Abstract

For students to be able to think critically and cognitively, it needs to be stimulated with the right approach so that they can meet the goals that they want to achieve in learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the application of an open-ended approach to math lessons and describe students' learning activities. This type of research is by class action research, the instruments used are observation sheets and test learning results. The results showed that an open-ended approach could be applied to high-graders with attention to student characteristics. Students' learning activities are also getting better and more active during the learning. While the learning outcomes are also improving. So this open-ended approach can be applied by teachers, especially in math lessons.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the role of Ulama as Dayah managers in building an attitude of moderation and providing an ideal concept of religious moderation among students at Dayah Education institutions in Aceh. The service is carried out by mentoring which is carried out jointly with the Dayah manager. In mentoring the servant observes the application and understanding of the concept of moderation that occurs among the santri, and ends by providing material and the concept of religious moderation to the santri through presentation of the material and through group communication in the activities of the santri at the Dayah Education Institute. Prior to the introduction of the concept of religious moderation at Daya, it was found that the students had errors in understanding or interpreting the teachings of the sciences given and this had a serious impact on their practice in social and state life, such as giving birth to students who were anti-tolerant, radical so that they fell into religious organizations. terrorism organization. The results of the dedication obtained a belief that Dayah in Aceh as an Islamic education has a great responsibility in equipping his students to be moderate. Thus teachers, administrators to the head of the Islamic boarding school are expected to first have the character of religious moderation. Not a few students who are at the Aceh Dayah educational institution have been contaminated with radical mindsets because there are still many teachers or religious teachers who guide these students to instill anti-tolerant concepts due to certain interests. So that the role of Islamic education institutions is appropriate in collaborating on curriculum or SOPs for students to form the character of religious moderation. This service uses the Participation Action Research (PAR) method, namely acting as a facilitator or companion. So that the Management of the Dayah educational institution can echo and invite its students and alumni to have a moderate Muslim mindset. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran ulama sebagai pengelola Dayah dalam membangun sikap moderasi dan memberikan konsep moderasi beragama secara ideal di kalangan santri pada lembaga Pendidikan Dayah di Aceh. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara pendampingan yang dilakukan secara bersama dengan pengeloala Dayah. Dalam pendampingan pengabdi mengobservasi penerapan dan pemahaman konsep moderasi yang terjadi di kalangan santri, dan akhiri dengan pemberian materi dan konsep moderasi beragama kepada para santri melalaui pemaparan materi dan melalui komunikasi kelompok dalam aktivitas santri di Lembaga Pendidikan dayah. Sebelum pemberian konsep moderasi beragama dilaksanakan di Daya, para santri ditemukan adanya kesalahan dalam memahami atau memaknai ajaran ilmu yang diberikan dan hal ini berdampak serius pada pengamalanya dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara, seperti melahirkan santri-santri yang anti toleran, Radikal hingga terjerumus kedalam organisasi-organisasi terorisme. Hasil pengabdian diperoleh satu keyakinan bahwa Dayah di Aceh sebagai pendidikan islam memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam membekali satri-santrinya agar bersikap moderat. Dengan demikian pengajar, pengelola hingga kepala dayah diharapkan terlebih dahulu memiliki karakter moderasi beragama. Tidak sedikit santri-santri yang berada di Lembaga pendidikan Dayah Aceh sudah terkontaminasi dengan pola pikir radikal dikarenakan masih banyak pengajar atau ustad-ustad yang membimbing santri-santri tersebut menanamkan konsep-konsep anti toleran dikarenakan kepentingan tertentu. Sehingga dengan demikian sudah sepantasnya peran Lembaga pendidikan dayah mengkolaborasikan kurikulum atau SOP pembelajarnya pembentukan karakter moderasi beragama. Pengabdian ini Menggunakan metode dalam Partisipation Action Reasearch (PAR) yaitu berperan sebagai fasilitator atau pendamping. Sehingga Pengelolaan Lembaga pendidikan Dayah ini dapat menggaungkan dan mengajak santri-santri dan alumninya memiliki pola pikir muslim yang moderat.

Abstract

This study examines four factors that allegedly influence causality on the performance of lecturers in the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) in Aceh. So the purpose of this study is to find out whether or not there is a positive influence on organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational ommitment to the performance of PTKIN lecturers in Aceh province. The population in this study were all PNS lecturers in the PTKIN Aceh environment totaling 727 people and the sample was determined by the Slovin formula to be 258 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire composed of 154 questions that were previously tested for the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data analysis techniques used part analysis (path analysis) which was previously required to test requirements for analysis, such as tests of normality, linearity, homogeneity and correlation tests between variables. The results found that organizational culture, leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment directly influence the work performance of PTKIN lecturers in Aceh province. Abstract

This article discusses the quality assurance performance of the Aceh State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN), which is influenced by motivation and job satisfaction in the implementation of quality assurance. This article describes three important things, namely describing the response of quality assurance implementers on motivation and job satisfaction, and proving quantitatively about the contribution of both to the quality assurance performance of PTKIN Aceh. Obtaining data through a survey questionnaire on motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques to explain motivation responses and job satisfaction. Testing the performance hypothesis of PTKIN Aceh quality assurance using a simple regression test. The results of the analysis concluded that the motivation and job satisfaction of the Aceh PTKIN quality assurance implementers in implementing the quality assurance system was Strong or Good, and had a significant positive effect on the motivation and job satisfaction variables on the performance of the Aceh PTKIN quality assurance implementers.

Abstract

Artikel ini mempermasalahkan tentang pengaruh kepuasan kerja dosen terhadap komitmen Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN) di Provinsi Aceh. Tujuan PEMBAHASAN adalah untuk menginformasikan seberapa besarnya kontribusi kepuasan kerja dosen berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen PTKIN di Provinsi Aceh. Untuk memperoleh data digunakan instrumen angket, yaitu angket survei kepuasan kerja dosen dan angket survey komitmen PTKIN. Angket ini di bagikan kepada dosen yang telah ditetapkan sebagai sampel dari populasi yang telah ditentukan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di lima PTKIN yang terdiri dari IAIN Langsa, IAIN Lhokseumawe, IAIN Takengon, STAIN Meulaboh dan UIN Ar-raniry Banda Aceh. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik regresi linear, dan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja dosen terhadap komitmen PTKIN Provinsi Aceh. Besarnya nilai kontribusi kepuasan kerja dosen terhadap komitmen sebesar 0,131 dan nilai sig = 0,036. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis memberikan satu keyakinan bahwa kepuasan kerja dosen memberikan pengaruh terhadap komitmen PTKIN di Provinsi Aceh.
