Abstract

Tilapia is one of the fisheries commodities in Indonesia. Tilapia fish has a high market demand, therefore the supply of tilapia fish should continue to be fulfilled, but the supply of tilapia fish in the market is still not enough. In order to the demand for tilapia fish can be met, there are several ways to increase tilapia production. One of the methods to cultivate Tilapia is using biofloc cultivation. One of the biofloc tilapia aquaculture entrepreneurs in Tasikmalaya city is Mr. Banyu who is the owner of Nugraha Fishery. This research aims to analyze production cost and income as well as business feasibility in running biofloc tilapia cultivation. The research was conducted at Nugraha Fishery which is located in Cipari Village, Mangkubumi District, Tasikmalaya City. The results of this research showed that the business feasibility criteria used in intensive tilapia cultivation with biofloc include: NPV, IRR, PP, Net B/C ratio. Net Present Value NPV is Rp. 217,754,348, IRR Internal Rate of Return value of 44%, PP Payback Period value of 4.2 years, Net B/C Ratio value of Rp. 2.9. All business feasibility criteria stated that it is feasible, meaning that the intensive tilapia cultivation business with biofloc which is run by Nugraha Fishery in Cipari Village, Mangkubumi District, Tasikmalaya City is suitable to be run and developed.

Abstract

Robusta (coffea canephora) coffea becomes one of the favored commodities and is the most widely cultivated in Indonesia the purpose of this study is for (1) to discover how attributes of the product are affectted of the decision to buy robusta coffe at tasikmalaya city”s kahaji coffe shop and (2) to know which variables of the quality of the product have the most influence on the decision to buy robusta coffe at the kahaji coffe shop Tasikmalaya city. This study use the survey method or research and data collection using methods, interviews, observation and questionnaires. Up to the study of 95 respondents and was a consumer who made visits or bought coffe at the kahaji cafe, using technique samples Accidental Sampling and analysis models are using linear regression. Result in this study explain that (1) the attributes of the kahaji coffe products are both partial and simultaneously have an effect significant attribute variable on the purchase decision of kahaji coffe is the aroma variable and the price because it has a smaller value than 0,05’s 0,000.

Abstract

Penggilingan padi yaitu tempat bertemunya produksi, pascapanen, pengolahan serta pemasaran beras untuk menopang ketetapan pangan ketika memenuhi kebutuhan beras untuk penduduk. Keadaan penggilingan padi penting untuk membantu petani dalam memproduksi hasil panen gabah mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) berapa besar biaya Produksi pada usaha penggilingan padi di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dan (2) berapa besar pendapatan usaha penggilingan padi di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabuapten Tasikmalaya (3) besar nya b/c ratio pada usaha penggilingan padi di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya (4) besar nya kontribusi pendapatan usaha penggilingan padi di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling purposive yaitu pada usaha penggilingan padi pak komar dan penggilingan padi pak andi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses produksi yang dilakukan oleh kedua pabrik yaitu penggilingan komar karya dan penggilingan pak andi melakukan proses jasa giling padi dari petani dan melakukan pembelian bahan baku padi dari petani. Rata-rata total biaya sebesar 13.921.000 , penerimaan sebesar 140.332.500, pendapatan Rp.126.411.500 untuk penggilingan padi komar karya dan Rata-rata total biaya sebesar 7.175.000, penerimaan sebesar 67.736.500 , pendapatan Rp. 60.561.500 .sedangkan nilai kontribusi penggilingan padi komar karya sebesar 60,9 dan penggilingan padi pak andi sebesar 58,9 . dan untuk nilai B/C Ratio pabrik penggilingan padi pak komar 9,08 sedangkan pabrik penggilingan pak andi 8,44.

Abstract

Abstract

Pengenalan pasar untuk dapat menyesuaikan produk dan jasa perlu dilakukan untuk bisa membuat suatu perusahaan lebih maju dari pesaingnya. Bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) menjadi salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk dapat memperhatikan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang strategi sekaligus perkembangan suatu perusahaan. Marketing mix memiliki peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan karena semakin buruk bauran yang dilakukan maka hal tersebut akan memberi pengaruh buruk pada tingkat penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh marketing mix industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong dalam meningkatkan voleme penjualan dan untuk mengetahui variabel marketing mix apa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat volume penjualan di industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel marketing mix yaitu produk, harga, promosi, saluran distribusi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan di industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong, dimana variabel marketing mix yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan di industri pengolahan kayu Sumber Alba Cikalong yaitu variabel produk dan harga. Produk pihak dari industri Sumber Alba Cikalong dapat menyesuaikan kualitas sesuai dengan permintaan dari konsumen serta memiliki kualitas yang baik, selain itu harga yang diberikan pihak industri bersaing menyesuikan dengan kualitas produk tersebut sehingga memberikan peningkatan terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

Drought is a direct impact on the agricultural sector that causes dry land due to drought or rice scarcity. The solution for farmers in agriculture is to plant drought-resistant rice, namely upland rice. Objective To determine the factors that affect upland rice production in Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Methods This study uses a survey method, with the data used in this study being quantitative data. Results The most significant variable among the factors affecting upland rice production in Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is land area (X1), as the sig value is 0.064 < 0.10 with α = 10%, making land area the only factor that influences production. Conclusion The factors affecting production in Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency, simultaneously are land area, seeds, labor, and fertilizer, which significantly influence the increase in upland rice production in Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Suggestion: Future authors are expected to expand new research based on these findings so that other production factors that have not been measured can be studied to improve quality and utility.

Abstract

Eggs are functional foods that are always available in every home, considering their nutritional content and practicality of serving. However, duck eggs are still constrained in consumption because of their sharp, eggy smell. This study aims to determine consumer preferences for the organoleptic properties of original and oregano-salted eggs (Plectanthrus amboinicus SPRENG). Data were obtained through an organoleptic test questionnaire to 85 respondents. Data analysis used an independent sample t-test. The results showed that original and oregano-salted eggs had the same preferences for the color of the egg yolk and egg white. The texture of oregano-salted eggs differs from that of the original salted eggs. The taste of egg yolk and egg white differs greatly from original salted eggs and oregano salted eggs. Oregano-salted eggs have a better taste than oregano-salted eggs. The most prominent difference is that the aroma of oregano-salted eggs no longer smells eggy. It is very preferred by consumers.

Abstract

The potential for diversification of processed salted egg products that have high economic value is still wide open. To increase the competitiveness and added value of the product, innovation is needed through the addition of natural ingredients to make it richer in taste and not smell fishy. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the comparative feasibility of the original salted egg business with the variant of adding oregano leaves with a spicy red chili flavor. The research method used is descriptive quantitative regarding the analysis of the feasibility of the business calculation of fixed costs, variable costs, revenue, income, R/C ratio, and elasticity. Data collection was carried out through experiments in the Agribusiness laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. The results of this study indicate that the formulation of salted eggs with the addition of oregano leaves (Plectranthus amboinicus) and red chili has a positive impact on sensory, economic, and strategic aspects. Sensorially, there was a significant increase in the attributes of herbal aroma, spicy taste, and aftertaste, and a decrease in fishy odor, which is thought to be influenced by the volatile aromatic compounds from oregano leaves. Economically, this treatment generates a net income of Rp792,777; the R/C ratio of 2.70 indicates that this innovation is very efficient and worth developing. Sensitivity analysis of selling price (Rp6,500–Rp7,500) and production volume (180–300 grains) indicates that both premium pricing strategies and production expansion have a positive impact on profitability. This innovative product has comparative and differentiating advantages in positioning itself as a gourmet product or functional red chili pepper oregano leaves

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanaya produksi padi ladang di Desa Cibuniasih Kecamatan Pancatengah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang merupakan salah satu usaha di bidang pertanian dan berkontribusi pada perekonomian masyarakat di desa tersebut, namun para petani masih menghadapi kendala dalam membedakan Antara konsumsi dan potensi keuntungan. Pendapatan petani padi ladang di Desa Cibuniasih sangat dipengaruhi oleh fluktuasi harga jual gabah yang tidak stabil, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap pasar yang menguntungkan. Hal ini menyebabkan sebagian besar petani menjual hasil panen mereka dalam keadaan darurat tanpa mempertimbangkan harga pasar, yang berdampak pada rendahnya pendapatan bersih yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui biaya usahatani padi ladang di Desa Cibuniasih, mengetahui pendapatan usaha padi ladang, serta mengetahui kelayakan usahatani padi ladang di Desa Cibuniasih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei (observasi, wawancara, kuisioner) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diantaranya biaya variabel, biaya tetap, biaya total, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan kelayakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa identifikasi masalah sebagai kelayakan usahatani budidaya padi ladang di Desa Cibuniasih tidak layak untuk di usahakan, berdasarkan kreteria analisis R/C ratio penerimaan dari usahatani budidaya padi ladang di daerah penelitian adalah sebanyak Rp. 2.100.280 dalam satu kali produksi, dan biaya produksi sebesar Rp 3.180,445 sehingga diperoleh pendapatan usaha sebesar Rp. – 1.080,165 dalam satu kali produksi, sehingga diperoleh R/C ratio sebesar 0,67

Abstract

  Customer satisfaction is a key factor in the success of service-based businesses, including coffee shops. This study aims to examine the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at Narassi Coffee in Tasikmalaya. Service quality is assessed through five main dimensions: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents with varying visit frequencies. The results indicate that service quality is closely related to customer satisfaction. The better the service provided, the higher the customer satisfaction. This finding emphasizes that focusing on service quality is crucial for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry.
