Abstract

A line follower robot is a robot that works along a line. This robot is a very simple type of robot, so it is often used as training material for students who are new to robots. One of the indicators for assessing the performance of a line follower robot is the travel time achieved by the line follower robot in covering various trajectories correctly. The average speed of the robot at 90% and 75% PWM settings is almost the same with a value of around 41 cm/second, while at 50% PWM settings it is much reduced to 35.63 cm/second. At the 90% PWM setting, it can be seen that the path length ratio is 4.32: 2.06: 1, while the travel time ratio is 4.44: 2.66: 1. At the 75% PWM setting, it can be seen that the path length ratio is 4.32: 2.06 : 1. while the travel time ratio is 4.38 : 2.41 : 1. At 50% PWM setting, it can be seen that the path length ratio is 4.32 : 2.06 : 1. while the travel time ratio is 4.09 : 2.09 : 1

Abstract

Sasambo batik is a traditional batik from the West Nusa Tenggara province. Sasambo itself is an abbreviation of three tribes, namely the Sasak (sa) in the Lombok Islands, the Samawa (sam), and the Mbojo (bo) tribes in Sumbawa Island. Classification of batik motifs can use image processing technology, one of which is the Convolution Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. Before entering the classification process, the batik image first undergoes image resizing. After that, proceed with the operation of the convolution, pooling, and fully connected layers. The sample image of Lombok songket motifs and Sasambo batik consists of 20 songket fabric data with the same motif and color and 14 songket data with the same motif but different colors. In addition, there are 10 data points on songket fabrics with other motifs and colors. In addition, there are 5 data points on Sasambo batik fabrics with the same motif and color and 5 data points on Sasambo batik fabrics with the same motif but different colors. The training data rotates the image by 150 as many as 20 photos. Testing with motifs with the same color shows that the system's success rate is 83.85%. The highest average recognition for Sasambo batik cloth is in testing motifs with the same color for data in the database at 93.66%. The CNN modeling classification results indicate that the Sasambo batik cloth can be a reference for developing songket categorization using a website platform or the Android system.

Abstract

Internet network is beneficial to be able to support the needs of the learning process. However, a large number of internet users, for example, who access university data, can cause weaknesses in a system, making it very vulnerable to data theft, damage, and leakage of confidential documents. The obstacle faced is that the internet is getting slower due to many users using the internet network and not knowing the amount of bandwidth usage. A system is needed to determine the bandwidth usage for each client. This system To simplify the process of monitoring the internet network. It can view client browsing history and block website domains so that internet users in the world of education have positive characteristics and the internet is not slow. In this system, the admin will monitor the use of internet clients connected to the campus environment through the user name and password obtained for each student. The results of this research are the creation of an internet monitoring system for a proxy to monitor the maximum amount of bandwidth usage for each client, view the client's browsing history, and block website domains and client IPs. Abstract

Grain-eating songbirds are often kept as a hobby. These birds have beautiful feather colors and melodious voices. One of the obstacles to maintaining songbirds is that the owner needs more time. The owner is busy working and going out of town, which can cause the bird not to get adequate feed and water, and the owner is also unable to monitor the health condition of the bird. Based on this, a songbird feeding and monitoring system based on IoT was created to monitor the remaining food and drinks in the tank using NodeMCU ESP32 as a system control and data sender to the internet. The system can provide feed and drinking water for pet birds automatically and is connected via the internet to Blynk to send monitoring results. Based on monitoring results, the feed consumption of seed-eating songbirds is 4.74 grams daily, equivalent to 43.14% of the bird's body weight.

Abstract

Speech recognition technology makes human contact with the computer more accessible. There are two phases in the speaker recognition process: capturing or extracting voice features and identifying the speaker's voice pattern based on the voice characteristics of each speaker. Speakers consist of men and women. Their voices are recorded and stored in a computer database. Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) are used at the voice extraction stage with a characteristic coefficient of 13. MFCC is based on variations in the response of the human ear's critical range to frequencies (linear and logarithmic). The sound frame is converted to Mel frequency and processed with several triangular filters to get the cepstrum coefficient. Meanwhile, at the speech pattern recognition stage, the speaker uses an artificial neural network (ANN) Madaline model (many Adaline/ which is the plural form of Adaline) to compare the test sound characteristics. The training voice's features have been inputted as training data. The Madaline Neural Network training is BFGS Quasi-Newton Backpropagation with a goal parameter of 0,0001. The results obtained from the study prove that the Madaline model of artificial neural networks is not recommended for identification research. The results showed that the database's speech recognition rate reached 61% for ten tests. The test outside the database was rejected by only 14%, and 84% refused testing outside the database with different words from the training data. The results of this model can be used as a reference for creating an Android-based real-time system.

Abstract

The mangosteen fruit has a characteristic thick skin, so it is difficult to know the condition of the flesh. Farmer can only know damage to the fruit flesh after the fruit skin had opened. Detection of the quality of the mangosteen flesh can be detected using a sensor capable of penetrating the thickness of the mangosteen rind. Flesh quality detection is carried out based on the S21 value (attenuation of mangosteen flesh value) using a portable device equipped with a sensor and capable of emitting microwaves. The S21 value of the fruit's flesh was measured using a spiral resonator that functioned as a sensor. The prototype device consists of an oscillator circuit, a power splitter, and a phase detector with 2507 MHz. Fruit flesh had divided into two conditions: damaged for fruit flesh with yellow sap or Translucent Flesh Disorder, and suitable condition for clean fruit flesh. The results showed that the fruit flesh had an average S21 value of 7.041 dB for damaged flesh and 6.007 dB for good flesh condition. The difference in the value of S21 had used as a reference for detecting the shape of the fruit flesh, with the detection threshold calculated by the Support Vector Machine, resulting in a threshold value of 6.712 dB.
