Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Penggunaan sidik jari dalam proses registrasi pasien memberikan manfaat seperti efisiensi, akurasi, dan keamanan data. Namun, keberhasilan sistem ini tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek teknis, melainkan juga oleh penerimaan pasien. RSAD Tk.II Udayana telah menerapkan sistem sidik jari, namun masih ditemui kendala teknis yang menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap penggunaan sidik jari di Poli Klinik Spesialis Jantung RSAD Tk.II Udayana Denpasar. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Maret-April 2025 dengan populasi 823 pasien BPJS rawat jalan. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 89 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berisi 20 item pertanyaan. Analisis menggunakan model ServQual dengan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Hasil: Tingkat kepuasan pasien menunjukkan nilai sebagai berikut: tangibles 79,8%, reliability 76,4%, responsiveness 67,4%, empathy 77,5%, dan assurance 73,0%. Dimensi dengan nilai terendah adalah responsiveness, terutama terkait kecepatan petugas dan kendala teknis sistem saat verifikasi. Kesimpulan: Rata-rata tingkat kepuasan pasien adalah 74,82% dengan kategori puas (70–79%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sidik jari pada pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan secara umum memuaskan, namun aspek responsiveness masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang lebih efektif dan berpusat pada pasien.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Waktu tunggu pasien merupakan salah satu tolak ukur dalam aspek mutu pelayanan Kesehatan. Rekam medis harus sampai di poliklinik rawat jalan dengan tepat waktu, maka pelayanan akan tepat waktu pula sehingga meminimalisir waktu tunggu pasien. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab keterlambatan pendistribusian rekam medis berdasarkan unsur 5M (Man, Materials, Methode, Machines, Money). Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara terstuktur, teknik pengambilan partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling sebanyak 6 orang petugas rekam medis. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor man yaitu kurangnya pelatihan petugas tentang rekam medis, kurangnya jumlah petugas diruang filling, dan sering terjadi human error. Faktor money yaitu petugas belum pernah mendapatkan dukungan dana untuk reward dalam pekerjaan. Faktor materials yaitu tidak tersedianya trolly dalam kegiatan pendistribusian rekam medis. Faktor machines tidak tersedianya komputer pada ruang filling. Faktor method yaitu tidak pernah melakukan rapat evaluasi terkait waktu pendistribusian. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan penambahan SDM dengan lulusan rekam medis dan petugas bukan rekam medis diikuti pelatihan tentang rekam medis, perlu adanya reward dan punishment untuk menilai staff, adanya penambahan material seperti trolly yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan, penambahan komputer pada ruang filling sangat penting agar tidak terjadi kesalahan penulisan poliklinik, perlunya rapat evaluasi terkait waktu pendistribusian rekam medis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui struktur wacana dan pewacanaan pada program Indonesia Lawyers Club TVOne Episode “Perlukah Ibukota Dipindahkan?”. Hasilnya,  pewacanaan tidak hanya tampak pada penggunaan kalimat, kata ganti, leksikon, atau metafora. Namun, tampak pada beberapa narasumber yang terlihat lebih mengarah pada kontra rencana presiden ini, terlihat dari beberapa dialog narasumber yang menjelaskan secara rinci bahwa Negara kita sedang dalam masa yang tidak baik-baik saja untuk melakukan rencana sebesar ini. This study aims to determine the structure of discourse and discourse on the Indonesia Lawyers Club TVOne Episode program “Should the Capital be Moved?”. As a result, discourse does not only appear in the use of sentences, pronouns, lexicons, or metaphors. However, it appears that some sources seem to be more towards the counter-plan of the president, it can be seen from a number of resource dialogues explaining in detail that our country is in a bad state to carry out a plan of this magnitude.

Abstract

Introduction: The adolescent has a high chance of becoming a smoker. Numerous determinants impact the smoking conduct of adolescents, among which the companionship of peers holds significant sway. The study aims to investigate the level of awareness pertaining to e-cigarettes as a means of acquiring insights into the patterns of e-smoking conduct. Methods: The study used a cross-sectional design in Kemoning Traditional Village, with 87 adolescents and early adults. Results: there is a strong link between adolescent smokers' perceptions of the calmness that comes with smoking and their actual smoking behaviour (p = 0.043). Conclusion: Participants generally had a positive perception of smoking hazards, with most agreeing that smoking could have negative health effects. Overall, the study provides insights into the factors influencing smoking behaviour.

Abstract

Based on PMK number 24 of 2022, all health service facilities must provide electronic medical records in accordance with the Minister's regulations. No later than 31 December 2023. To make this policy a success, it is important to assess the needs and readiness of health service facilities to help the successful implementation of RME. Readiness assessments prior to implementing an information system can be used to determine readiness, indications and requirements in facilitating EMR implementation. The purpose of this study is to assess the readiness of implementing electronic medical records in terms of organization, management, operations and IT. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study plan, taking place at RSU Dharma Yadnya Depasar. The data collected was readiness to implement EMR as seen from organizational alignment and management capacity, by conducting in-depth interviews. Research subjects were determined using purposive sampling who were deemed to have the capacity to make decisions regarding RME. Hospitals are said to be ready to implement electronic medical records which will be applied to inpatient units, this can be seen from organizational alignment, management capacity, operational capacity and technical capacity where culture, organization, leadership, strategy, information management, clinical staff, accountability and finance The budget has been planned and has begun to be implemented.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the most prevalent chronic diseases in Indonesia, affecting 34.1% of adults over 18 years according to the 2018 National Health Survey. Effective hypertension management requires an integrated health information system for continuous monitoring. The Indonesian government, through Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24/2022, mandates hospitals to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and integrate them with the SATUSEHAT national platform. This study aims to analyze the readiness of Dharma Yadnya General Hospital Denpasar to develop an integrated hypertension management module within the EMR system using the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews, observations, and document review. Eleven informants participated, representing medical record officers, IT staff, physicians, and hospital management. Findings indicate that from the technological dimension, the hospital has basic infrastructure such as servers, internal networks, and a fully implemented EMR since 2024, though a dedicated hypertension module is absent. From the organizational dimension, management and staff show strong commitment and readiness to adopt the new system with proper training, while limited IT human resources and manual hypertension SOPs remain barriers. From the environmental dimension, government regulations, the SATUSEHAT program, and vendor support are identified as key external drivers. The study concludes that the hospital has strong potential to implement an EMR-based hypertension management module with recommendations on hardware procurement, IT capacity building, and SOP integration.
