Abstract

Produksi dan produktivitas bawang merah dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh dan pupuk organik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk Mendapatkan konsentrasi ekstrak jagung yang optimum terhadap hasil umbi bawang merah per hektar. Metode percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola Rancangan Petak Petak Terpisah (RPPT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Titik optimum ekstrak jagung manis dan jagung putih dicapai pada konsentrasi 2.38 ppm dan 2.37 ppm dengan hasil optimum bawang merah varietas Bima perhektar sebesar 17.7090 t ha-1 dan 15.9127 t ha-1.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the efficacy of the QASEE learning model in increasing critical thinking abilities of students in class XI at UPT SMA Negeri 6 Wajo. This study was carried out at SMA Negeri 6 Wajo during the academic year 2021/2022. The sample strategy employed is a basic random sampling method with a quasi-experimental design pattern with nonequivalent control groups. Essay exams were used to collect data on critical thinking abilities. The acquired data was then examined using the ANOVA test. Data study using the SPSS 26 for Windows tool reveals that the QASEE learning model has an impact on developing students' critical thinking abilities. The experimental class's N-Gain value for critical thinking abilities is 0.71, whereas the control class's N-Gain value is 0.42. Based on the ANOVA test findings, the significant value of critical thinking skills is less than 0.05, indicating that the QASEE learning model has an impact on increasing students' critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peranan model konseling pastoral guru pendidikan agama kristen dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMP N 5 Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualititatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Teknik wawancara dilakukan dengan terstruktur dengan menggunakan metode wawancara. Analisi data penelitian bersikap deskriptif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah empat orang guru pendidikan agama kristen di SMP N 5 Percut Sei Tuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model konseling guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen sangat berperan dalam meningkat motivasi belajar pada peserta didik, terutama kepada peserta didik yang bermasalah. Subjek mampu memberikan motivasi dan dukungan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik melalui konseling pastoral menggunakan model persahabatan. Peserta didik yang bermasalah dalam pembelajaran dibantu dan dibimbing melalui konseling pastoral. Keberhasilan peranan tersebut dilihat dari absensi pembelajaran, mengikuti kebaktian yang dilaksanakan setiap hari Jumat sepulang sekolah dan ketekunan belajar serta mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan.

Abstract

One of the main problems faced by farmers is the decline in farming productivity, resulting in farmer incomes also not decreasing. Apart from that, the problem of pests and weeds is also a polemic for farmers who always rely on artificial chemicals to control them. As long as the farming system run by partner farmers is still monoculture, the farming results obtained only come from one commodity. Farmers have not yet aimed at diversifying their farming, so the income they earn is very dependent on the success of their monoculture farming. The solution offered to partners to the decline in production followed by the degradation of agricultural land whose quality is increasingly decreasing is to refer to the concept of organic farming, where the use of fertilizer production facilities is directed at the use of agricultural waste as a substitute for inorganic fertilizer, apart from being a fertilizer, also as food for fish that is environmentally friendly. Apart from that, the solution offered is the application of an integrated agricultural system with the "Mina Padi" model. This system will cultivate rice together with fish in one rice field area so that the level of pest and weed attacks on rice plantations can be minimized. Rice plants in rice fields will provide natural food for fish, while fish function as control of pests and weeds in rice plantations. Apart from that, fish is a source of nutrients for rice plants. The aim of this PKM activity is to provide alternative farming diversification for partner farmers in increasing farmer income, increasing farmer knowledge, and reducing the level of pest and weed attacks by creating natural enemies in an integrated farming concept designed in the mina padi system.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of the role of madrasah principals in creating a work environment that supports the improvement of the quality of education in the era of globalization. Transformational leadership is seen as effective because it is able to motivate and empower teachers. Based on initial interviews at MTsS. As'adiyah No. 2 Bontouse, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency, there are still obstacles in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning, so further research is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on improving teacher performance. The approach used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Respondents were 29 teachers, using saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, t test, and determination test. The results showed that the transformational leadership of madrasah principals had a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance, with a contribution of 39.9%. The remaining 60.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.
