Abstract

Objektif dari studi ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi e-Marketplace MASWIRA untuk membantu pihak Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Bombana dalam upaya memaksimalkan kesadaran masyarakat akan potensi perikanan didaerah pesisir Kabupaten Bombana Sulawesi Tenggara selain sebagai media promosi produk UMKM bidang Perikanan juga sebagai sarana komunikasi antara Pemda Kab. Bombana dengan masyarakat setempat. Mengingat selama pandemic Covid-19 perekonomian daerah Kab. Bombana ikut mengalami impas negatif khususnya menurunnya omset penjualan. Berkembangnya penggunaan layanan e-commerce yang awalnya hanyalah alternatif saja tapi kini menjadi pintu utama penghubung antara masyarakat dengan UMKM lokal, Perancangan menggunakan model waterfall yang bertujuan menjabarkan Proses pengembangan secara terstruktur sehingga efektif meminimalisir kesalahan dan biaya pengembangan ulang

Abstract

Abstract: The government continues to adopt various technologies to ensure effective and efficient public services in the new normal era. This study discusses the use of the TELOS method in measuring the feasibility level of e-government services through a review of five main feasibility dimensions, including technical feasibility, economic feasibility, legal feasibility, operational feasibility and schedule feasibility. This study identifies opportunities for developing village information system projects. The data collection process involved 15 users of e-government services. The results of this study indicate that based on the number of feasibility factors generated by the information system, it is 7.20 and is within the feasible threshold for development. The value of the system development risk obtained is quite low. It is necessary to add interactive features so that it can increase community participation in community services in the future.            Keywords: e-Government; feasibility Analysis; TELOS method;  Abstrak: Berbagai adopsi teknologi terus dilakukan pemerintah untuk menjamin pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien di era normal baru. studi ini membahas tentang Penggunaan Metode TELOS dalam pengukuran tingkat Kelayakan layanan e-government melalui peninjauan lima dimensi kelayakan utama antara lain kelayakan teknis, kelayakan ekonomis, kelayakan hukum, kelayakan operasional dan kelayakan jadwal. Studi ini mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan proyek sistem informasi desa. Proses Pengumpulan data melibatkan 15 pengguna layanan e-government. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan jumlah factor kelayakan yang dihasilkan sistem informasi tersebut sebesar 7,20 dan berada dalam ambang batas layak untuk dikembangkan. Nilai resiko pengembangan sistem yang diperoleh cukup rendah sehingga perlu adanya penambahan fitur-fitur yang bersifat interaktif untuk dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap layanan kemasyarakatan dimasa mendatang. Kata kunci: Analisis Kelayakan; e-Government; Metode TELOS

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas adalah salah satu tujuan penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin mendorong upaya pembaruan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pada saat ini di SMP Negeri 6 Watubangga metode pembelajaran yang digunakan hanyalah ceramah, dimana guru menjelaskan materi di papan tulis atau siswa hanya membaca buku pelajaran. Kondisi ini menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengkonseptualisasikan materi pada beberapa mata pelajaran yang mereka pelajari. Akibatnya, proses pembelajaran dalam kelas tidak mencapai tingkat optimal yang diharapkan. Karena itu, tim pengabdian memutuskan untuk menjalankan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan sosialisasi sambil memberikan dukungan kepada guru dan siswa untuk memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Tujuan utama PkM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan siswa dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berhasil mencapai dampak yang menguntungkan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan para guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk mengajar materi yang memerlukan visualisasi tiga dimensi (3D). Selain itu, pemanfaatan AR juga memberikan kontribusi positif dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama ketika menghadapi tantangan sinyal yang buruk dan konektivitas internet yang terbatas di sekolah.

Abstract

Campus assets are a means of supporting performance to support attracting interest and supporting student teaching and learning activities. The assets of an organization must be well managed so that they can operate effectively and efficiently so that they can deliver high benefits. So far, the asset management system at USN Kolaka Campus B still uses Microsoft Excel to manage assets for asset data collection and special notebooks for borrowing assets, which creates difficulties when controlling assets that are easily moved (means) such as infocus, printers, chairs and others. The use of this facility requires asset tracking and good supervision if a facility is in poor condition or even damaged, so a system is needed that can carry out asset management as well as provide asset lending services. This system uses the CodeIgniter and Boostrap framework so that the use of program code is simple, safe and responsive to various screen sizes. The performance of this system controls assets when the asset location is moved, whether through borrowing, permanent transfer, or a change in physical condition (good or damaged). This can be used as a reference by the Asset Technical Implementer (UPT) so that asset management can run effectively and efficiently. The measure of system feasibility was calculated using a Likert scale obtained from the results in questionnaire with 12 respondents. The calculations are carried out taking into account 3 aspects, namely information quality, system quality and service quality. The measurement results of the three aspects are of a usability value of 87%, so the system that was built obtains the title of very feasible.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a web-based sales information system at PT Tambang Pasir Ranokomea to enhance the company's operational efficiency and effectiveness. Currently, the company's sales processes are still carried out manually, leading to various issues such as inefficiency in sales data management, limited marketing reach, and the risk of data loss. The information system developed in this study is designed to replace the manual sales processes with a more structured and integrated web-based system. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system testing was conducted using the Black Box method to ensure the functionality and reliability of the system. The results of the study indicate that this web-based sales information system is capable of addressing the challenges faced by PT Tambang Pasir Ranokomea, simplifying the ordering process for customers, expanding marketing reach, and providing more accurate and real-time sales information. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of web-based sales information systems suitable for the mining industry, particularly in terms of inventory management and logistics. With the implementation of this system, PT Tambang Pasir Ranokomea is expected to improve its operational performance and competitive edge in the market

Abstract

Information technology has become a fundamental skill that is essential for the younger generation to master in order to keep up with the advancements of the times. This basic computer and Office application training aims to enhance the skills of MTs.S Annurain Tondowolio students in operating computer hardware as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. The training was conducted by a team of lecturers and students from the Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka using a teaching method that includes theoretical explanations, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The students were equipped with knowledge about computer hardware, including input and output devices, as well as how to use Office applications for academic and administrative purposes. Evaluation was carried out through practical tests and filling out questionnaires to assess students' understanding of the training material. The evaluation results showed that the majority of students were able to master the basic skills in using the applications taught and understood the use of computer hardware well. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this training successfully improved students' abilities in using information technology and can serve as a foundation for further skill development in the future.

Abstract

Batik is a highly valuable cultural heritage in Indonesia, showcasing a rich diversity of motifs with deep meaning and aesthetics. To enhance the accessibility and utilization of batik collections, an efficient image retrieval system is essential. This study compares distance measurement methods in a batik image retrieval system: Euclidean, Cityblock, Minkowski, Canberra, and Chebyshev, using a combination of color and texture features. The dataset comprises 50 types of batik images. The results show that the Cityblock method achieves the highest Mean Average Precision (MAP) of 97.71, followed by Canberra with MAP 96.87. The Euclidean method also performs well with a MAP of 94.56, while Minkowski and Chebyshev have lower MAP values of 92.93 and 90.89, respectively. Chebyshev experiences the largest MAP drop when images are rotated (5.98), while Cityblock demonstrates the best resistance to rotation with the smallest MAP drop (1.51). This research successfully developed a Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) system with a GUI in MATLAB and suggests integrating the latest image processing and machine learning techniques for further enhancement.

Abstract

Climate change is a worldwide concern that impacts several facets of existence, necessitating active community involvement in mitigation and adaptation initiatives. The Climate Village Program (Proklim), launched by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, seeks to promote sustainable environmental management in communities. Nonetheless, the existing manual data management for Proklim frequently encounters obstacles including diminished productivity, insufficient transparency, and possible recording inaccuracies. This study seeks to create a web-based information system to facilitate Proklim data administration at the Kolaka District Environmental Office. The system employs the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, utilizing the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. Black Box testing findings demonstrate that the system can execute essential operations, such as user administration, data recording, and report production, with considerable accuracy. This system's installation improves the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of Proklim data administration. This study enhances the utilization of information technology in environmental program management, specifically in promoting the sustainability of the Climate Village Program

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Web Programming di SMAN 06 Bombana ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam pengembangan web. Pelatihan dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka selama empat hari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang melibatkan siswa-siswi SMAN 06 Bombana sebagai peserta. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah kebutuhan akan pemahaman mendalam dalam bidang pemrograman web untuk meningkatkan daya saing siswa menghadapi dunia teknologi. Kegiatan terdiri dari empat sesi, mencakup konsep dasar web programming, praktik langsung menggunakan XAMPP, dan penerapan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan JavaScript. Setiap sesi berdurasi 2,5 jam, memberikan ruang bagi interaksi intensif antara tim dosen dan siswa. Selain itu, laporan mencatat partisipasi aktif siswa dan antusiasme mereka dalam mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Keberlanjutan program diusulkan melalui pemantauan siswa, pengembangan proyek kolaboratif, dan pemberdayaan guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan pelatihan ini tercermin dalam peningkatan keterampilan web programming siswa yang dapat menjadi pondasi yang kuat untuk pengembangan potensi teknologi mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

As the main water source for the surrounding environment, the Kolohipo River is very important. The river, a freshwater ecosystem, provides water for local industries, agriculture, and daily needs. However, the water quality of the Kolohipo River has declined drastically due to increasing human activities including intensive agriculture, domestic waste disposal, and deforestation throughout the river basin. Public health, environmental sustainability, and agricultural yields may be compromised by this decline in water quality. By monitoring physical, chemical, and biological parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), and heavy metal concentrations, this study attempts to assess the water quality of the Kolohipo River. heavy metals. This study also assesses the relationship between local water quality decline and human activities. The findings of this study are expected to assist initiatives to protect the river as an important resource for the Kolohipo community's way of life and offer suggestions to the community and authorities to manage and resolve water pollution issues.
