Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of market segmentation on Hijrah Cendekia Takaful insurance products in Bank Muamalat Sumenep branch, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of hijrah cendekia takaful insurance products Bank Muamalat Sumenep Branch. Research methods using qualitative methods of Field (field research). Source data obtained from interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study explain the segmentation of the insurance market Hijrah Cendekia Takaful Bank Muamalat Sumenep branch includes four things, namely Geographical segmentation in cities and villages in Sumenep regency, demographic segmentation from 20-65 years old, psychographic segmentation through motivation and expectations to be achieved by customers and behavioral segmentation of positive responses from customers regarding education in the future. The supporting factors of hijrah cendekia takaful Insurance are from the promotional strategies carried out by Bank Muamalat Sumenep branch so as to foster customer motivation who have the ability to economically use hijrah cendekia takaful insurance products for children's education in the future. Factors inhibiting scholar Takaful hijrah insurance is influenced by the lack of public understanding and limited economic conditions, the number of other institutions that offer the same product.

Abstract

Ketidakpuasan yang dialami oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan yang mencapai 206,20 ribu jiwa mendorongnya untuk berkolaborasi dengan BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Kerja sama tersebut berupa pemberian pembiayaan UMKM tanpa bunga guna mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dengan menggunakan produk pembiayaan mitra UMKM 0%. Pembiayaan ini difokuskan pada pemilik UMKM karena peran mereka yang besar terhadap perekonomian nasional. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM yang mengalami kesulitan dana agar bisa bersaing dengan usaha lain. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas produk pembiayaan mitra UMKM 0% di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar cabang Pragaan dan implementasi mitigasi risiko produk pembiayaan mitra UMKM 0% di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar cabang Pragaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data, sedangkan pengabsahan datanya, peneliti memilih triangulasi teknik. Program pembiayaan UMKM 0% yang ditawarkan oleh BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di wilayah tersebut. Dengan tingkat keberhasilan 85%, program ini telah berhasil menyalurkan dana kepada para pelaku UMKM. Proses penyaluran dana dilakukan dengan hati-hati melalui analisis 5C untuk memastikan risiko kredit terkendali.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of zakat as a fiscal policy instrument to support the welfare of the people in Indonesia. As one of the core pillars of Islam, zakat has significant potential to reduce poverty and promote social welfare equity in Indonesia, the world’s largest Muslim-majority country. However, despite its considerable potential, zakat management often falls short due to challenges in distribution efficiency, coordination among zakat institutions, and limitations in human resources and supporting infrastructure. This research explores how zakat can be integrated into national fiscal policies by strengthening existing management systems, enhancing transparency, and encouraging public participation in its distribution. Additionally, the study highlights the crucial role of zakat institutions, such as the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), in directing zakat funds to productive sectors that empower recipients (mustahiq) and reduce economic disparities. By leveraging information technology and fostering greater synergy between zakat institutions and the government, zakat can be optimized as a fiscal instrument that not only aids in poverty alleviation but also contributes to inclusive economic growth. The study concludes that optimizing zakat as a component of fiscal policy can have a significant impact on improving the overall welfare of Indonesian society.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, industri perbankan syariah terus menunjukkan kemajuan yang menggembirakan setiap tahunnya. Total aset perbankan syariah terus meningkat, bahkan saat menghadapi tantangan pada kejadian yang terjadi di dunia bahkan di Indonesia yakni pandemik Covid 19. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh PER (Price to Earnings Ratio) dan inflasi terhadap return saham perbankan syariah dengan rentang waktu 2018-2022. Adapun dalam penelitian kali ini memakai penelitian kuantitatif sebagai pendekatannya dan eksplanatori sebagai jenis penelitiannya, dengan menggunakan data penelitian pada sampel di perbankan syariah sejak tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022 melalui analisis regresi data panel. Dari hasil penelitian mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh simultan pada variabel independen terhadap variable dependen, dengan tingkat probabilitas R-squared mencapai 93%. Secara spesifik, hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa nilai PER berpengaruh positif pada return yang ada di saham perbankan syariah, sedangkan pada tingkat inflasi terdapat pengaruh negatif terhadap return bagi saham bank syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for increasing the amount of DPK through the Simpel Savings program at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, Pragaan Branch Office. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, consisting of data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the strategy for increasing DPK through Simpel Savings is implemented through four main approaches: (1) financial literacy outreach in schools, (2) easy access to savings services within the school environment, (3) active collaboration with schools and parents, and (4) simplification of account opening procedures. These strategies have proven effective in increasing the number of student customers and total collected funds, as well as in strengthening the culture of saving and Islamic financial literacy from an early age. This study contributes to enriching the literature on DPK mobilization strategies in Islamic banking through literacy- and inclusion-based approaches targeting students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to answer the problem that is focused on research is how the implementation of qordul-hasan payment in small and medium-sized micro-enterprises and the role of qordul-hasan accounts in the creation of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises at Wakaf Mikro Alpend Barokah Mandiri. The method used in this study is qualitative with qualitative approaches to phenomenology, with interview data sources, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses Janice Mc Drury's theory of studying data, finding themes, writing models, determining coding and making decisions so that we get the facts. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of these qordul-hasan accounts through the level of identification, socialisation, qualification testing, pre-PWK, PWK and Halaqah Mingguan (HALMI). The role of the qordul-hasan account provided by the Wakaf Bank Mikro Alpen Barokah Mandiri has had an impact on the expansion of the efforts carried out in the passport.

Abstract

This research aims to deconstructively describe the five faces of the central concept of maduraness, which has been stereotyped by many parties as full of subjective bias, so that such construction at its peak brings a negative stigma to the social reality of maduraness. For this reason, aligning academic understanding is necessary to prevent the stereotype from spreading like an uncontrollable virus. This research uses a qualitative-phenomenological method approach by conducting in-depth interviews with figures with purposive sampling techniques, as well as a serious literature review, so that many stereotypes of Madurese people are found, including: carok as a tradition, culture and identity of Madura, possessiveness of women, barbarism of cattle races and hyper egoism of Madurese people.

Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan kegiatan yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap pelaku ekonomi terkhusus pada setiap lembaga keuangan. karena dengan adanya kegiatan pemasaran tersebut maka tujuan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi maupun lembaga bisa tercapai. Serta tidak dapat dipungkiri perubahan akan globalisasi tekhnologi yang tidak dapat dihindari menuntut setiap perusahaan, lembaga maupun organisasi untuk lebih peka sehingga mendorong kekreatifan dan inovasi seseorang dalam proses pemasaran agar tidak tertinggal oleh masa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis digital marketing yang diterapkan oleh BPRS Bhakti Sumekar sebagai strategi pemasaran dalam menarik minat nasabah. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengenai strategi pemasaran BPRS Bhakti Sumekar melalui digital marketing dalam menarik minat nasabah serta dampak pemasaran yang dilakukan BPRS Bhakti Sumekar melalui digital marketing terhadap jumlah nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatatif deskriptif dengan sumber data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Sesuai analisis data yang dikemukakan oleh teori Miles dan Huberman. Sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari pihak marketing dan nasabah BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Untuk keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi tekhnik yaitu menguji kreabilitas data dari data yang diperoleh dengan wawancara lalu di cek dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh BPRS Bhakti semuker melalui digital marketing dalam menarik minat nasabah dengan cara melakukan promosi diberbagi media sosial seperti instagram, facebook, website, videotron, dan juga tiktok. Digital marketing BPRS Bhakti Sumekar berdampak terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah dan penggunaan fasilitas BBS Mobile disetiap tahunnya.

Abstract

Social assistance, traditionally regarded as a governmental mechanism for advancing public welfare, frequently extends beyond its humanitarian role in practice and encompasses substantial political implications. Rather than exclusively targeting poverty reduction and inequality mitigation, social assistance is often employed strategically to legitimize and perpetuate state authority. This study critically investigates the reconstruction of social assistance policies as instruments of political domination, wherein the state is portrayed as a “benefactor” whose generosity elicits gratitude and loyalty. Utilizing a qualitative, literature-based methodology, the research identifies recurring patterns of politicization of social assistance across diverse contexts. The findings reveal that political legitimacy is constructed through multiple interconnected mechanisms: the selective allocation of aid serving as political patronage; the internalization of the state’s “savior” narrative via symbolic violence that redefines assistance from a citizen’s entitlement to a discretionary favor; limited political literacy that restricts critical public engagement; and the utilization of aid delivery systems to map, monitor, and consolidate grassroots political support. Consequently, social assistance often becomes a transactional tool fostering clientelistic relationships, undermining democratic participation, and exacerbating social inequality. This study highlights the imperative to reform social assistance governance by emphasizing transparency, accountability, and a rights-based framework, alongside efforts to enhance critical political literacy within society. Abstrak: Bantuan sosial yang secara konvensional dipahami sebagai alat negara untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat, dalam praktiknya sering beroperasi melampaui fungsi kemanusiaan dan menyimpan dimensi politik yang signifikan. Alih-alih semata ditujukan untuk pengentasan kemiskinan dan pengurangan ketimpangan, bantuan sosial kerap diposisikan sebagai instrumen strategis untuk melegitimasi dan mempertahankan kekuasaan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah secara kritis bagaimana kebijakan bantuan sosial direkonstruksi untuk menopang dominasi politik dengan membingkai negara sebagai “dermawan” yang kebaikannya menuntut rasa syukur dan loyalitas. Menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola politisasi bantuan sosial dalam berbagai konteks. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa legitimasi kekuasaan dibangun melalui beberapa mekanisme yang saling terkait: distribusi bantuan yang selektif sebagai sistem imbalan politik; internalisasi narasi negara sebagai “penyelamat” melalui kekerasan simbolik yang menggeser makna bantuan dari hak warga menjadi pemberian; rendahnya literasi politik yang membatasi kesadaran kritis masyarakat; serta pemanfaatan infrastruktur bantuan untuk memetakan dan mengonsolidasikan dukungan politik di tingkat akar rumput. Akibatnya, bantuan sosial cenderung berubah menjadi instrumen transaksional yang memproduksi relasi klientelistik, melemahkan partisipasi demokratis, dan memperdalam ketimpangan sosial. Studi ini menegaskan urgensi reformasi tata kelola bantuan sosial berbasis transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan pendekatan berbasis hak, disertai penguatan literasi politik kritis masyarakat.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic social entrepreneurship in reinventing pesantren-based economies as a sustainable model for community transformation within the broader discourse of inclusive and ethical development. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation at Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan, Indonesia. The findings demonstrate that the implementation of Islamic social entrepreneurship through the Micro Waqf Bank (BWM) Al-Pend Barokah Mandiri significantly contributes to economic empowerment among productive low-income communities. Beyond local impact, this pesantren-based model addresses global challenges related to financial inclusion, social inequality, and sustainable development by embedding Islamic ethical values within entrepreneurial practices. The study contributes to the literature by conceptualizing pesantren not merely as religious institutions but as transformative socio-economic actors capable of driving inclusive growth. This research proposes pesantren-based Islamic social entrepreneurship as a viable alternative framework for sustainable community transformation in emerging Muslim economies.
