Abstract

Lembaga Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah (PWM) Yogyakarta merupakan lembaga dakwah pengamal prinsip ajaran Muhammadiyah. Namun, peran media dakwah digital PWM Yogyakarta dalam menyasar masyarakat dan memiliki fitur ramah difabel tunarungu tergolong belum optimal, maka diperlukan aplikasi untuk menyajikan kajian ilmu agama berbasis website. Metode pengembangan aplikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Agile, meliputi tahapan define, design, implementation, testing, review dan launch, tahapan Agile dirangkum dalam iterasi sprint. Jenis pengujian aplikasi adalah usability testing dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan funcional testing dengan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Penelitian menghasilkan Aplikasi Dakwah Ramah Difabel Tunarungu Berbasis Website bernama Bil Hikmah yang memudahkan masyarakat dan difabel tunarungu belajar Ilmu Agama dengan proses agile 2 tahapan sprint. Hasil pengujian akhir SUS mendapatkan nilai 80,29 dan UAT mendapatkan niilai 83,08% sehingga mampu mengidentifikasikan program dapat dijalankan dengan baik dan dapat diterima sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Travel recommender systems have been developed to meet the needs of users in the field of tourism. This system has several versions depending on the characteristics of the country, users and filtering techniques used. The development of recommendation filtering system techniques is very rapid so that the recommendation system has high enough complexity, but it also must have high usability. This paper discusses how the travel recommender system architecture is built by examining data structures, processing procedures and interaction design. The goal is to obtain the best usability in implementing a travel recommendation system. The system is built using the example case of finding the right tourist spot in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This system applies several filtering techniques such as knowledge-based filtering, content-based filtering, and collaborative filtering. The evaluation results show that the system architecture optimized gets a usability level acceptable.
