilized optimally if the development is aligned with the business objectives of the organization. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a bridge to harmonize the business needs of an organization with Information Systems and Information Technology. Enterprise architecture planning at the LAZ has been designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). Data collection is done by interviewing and making direct observations of the organization. Analysis tools used are the Unified Modelling Language (UML) method and the Value Chain method. The results of this study are blue print business architecture, data architecture, application architecture so that it can support the business processes that exist in LAZISMU

Borneojek merupakan layanan terkini yang dapat melayani transportasi bermotor, transportasi mobil, pemesanan makanan atau kuliner dan layanan belanja di kota Pangkalan Bun. Hasil wawancara bersama founder aplikasi Borneojek pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 70% pengguna menggunakan fitur kuliner dari aplikasi Borneojek. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi dari aplikasi Borneojek dan mendapatkan rekomendasi perbaikan aplikasi Borneojek khususnya pada fitur kuliner maka dilakukan analisis dan desain user interface dan user experience aplikasi Borneojek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi heuristik. Dengan severity rating menjadi skala yang digunakan dalam menilai tingkat permasalahan dari 10 prinsip heuristik dan menggunakan 4 orang evaluator. Hasil penilitian ini yaitu masih ditemukannya 21 permasalahan usability dari 10 prinsip heuristik Nielsen oleh evaluator. Kemudian dilakukan pengembangan desain rekomendasi berupa prototype. Dari penilaian yang dihasilkan yaitu fitur kuliner aplikasi Borneojek menghasilkan nilai severity rating yang lebih besar dari nilai severity rating desain rekomendasi yang berarti desain rekomendasi yang telah dikembangkan sudah lebih baik karena semakin rendah nilai severity rating maka semakin sedikit permasalahan yang ada.

The rapid development of information technology has prompted social institutions such as LazisMU to adopt digital administrative systems. However, technical limitations among staff hinder optimal implementation. This community service aimed to enhance the administrative capacity of LazisMU staff through targeted training in Google Applications. The training involved needs assessment, module development, and interactive sessions covering Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms. Results indicate significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills, particularly in document management, financial reporting, and data handling. Pre-test and post-test comparisons, along with direct observation, showed over 60% improvement in comprehension scores. These outcomes highlight the positive impact of digital training on operational efficiency. Further training and periodic monitoring are recommended to ensure continued digital competence development.

Lembaga Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah (PWM) Yogyakarta merupakan lembaga dakwah pengamal prinsip ajaran Muhammadiyah. Namun, peran media dakwah digital PWM Yogyakarta dalam menyasar masyarakat dan memiliki fitur ramah difabel tunarungu tergolong belum optimal, maka diperlukan aplikasi untuk menyajikan kajian ilmu agama berbasis website. Metode pengembangan aplikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Agile, meliputi tahapan define, design, implementation, testing, review dan launch, tahapan Agile dirangkum dalam iterasi sprint. Jenis pengujian aplikasi adalah usability testing dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan funcional testing dengan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Penelitian menghasilkan Aplikasi Dakwah Ramah Difabel Tunarungu Berbasis Website bernama Bil Hikmah yang memudahkan masyarakat dan difabel tunarungu belajar Ilmu Agama dengan proses agile 2 tahapan sprint. Hasil pengujian akhir SUS mendapatkan nilai 80,29 dan UAT mendapatkan niilai 83,08% sehingga mampu mengidentifikasikan program dapat dijalankan dengan baik dan dapat diterima sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.
