Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan audit dalam hal pelayanan teknologi informasi pada RSUD Benyamin Guluh Kolaka, menggunakan Control Objective for Information and Related Technology 5 (COBIT 5). Pemilihan proses dilakukan melalui mapping tujuan yang menghasilkan 5 proses yang terbagi dari 3 domain, proses-proses tersebut adalah DSS01, DSS02, DSS04, APO08 dan BAI04. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas terhadap 5 proses yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini diperoleh proses DSS02, DSS04, APO08 dan BAI04 berada pada tingkat 2 (repeatable but intuitive) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses-proses tersebut telah diimplementasikan dengan cara yang lebih teratur (direncanakan, dipantau dan disesuaikan) dan produk yang dihasilkan telah ditetapkan, dikendalikan dan dijaga dengan baik, dan DSS01 berada pada tingkat 3 (defined), hal ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan manage process dilevel sebelumnya dan proses yang sudah didefinisikan telah mampu mencapai outcome dari proses tersebut.

Abstract

The implementation of information technology is compulsory to fit organizational goals. This research aims to evaluate the quality of information technology services at the Population and Civil Registry Office at Kolaka District based on COBIT 5 Framework that focused on DSS (deliver, service and support) domain by measuring the Maturity Level using Process Assessment Model (PAM). The Population and Civil Registry Office is under the local government ‘s auspices which is essential in managing the population. The data collection method was done by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. This study used 8 (eight) respondents based on the RACI chart. This research was expected to reach level 3 (established process) to create IT governance that fits organizational goals and international standards. From the research result, it is known that the maturity level from the evaluation process conducted by COBIT 5 using the processes DSS-01, DSS-02, DSS-03, DSS-04, DSS-05, and DSS-06 were as follows: 2 processes were at level 1 (performed process), namely the DSS-05 and DSS-06 while the others (DSS-01, DSS-02, DSS-03, and DSS-04) were at level 2 (managed process).

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga is one of the schools in Kolaka Regency that implement the flagship program, but the current condition of SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga does not have an integrated information system architecture according to the needs and objectives of the school, this problem arises because the school has not focused on the process development of information systems. Therefore it is necessary design of information system architecture SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga. Architectural modeling in this research using TOGAF Framework (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with ADM (Architecture Development Methode) method. Stages used are the preparation of architectural vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions and migration plans.The result of this enterprise architecture modeling is the blue print model and framework in integrated school information system modeling to support the needs of SMAN 1 Watubangga.

Abstract

This study focuses on designing IT blueprints for the Information Technology Faculty of USN Kolaka by combining the Zachman framework and the Strategic Planning Information System to produce an objective requirements plan. The results of this study suggest that there are at least 11 potential applications, including one strategic application, namely the e-quality assurance application, there are five high priority applications, namely e-monev, e-publication, e-ledger, e-procurement, e-certification, there are also four an application that determines the success of public service operational activities such as e-learning, e-library, e-journal, e-alumni, and then an application that supports public service activities, namely an e-mail application that functions for recording incoming and outgoing letters electronically. Thus, this IT blueprint can be a reference for technology developers in mapping the priorities of FTI USN Kolaka services in the future.

Abstract

One of the basic functions of government is to provide public services. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, these needs must still be met and optimally adjusted by service providers. The Palewai Village Office, is one of the local government agencies that does not escape its obligation to improve public service standards during this pandemic. However, based on observations, it was found that the performance of public services in the office was not optimal because population data processing was still manual and data storage media still used physical documents. Therefore, an online information system is needed that can provide clear and up-to-date information, as well as make it easier for people to fill out forms from anywhere so that there is no crowd in the service room. This study aims to develop a Website- Based Village Information System at the Palewai Village Office which will handle population data, services for making cover letters and distributing population data and current information for the community. The results of this study are a website-based village information system that can manage community data effectively and efficiently and can be accessed quickly and easily to provide information related to services at the Palewai Village office.

Abstract

After WHO announced COVID-19 as a pandemic in 2020, universities began to implement online learning, after 1 year had passed, limited face-to-face learning would begin again by prioritizing the health and safety of campus residents. The offline lecture attendance system manually by signing the attendance sheet is at risk of becoming a medium for transmitting the virus because it is touched by many lecturers and students. Biometric systems are widely applied in various fields such as security systems and employee attendance. However, it has several weaknesses, such as the possibility of sabotage in fingerprints and palm geometry, difficulty in recognizing facial objects using accessories such as hats and glasses as well as changing expressions and expensive acquisition tools in retina-based recognition applications. This study uses Local Binary Patterns (LBP) to identify the dorsal hand vein. LBP is used as a feature extraction method to optimize the feature value of the vein texture in order to obtain good accuracy and fast processing speed. To match the dorsal vein features of the test image and the image in the database, the Fuzzy k-NN method is used. The test results show a good recognition accuracy of 90.67%.

Abstract

Objektif dari studi ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor SAMSAT kolaka, dimana model analisis yang digunakan adalah lima dimensi SERVQUAL dengan total Responden 100 orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik  terdapat gap antara persepsi dan harapan dari kualitas layanan sistem informasi pajak kendaraan untuk masing-masing dimensi Servqual, dimana pada variabel tangibels terdapat rata-rata gap sebesar (-0.415), reability (-0.19), responsiveness (-0.28667), assurance (-0.26667), empathy (-0.17), dan variabel Y sebesar (-0.36571). Dari perhitung regresi berganda yang menggunakan SPSS ada beberapa variabel yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena nilai taraf signifikan yang lebih besar dari 0.05 diantaranya variabel assurance dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.590 dan variabel empathy yang nilai signifikan sebesar 0.113. penambahan variabel lain dalam menggali kepuasan konsumen atas kualitas layanan sistem informasi pajak kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kolaka merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan kewenangan otonomi daerah yang terdiri dari 4 bidang yaitu Bidang Pemberdayaan Sosial, Penanganan Fakir Miskin, Rehabilitasi Sosial, Perlindungan dan Jaminan Sosial. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ditemukan permasalahan pada bagian pelayanan Data Center yang digunakan masih berbasis dekstop dan offline. Permsalahan yang lain adalah seringnya terjadi kelupaan berkas pada saat ingin melakukan pengurusan bantuan sosial dan sejenisnya karena kurangnya informasi yang didapatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menyediakan fitur pendataan pengaduan hasil keluhan masyarakat yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan laporan harian, mingguan dan bulanan. Fasilitas ini juga bisa digunakan sebagai salah satu fasilitas dari admin desa/kecamatan untuk memudahkan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat yang tinggal dipelosok desa yang jarak tinggalnya jauh dari kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Kolaka. Sistem informasi yang dikembang juga untuk menampilkan informasi seputar bantuan sosial dan persyaratan dari setiap bantuan sosial yang ada dan juga melayani pengaduan dari masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil, analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing untuk seluruh skenaro pengujian di peroleh hasil valid artinya sistem yang dibangun terbebas dari error. Kemudian dengan metode User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan nilai 87,3 % dengan kategori Baik Sekali.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas adalah salah satu tujuan penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin mendorong upaya pembaruan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pada saat ini di SMP Negeri 6 Watubangga metode pembelajaran yang digunakan hanyalah ceramah, dimana guru menjelaskan materi di papan tulis atau siswa hanya membaca buku pelajaran. Kondisi ini menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengkonseptualisasikan materi pada beberapa mata pelajaran yang mereka pelajari. Akibatnya, proses pembelajaran dalam kelas tidak mencapai tingkat optimal yang diharapkan. Karena itu, tim pengabdian memutuskan untuk menjalankan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan sosialisasi sambil memberikan dukungan kepada guru dan siswa untuk memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Tujuan utama PkM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan siswa dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berhasil mencapai dampak yang menguntungkan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan para guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk mengajar materi yang memerlukan visualisasi tiga dimensi (3D). Selain itu, pemanfaatan AR juga memberikan kontribusi positif dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama ketika menghadapi tantangan sinyal yang buruk dan konektivitas internet yang terbatas di sekolah.

Abstract

Information technology socialization to micro business actors is needed to improve their knowledge in the field of Information Technology and especially to expand their reach marketing and create other business opportunities that are in line with existing businesses. Technology models that socialize and make the training usable to market the products to be offered. Implementation of devotion This community is targeted at Micro or home-based business actors whose business locations are in the region Mango Village, Kolaka Subdistrict, Kolaka Regency. The purpose of this service is that participants in the socialization and training can apply the knowledge gained to increase the marketability of their products outside the current location of the production area so that business competitiveness can be improved. The socialization material provided is how to optimize the use of mobile devices and determine mobile applications and create websites that are in accordance with the products sold so that their products can be marketed at national and international levels.
