Abstract

This study aimed to explain the effect of work training and work environment on the performance of medical staff Inpatient Installation B Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar through motivation as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. The data collection method is an interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results of this study showed that work training had a positive effect but not significant on motivation, work environment had a positive effect and significant on motivation, work training had a positive effect and significant on performance, work environment had a positive effect but not significant on performance, motivation had a positive effect but not significant on performance, work training had a positive effect but not significant on performance through motivation, work environment had a positive effect but not significant on performance through motivation medical staff Inpatient Installation B Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar.

Abstract

Human resource management should build disciplinary behaviour for employees who compete competitively in the current era of globalization. Besides, with the existence of human resource management, it is expected that they have to create the best performance for companies that want to advance or develop, so they are required to have quality employees. The purpose of this study was to analyses the influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Office X Denpasar State Civil Service Agency through the work environment as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely data. primary and secondary. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, while the data analysis method in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS version 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee work environment, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee work environment, work environment. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through the work environment of employees, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance through the work environment of the employees of Regional Office X Denpasar State Civil Service Agency.

Abstract

Conflicts on some organization probably happened, meanwhile we have many employees coming from multi cultures such as: different of ethnicty, religions,cultures, gender and other uniqly differences which every people had. Therefore,every companies owners or manager have to improved their employees ability, whichcoming from multi cultures background, so they can work in different environmentand combine that differences become a good and strong corporations and company’sowner or manager have to solved and finished any kinds of conflict, which potentialshappened while the employees working on differences.

Abstract

IbM is one of program that driven community to gain the better productionprocess and management. Thus scheme funded by the Directorate General of HigherEducation. The partner of this program is on SME mushroom community cultivatorsin the district Mengwi Badung ea. Tri Putrimushrom and Artana mushrom . Themain problem faced by SMEs partner is a lack of understanding of the partners oystermushroom cultivation techniques, so often happens baglog mushroom seed can notdevelop properly so that the oyster mushroom yields declined. On the other handoyster mushroom demand for traditional markets and other consumers continue toincrease. The oyster mushroom cultivationas a sideline business, but it requiresa fairly high investment cost to build a house nursery, wooden shelves for baglogmushrooms and mushroom seed investment .The next problem faced is the lack oftrained partners in cultivation technology, the partneralso still low inaccountingtechniques as currently partner SMEs have never know for sure whether its businessat a profit or even get a loss . The methods used in carrying out the program is amethod of training with focus group discussion and participation action research,After this program run out, the partner is increasing of mushroom cultivation andunderstanding of business management is increasing, eventually the productivityof oyster mushroom production can be increased, and income level directly SMEspartners be increased as well.

Abstract

Tax revenue is still the largest component and the main source ofdomestic revenue to support financing of government operations and development.Benchmarking conducted by the Directorate General of Taxes arranged in aconcept called Total Benchmarking. This study aimed to analyze the level of taxcompliance assessment using the ratio of total Benchmarking in the manufacturingsector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to analyze the results of comparisons of financial ratios taxpayer to total ratio benchmarking. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. Data was collected by interview and documentation.The final conclusion is that during the years 2009-2011, ratios of sample firms arestill many who are under the benchmark tax, except for one company that has a ratioof Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), pretax profit margin(PPM ), Corporate tax to Turn Over ratio (CTTOR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) abovethe benchmark tax namely PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), although for nontradeincome ratio to sales (pl) in 2010 is negative. Suggestions can be taken intoconsideration for companies who value ratio-the ratio is below the benchmark tax isto revise the SPT and the companies using all available ratios and per item directlydiscuss each part of the financial statements, so as to get a more in-depth information.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of employee engagement and motivation on job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of employee engagement and motivation on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Waterbom Bali. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research studies with each other. The population in this research is all employees at Waterbom Bali which amounts to 278 people. The sample is determined by proportional area random sampling technique, with 164 respondents. Hypothesis has been observed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS 20. The results of this study showed that there was no significant effect between employee engagement on job satisfaction, there is no significant effect between motivation on job satisfaction. There is a significant effect between employee engagement on employee performance. There is a significant effect between the motivation on employee performance. Next, there is no significant effect between job satisfaction on employee performance at Waterbom Bali.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the gap in the results of previous research (research gap) and the difference in focus of discussion on workload and work family conflict on burnout. In addition, there are also research problems regarding the high employee absenteeism at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Denpasar Gajah Mada Branch Office. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Denpasar Gajah Mada Branch Office with a population of 62 and the sample of this study amounted to 58 respondents. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were suitable for use, then analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that (1) workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout, (2) work family conflict had a positive and significant effect on burnout and (3) work family conflict was able to positively moderate the effect of workload on burnout. The implication of this research is that the workload can be increased by paying attention to the indicators of effort, where PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Denpasar Gajah Mada Branch is expected to be able to overcome or provide solutions in reducing the sense of physical and mental fatigue of employees which can result in unstable employee performance.

Abstract

Organisasi yang baik adalah organisasi yang berusaha meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusianya, karena hal tersebut merupakan faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pola kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja karyawan, karena lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu tempat yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa kelompok dan berisikan fasilitas pendukung pekerjaan dari kelompok tersebut guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Indikator tersebut menjadi landasan penulis untuk meneliti kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik beserta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan UD. Harapan Baru Denpasar. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kontribusi pengaruh kepemimpinan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 71,1 %, sedangkan 28,9 % sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on spirit of work at Hotel Siesta Legian. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method, this study uses primary data taken from distributing questionnaires to employees of Hotel Siesta Legian. The results of this study show that partially the leadership style and motivation have a positive influence on spirit of work, and simultaneously leadership style and motivation have a significant influence on spirit of work.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang penggunaan aplikasi SMART PLS dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan model struktural yang kompleks dan memiliki banyak konstruk bagi mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia Handayani. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelatihan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data angket yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia Handayani dalam menggunakan program SMART PLS untuk penelitian kuantitatif menjadi meningkat dan respon mahasiswa dalam pelatihan menggunakan program SMART PLS untuk penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan respon yang positif. Serta dapat meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan mahasiswa tentang cara mengoperasikan program SMART PLS penelitian kuantitatif, menginput dan memproses data serta membaca output atau menginterpretasikan hasil pengolahan data tersebut
