Abstract

This study focuses on designing IT blueprints for the Information Technology Faculty of USN Kolaka by combining the Zachman framework and the Strategic Planning Information System to produce an objective requirements plan. The results of this study suggest that there are at least 11 potential applications, including one strategic application, namely the e-quality assurance application, there are five high priority applications, namely e-monev, e-publication, e-ledger, e-procurement, e-certification, there are also four an application that determines the success of public service operational activities such as e-learning, e-library, e-journal, e-alumni, and then an application that supports public service activities, namely an e-mail application that functions for recording incoming and outgoing letters electronically. Thus, this IT blueprint can be a reference for technology developers in mapping the priorities of FTI USN Kolaka services in the future.

Abstract

This study is focused on designing e-quality assurance services to improve the performance of the USN Kolaka FTI Quality Assurance group, which during the COVID-19 pandemic was still applying manual SOP submissions and approvals. the importance of designing e-quality assurance considering the magnitude of its support in academic policy making during the new normal adaptation period in order to support the implementation of quality education in accordance with expectations. the results of this study indicate that 95% of users agree that the faculty's e-quality assurance is able to encourage increased work productivity of GJM FTI through the use of the online SOP draft submission feature to approval and automatic review. The importance of adding MONEV and Internal Audit features will maximize the performance of GJM FTI in the future.

Abstract

Kalomang Beach is a famous tourist destination in Kolaka. Currently, waste management is carried out in a manner where the garbage pick-up process is carried out when the garbage is full and even pollutes this tourist area, this of course can lead to environmental damage and decreased visitor interest. This research seeks to identify critical issues in waste management at Kalomang Beach and provide an integrated waste management platform to assist the government in assessing waste activities and guidelines. The information provided by this system can improve public health on a local and global scale. The utilization of the SDLC System Development approach in this case the Waterfall method allows for a detailed and appropriate design which tends to be more measurable in terms of time and cost, the use of data modeling through the Unified Modeling Language, and blackbox testing shows that the waste input form is in accordance with the needs of the user where it places groupings of waste types that make it easier for tourist area officers to report the availability of waste that is ready to be picked up. Future system development is important to consider aspects of sustainability, user training, and integration with IOT or microcontroller based waste monitoring systems.   Keywords— Integrated Waste Management Information System, Kalomang Beach, Waterfall

Abstract

Objektif dari studi ini adalah untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi keuangan desa yang tepat guna. yang mana berdasarkan wawancara terfokus yang telah dilakukan diperoleh informasi bahwa pengelolaan ADD didesa tinggo masih menggunakan cara sederhana yakni pencatatan menggunakan kertas yang tidak efektif sehingga memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan pencatatan serta kehilangan arsip. Melalui penggunaan metode waterfall yang terstruktur serta Penggunaan Microsoft visual basic sebagai Bahasa pemograman yang cocok dengan kondisi demografi desa tinggo yang jauh dari pusat kota menjadi solusi tepat dalam permasalahan pencatatan manual selama ini sehingga pentingnya merealisasikan layanan yang efektif dan efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa system informasi keuangan desa tinggo memudahkan bendahara dalam mengelola Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) khususnya pelaporan realisasi pelaksanaan kegiatan desa, pengelolaan data realisasi penyerapan anggaran serta akses yang mudah untuk menampilkan history permintaan pengeluaran dana desa juga kuitansi pembayaran. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang telah dilakukan diperoleh informasi bahwa setidaknya 77% responden memberikan kriteria “Baik” dan terbukti dapat membantu proses pengelolaan data keuangan desa dan pelaporan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk pengembangan sistem informasi keuangan desa tinggo dimasa mendatang dapat dilakukan penambahan fitur pengelolaan data pegawai serta fitur penggajian pegawai
