Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influences of workload on employee performance with work stress as a variable intervening on employee of Aria Villas Seminyak. This study used all population because the total of employee only 40 people and this study called study on population. From 40 employee only 32 responses the questionnaire. The research data analyzed by Smart PLS version 4.0.9 program. The results of this study conclude that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on spirit of work at Hotel Siesta Legian. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method, this study uses primary data taken from distributing questionnaires to employees of Hotel Siesta Legian. The results of this study show that partially the leadership style and motivation have a positive influence on spirit of work, and simultaneously leadership style and motivation have a significant influence on spirit of work.

Abstract

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang penggunaan aplikasi SMART PLS dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan model struktural yang kompleks dan memiliki banyak konstruk bagi mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia Handayani. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelatihan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data angket yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.  Dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia Handayani dalam menggunakan program SMART PLS untuk penelitian kuantitatif menjadi meningkat dan respon mahasiswa dalam pelatihan menggunakan program SMART PLS untuk penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan respon yang positif. Serta dapat meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan mahasiswa tentang cara mengoperasikan program SMART PLS penelitian kuantitatif, menginput dan memproses data serta membaca output atau menginterpretasikan hasil pengolahan data tersebut.

Abstract

Bibliometric analysis is mapping research trends using metadata processing from Google Scholar. The aim is to find out research trends about learning agility. The research was carried out by searching the Google Scholar database with the keywords learning agility and the maximum number of results was 1000 journals as a sample. Retrieval of metadata using the Publish or Perish application version 8.94. The data from Publish or Perish is then analyzed descriptively based on the year the publication was published, publisher name, researcher productivity, and journal ranking. To obtain an accurate map of research progress, Publish or Perish data is exported to Exel CSV and Result as RIS file formats. CSV data was made into a pivot table and RIS data was analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The research results show that the number of research publications in 2000-2023 has fluctuated and most were published in Emerald. The most productive foreign researcher in publishing research results is Kenneth P. De Meuse with 12 articles. Through VOSviewer visualization, it shows that the learning agility research development map is divided into 5 clusters. Cluster 1 consists of 20 items, cluster 2 consists of 15 items, cluster 3 consists of 14 items, cluster 4 consists of 9 items and cluster 5 consists of 8 items with the most research covering effect, strategic agility, concept, skill and work.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Denpasar City. Research using qualitative methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the application and constraints of internal communication in the employee environment. This research focused on the application of internal communication in the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Denpasar City. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be obtained by conducting interviews with informants, while secondary data is in the form of books containing theories and scientific journals that support research. The subjects in this study were employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Denpasar City. The object of this study is the application of internal communication observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies carried out by researchers to collect data. The results showed that internal communication between contract employees and superiors is also good, superiors who are civil servants consider contract employees as their colleagues, not consider them as subordinates who can be treated at will. Any obstacles in activities such as events that are scheduled from the scheduled hours there is a notification via WhatsApp Group but sometimes it is slow but the coordination is still managed properly the existing one is given notice so that all employees know it and a meeting is held to find solutions to problems and obstacles

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan PT. Indoritel Makmur, Tbk pada periode 2019-2022. Pandemi ini tidak hanya mengubah lanskap persaingan dan tren bisnis, tetapi juga memicu perubahan signifikan dalam lingkungan eksternal perusahaan. Penelitian sebelumnya mengenai perusahaan-perusahaan lain, seperti PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Media Nusantara Citra, Tbk, dan perusahaan transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia, menunjukkan variasi dalam dampak pandemi terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sebagai tanggapan terhadap pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan berbagai kebijakan, seperti Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 dan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 Tahun 2021, termasuk pembatasan kegiatan (PSBB) dan lockdown. Langkah-langkah ini berdampak langsung pada kegiatan ekonomi, terutama pada perusahaan ritel seperti PT. Indoritel Makmur, Tbk. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini akan melakukan analisis kinerja keuangan PT. Indoritel Makmur, Tbk sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19. Fokus penelitian mencakup rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas. Penelitian ini diinisiasi untuk memahami perubahan kinerja keuangan perusahaan ritel di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang dipengaruhi oleh pandemi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan ritel, khususnya PT. Indoritel Makmur, Tbk. Dengan analisis yang komprehensif terhadap rasio keuangan, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan strategis untuk menghadapi tantangan yang dihadapi selama dan setelah pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Adanya perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat yang mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan salah satunya yaitu perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat diakses online melalui situs website. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami proses penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dalam di peroleh melalui wawancara dengan para informan-informan yaitu kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha dan operator sekolah, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka dengan jenis data kualitatif yang bersumber pada data primer yaitu hasil wawancara dan data sekunder melalui beberapa jurnal terdahulu. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) secara online menurut pengguna sangat mudah dipahami dan sangat efektif bagi penyebaran informasi. Selain itu upaya peningkatan produktivitas kerja dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) melalui website sistem informasi SMA Kristen Harapan (SISKHA) dapat dilakukan dengan adanya perbaikan terus menerus, selalu adanya peningkatan mutu dan pemantauan sistem secara berkala agar tidak terjadi trouble dalam penggunaan website. Pada penerapan sistem informasi manajemen terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat sistem informasi manajemen adalah kurangnya tutorial cara penggunaan website, akses internet yang kurang stabil dan sistem yang kerap kali sering error sehingga tidak bisa digunakan. Sedangkan faktor pendukug sistem informasi manajemen adalah adanya dukungan internal dan eksternal, sistem pengoperasian mendukung operasional yang dibutuhkan, terdapat sarana penyimpanan yang cukup, adanya akses internet yang memadai dan adanya pengecekan sistem secara berkala.
