Abstract

This study aims to examine the standard process for preparing the 2013 curriculum lesson plans, the teacher's ability in preparing the 2013 curriculum lesson plans, and the guidelines used in the preparation of the 2013 curriculum RPP. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses inductive qualitative data analysis. Data analysis was carried out using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman which included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the RPP preparation process must follow the standards the drafting process, and the existing rules or guidelines published by the government, then the teacher's ability to compile the 2013 curriculum lesson plan can be said to be "very good" referring to the Permendikbud. This study concludes that in the preparation of the lesson plan always refers to the standard of the preparation process and the ability of teachers in preparing the 2013 curriculum lesson plans is very good with reference to the Permendikbud.The implementation of the 2013 curriculum on teacher pedagogic competence in the preparation of learning tools can run well with the support of meeting national education standards and teachers who have good motivation, creativity, and performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how to plan the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the approach used in the 2013 curriculum, the form of assessment in the 2013 curriculum and the constraints faced in implementing learning in class XI Economics in Madrasah Aliyah Dakwah Islamiyah Putra Nurul Hakim Kediri West Lombok . This research includes qualitative research, Evaluation Model with the Goal Oriented Evaluation Model approach. Collecting data in research using observation instruments, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in IPS subjects, it shows that the implementation of the curriculum has not been carried out well, caused by several things namely, starting from training on the 2013 curriculum that schools have not yet held, the teacher's understanding of the RPP curriculum that is lacking, for teachers and students, do not have an Economics handbook on the 2013 curriculum. Researchers offer solutions to improve learning outcomes in education, all teachers must be empowered and demanded to understand the substance of the curriculum and its application in the learning process and by using various learning methods and making student worksheets that are in accordance with learning materials that relate to the environment of students as support for the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum implementation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013, pendekatan yang digunakan pada kurikulum 2013, bentuk asesmen pada kurikulum 2013 dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siswa kelas XI Ekonomi di Madrasah Aliyah Dakwah Islamiyah Putra Nurul Hakim Kediri Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif Model Evaluasi dengan pendekatan Model Evaluasi Berorientasi Tujuan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan instrumen observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran IPS menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum belum terlaksana dengan baik yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal yaitu mulai dari pelatihan kurikulum 2013 yang belum dilakukan sekolah. diadakan, pemahaman guru tentang kurikulum RPP yang kurang, bagi guru dan siswa, belum memiliki buku pedoman Ilmu Ekonomi pada kurikulum 2013. Peneliti menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran dalam pendidikan, semua guru harus di berdayakan dan dituntut harus paham tentang substansi kurikulum dan penerapannya dalam proses pembelajaran serta dengan menggunakan berbagai metode pembelajaran dan membuat lembar kerja siswa yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran yang mengkaitkannya dengan lingkungan peserta didik sebagai pendukung untuk terlaksananya penerapan Kurikulum 2013

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of school fees, age and gender on children’s education level in Indonesia. Variables in school fees are school fees, equipment and transportation. The age variable is the sample that is aged 15 to 25 years. Gender variables consist of male and female. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey 5 (IFLS 5). The sample in this study were 2,601 respondents. It employs regression analysis and quantitative approach. It proves that there is a significant effect between school fees, age and gender on children's education levels.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya sekolah, usia, dan jenis kelamin terhadap tingkat pendidikan anak di Indonesia. Variabel biaya sekolah adalah biaya bersekolah, peralatan sekolah dan transportasi. Variabel umur adalah sampel yang berumur 15 sampai 25 tahun. Variabel gender terdiri dari laki laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Indonesian Family Life Survey 5 (IFLS 5). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 2.601 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis ini membuktikan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara biaya sekolah, usia dan jenis kelamin terhadap tingkat pendidikan anak.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of investment, government expenditure, exports, and imports on Indonesia’s economic growth. The type of this research is quantitative. This research was conducted using secondary data published by the World Bank. The data technique used is the documentation method. The data were analyzed through the Error Correction Model (ECM). The research period was annually from 1960 to 2018. The results of this study indicate as follows. (1) in the long term, investment negatively and significantly affects Indonesia’s economic growth with a value of -0.02% with a significance value (p) < 0.05; in the short term, investment negatively and insignificantly affects Indonesia’s economic growth with a value of -0.001% with a significance value (p) < 0.05. (2) In the long term, government control positively and significantly affects Indonesia’s economic growth by 7.75% with a significance value (p) < 0.05; in the short term, government spending positively and significantly affects Indonesia’s economic growth by 7.75% with a significance value (p) < 0.05. (3) In the long run, exports negatively and insignificantly affect Indonesia’s economic growth by 0.12% with a significance value (p) < 0.05; in the short term, exports are negatively and significantly affected by -0.93% with a significance value (p) < 0.10. (4) In the long term, imports positively and significantly affect economic growth by 1.53% with a significance value (p) < 0.05; then, in the short term, imports also positively and significantly affect economic growth by 1.57% with a significance value (p) < 0.05. (5) Simultaneously, investment, government expenditure, exports, and imports positively and significantly impact Indonesia’s economic growth, with an F- statistic value of 0.0000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan,  jumlah anggota keluarga dan  akses informasi terhadap  kemiskinan di Indonesia, dimana Salah satu tolok ukur kemiskinan dapat dilihat dari pendapatan. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Indonesia Family Life Survey 5 (IFLS5) tahun 2014. Teknik analisis menggunakan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan asumsi Best, Linear, Unbiased, Estimator (BLUE). Data yang digunakan adalah data individu dan data rumah tangga dengan menyamakan household identity (hhid) dan personal identity (pid). Secara parsial pendidikan,  jumlah anggota keluarga dan  akses informasi mempengaruhi kemiskinan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 1%. Pendidikan dan akses informasi mempunyai hubungan negative dengan kemiskinan, sedangkan jumlah anggota keluarga mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

This article was created with the aim of identifying the influence of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Geprek Express outlets in Samarinda, with a population of 258 people, where the sample in this study used 15% of the total population, namely 39 people. To get the data in this study, the author uses a questionnaire or a questionnaire, with a simple linear regression data analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial calculation show that the T-count number has a lower number than the Ttable can be said that there is a joint influence of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Geprek Express Gerai Bumi Sempaja outlets, Samarinda city. So marketing field of Geprek Express in Samarinda City to further increase promotional activities so that the products from Geprek Express are better known by the wider community so as to foster public interest in buying these products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial intentions, (2) the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on students' entrepreneurial intentions (3) the effect of parental income on students' entrepreneurial intentions. (4) the influence of parents' work on students' entrepreneurial intentions (5) self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, and parental income moderated by parental work on entrepreneurial intentions. This research is an expost facto research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted 296 student as respondents of XII SMK with 14 concentration major using the proportional area random sampling technique. The validation technique was observed using Confirmatory Factor Analysiss (CFA), the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha and the feasibility of the questions with Anbuso 6.1. The data was analysed using multiple linear regression techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study showed that self-efficacy was partially influential significantly and positive on students' entrepreneurial intentions of 26,6%. The entrepreneurial knowledge partially has significantly and positive effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions of 30,9%. The parental income partially has a significant and positive effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions of 1,380, (4) the work of entrepreneurial parents partially has significantly and positive effect on student entrepreneurial intentions of 4,669. (5) self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, and parental income could not be moderated by parental work on entrepreneurial intentions with a significance result of 0.016 and t count <t table namely 1,877<1,960. The multiple linear regression analysis showed the coefficient of determination (R square) was 0.395. Furthermore, the independent variables was consisting of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, parental income, and parental work are 39.5% and the remaining 61.5% are influenced by another variable.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan harus dibangun dengan praktek langsung kewirausahan karena jiwa wirausaha tidak bisa tumbuh tiba-tiba. Siswa yang akan memulai karir setelah lulus dari sekolah merupakan dimensi yang penting dalam rangka menumbuhkembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Para siswa jarang yang memiliki gambaran tentang wirausaha sehingga diperlukan pelatihan tentang entrepreneurship. Langkah pertama dimulai dengan mengenalkan para siswa dengan kewirausahaan dan perencanaan bisnis menggunakan business plan model canvas.  Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelatihan penyusunan business plan model canvas sebagai upaya membangun awareness mengenai wirausaha pada MGMP PKWU di Kab. Magelang. Metode kegiatan berbentuk workshop dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan.  Sasaran kegiatan adalah guru SMA Bidang Studi PKWU di kab. Magelang.  Pelatihan tersebut menghasilkan empat temuan. Pertama, kegiatan PPM dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar serta penilaian peserta terhadap pelaksanaan PPM juga sangat baik. Kedua, para peserta merasakan peningkatan pemahaman terkait strategi dalam menyusun proposal business plan model canvas. Ketiga, motivasi dan semangat mengikuti pelatihan sangat tinggi karena respon yang diberikan peserta sangat aktif selama proses pelatihan dan pendampingan. Keempat, peserta pengabdian merasa senang dan puas dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini dan berharap kegiatan serupa dapat terus dilakukan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Risiko dalam mengelola usaha merupakan suatu hal yang harus diwaspadai dan dihadapi dalam menjalankan usaha. Berbagai jenis risiko usaha memiliki konotasi negatif yang dikenal sebagai efek kerugian bahkan likuidasi pada usaha yang dijalankan. Risiko selalu melekat pada kemungkinan suatu kondisi yang mengancam pada target bisnis yang akan dicapai oleh pelaku UMKM. Ketidakpastian kondisi menjadi faktor pemicu utama timbulnya resiko usaha yang harus dihadapi dan diantisipasi oleh para pelaku usaha. Pelaku usaha UMKM di Sunday Morning Stadion Sultan Agung Bantul sebagai objek dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Kebanyakan pelaku UMKM jarang mengupayakan pengelolaan terhadap risiko usaha sehingga terkadang pada situasi tertentu mereka mengalami kerugian usaha. Oleh karena itu, adanya pelatihan pengelolaan risiko usaha mikro ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM lebih mampu mengidentifikasi masalah, menganalisa berbagai risiko usaha berdasarkan jenis usaha, serta mengupayakan solusi dalam permasalahan secara mandiri dan tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu diikuti oleh semua peserta dengan baik dan interaktif dalam berdiskusi terkait pengelolan risko bisnis.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peran Religiusitas dalam Memoderasi Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Interaksi Sosial Karyawan Terhadap Produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh interaksi sosial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (3) peran religiusitas dalam memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, (4) peran religiusitas dalam memoderasi pengaruh interaksi sosial  terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Susilo Suharman Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel 56 responden yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan CFA dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi liniear berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 79,6%, (2) interaksi sosial secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 60,3%, (3) religiusitas dapat memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan kelas dengan kontribusi sebesar 8,2% (4) religiusitas dapat memperkuat pengaruh interaksi sosial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 21,7%. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan besarnya koefesien determinasi (r2 square) sebesar 0,674 ini berarti variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kompetensi, interaksi sosial yang dimoderasi oleh religiusitas secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel terikat yakni produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 67,4% dan sisanya sebesar 32,6% dipengaruh oleh varaibel lain. Kata kunci: religiusitas, kompetensi karyawan,  interaksi sosial karyawan, produktivitas kerja karyawan Abstract: The Role of Religiusity in Moderating The Influence of Employee Competence and Social Interaction on Productivity. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of competence on employee work productivity, (2) the effect of social interaction on employee work productivity (3) the role of religiosity in moderating the effect of competence on employee work productivity, (4) the role of religiosity in moderating the effect of social interaction on employee work productivity. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach.This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Susilo Suharman Foundation, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta, with a total sample of 56 respondents who were taken by random sampling technique. Test the validity of the instrument using CFA and reliability test using alpha cronbach. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study show (1) competence partially has a significant and positive effect on employee productivity by 79.6%, (2) social interaction partially has a significant and positive effect on employee productivity by 60.3%, (3) religiosity can strengthen the influence of competence on the work productivity of class employees with a contribution of 8.2% (4) religiosity can strengthen the influence of social interaction on the work productivity of employees with a contribution of 21,7%. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the coefficient of determination (r2 square) is 0.674. This means that the independent variables consisting of competence, social interaction moderated by religiosity simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely employee productivity of 67.4% and the remaining 32. .6% is influenced by other variables. Keyword: Religiosity, employee competency, employee social interaction, employee work productivity
