Abstract

This study aims to analyze the programs of the Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh, and Waqf Laboratory (Lab ZISWAF) in forming a competent generation of zakat among students. This research is expected to provide an overview of how the younger generation today is not only struggling with theory, but is able to professionally develop the skills of managing zakat, infaq and sadaqah. The research method used in this study is field research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of the academic community involved in the ZISWAF Lab program at FEBI IAIN Kediri. The results showed that the Ziswaf Lab program made a significant contribution in improving student skills in the practice of managing zakat, infaq, and alms, including febi berbagi, orphan compensation, and management of infaq-sadaqah funds. In addition, a special program for students of Zakat Management Practices (PPZ) also plays a role in fostering zakat awareness and philanthropic spirit among students, this is supported by the increase in knowledge about zakat and student understanding after participating in the program. The uniqueness of three different institutions is also the key for students to hone their skills, because each institution has its own characteristics in managing its philanthropic institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of andragogy principles in the context of teaching practicum in Islamic higher education. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of effective learning methods for students and the obstacles that can occur in other universities, as well as alternative solutions that can be considered in minimizing the obstacles experienced. This study uses a qualitative approach as a research method. Data collection was carried out during the teaching practicum with three ways of observation, interviews, and documentation to related parties. The learning methods used by Postgraduate practicum students of IAIN Kediri in andragogy include: 1) Lectures; 2) Discussion and Interaction; 3) Case Study; 4) Problem-Based Learning; 5) Collaborative Learning; 6) Technology-Based Learning; 7) Simulation or Demonstration. The main obstacles faced by IAIN Kediri Postgraduate students include: 1) Lack of Practicum Student Teaching Experience; and 2) Time Management. Alternative solutions offered in dealing with these practicum obstacles include: 1) Mastering Peembelajaran which is done by practicing and asking for advice; 2) Improve Time Management Skills

Abstract

Pendampingan komunitas literasi sejarah Islam (KLSI) bertujuan untuk memperkaya media pembelajaran sejarah melalui pengenalan kuliner khas Banten. Banten sebagai wilayah dengan latar sejarah yang kaya memiliki kekayaan kuliner yang tidak hanya sekadar warisan kuliner, tetapi juga bagian dari sejarah sosial dan budaya masyarakatnya. Program pendampingan ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu identifikasi masalah, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran sejarah di kalangan anggota komunitas, pelestarian kuliner tradisional, serta penguatan identitas budaya masyarakat Banten. Dengan pendekatan ini, komunitas tidak hanya memahami sejarah melalui narasi akademis, tetapi juga melalui pengalaman sensorik yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

The research was conducted to thoroughly explore the barriers that hinder students' ability to learn effectively, both from psychological and academic perspectives. Previous studies on English learning difficulties have primarily focused on linguistic and academic factors, such as grammar mastery, vocabulary development, and reading or writing skills. However, limited attention has been given to the psychological barriers that significantly influence students' ability to learn and perform in English, particularly in the context of Indonesian high school students. While some research has mentioned issues like anxiety or fear of making mistakes, these studies often lack a detailed exploration of how psychological factors interact with academic challenges to affect students' confidence and participation in class. This study aims to address this gap by thoroughly investigating both psychological and academic barriers that hinder students' English learning process. By using a questionnaire distributed to students at SMAN 6 Tambun Selatan, the research highlights the dominant role of fear and anxiety as emotional obstacles that reduce students' self-confidence and willingness to engage in learning activities. The findings emphasize the importance of creating supportive and anxiety-reducing classroom environments, which have not been adequately discussed in prior research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fintech syariah terhadap literasi keuangan syariah pada mahasiswa. Selain itu, juga memberikan definisi tentang fintech dan literasi keuangan syariah serta merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait topik ini. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang datanya diambil dari organisasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy'ari. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota organisasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hasyim Asy'ari yang berjumlah 74 anggota dengan menggunakan metode quota sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan syariah, sehingga dengan adanya fintech syariah dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan literasi keuangan dikalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi pemberdayaan ekonomi pada Generasi Z. Yaitu tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat religious Generasi Z pada LEKAS (Lembaga Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan dan Koperasi) IPNU IPPNU. Mengunakan metode kuantitafif dengan Populasi anggota IPNU dan IPPNU di Kecamatan Diwek yang telah mengikuti kaderisasi. Pada sampel berjumlah 74 anggota dan menggunakan metode purposive sample. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada salah satu variabel yang tidak berpengaruh secara parsial. Namun secara simultan tingkat pendidikan dan religius berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi gen Z khususnya di PAC IPNU IPPNU Diwek. Hal ini menjadi tolak ukur bahwa organisasi pemuda dapat memberdayakan pemuda ke hal-hal positif.

Abstract

The company PT Engineering is engaged in manufacturing machinery and machine tools, repairing metal products, and repairing electrical equipment. The company was founded with the aim of meeting the needs of the industry in terms of providing high-quality equipment. the process of ordering production machines, such as tanks and mixers, which is currently running is still carried out using whatsapp or email media, so it is less effective and can cause various problems such as data recording errors, and less optimal service to customers. The absence of an integrated ordering system also makes it difficult for companies to track order status so that they cannot provide fast and accurate information to customers. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the production department and planner to monitor incoming orders so that orders can be completed on time. This research uses RAD analysis research method, diagram design using UML, system coding using PHP programming language and Mysql database. This research produces a web-based ordering system that is connected to a database so that order data can be stored properly.

Abstract

During the Sultanate era, Banten emerged as a global spice emporium, attracting international traders through its pepper-dominated 16th-century economy. Though its prominence in the spice trade has waned, historical traces persist through preserved heritage and enduring culinary traditions rooted in spice culture. This study employs qualitative methods and a cultural-historical approach within the Islam Nusantara framework to analyze women’s pivotal role in sustaining Banten’s spice-based culinary practices. As guardians of traditional recipes, healers, and perfumers, women preserve spiritual and health values tied to spices. Findings reveal their multifaceted contributions—from agricultural cultivation and post-harvest processing to local commerce—while embedding spices into religious rituals, spiritual healing, and cultural traditions. These activities enrich the symbolic significance of spices and reinforce community identity. Women’s strategic participation not only sustains the archipelago’s spice civilization but also bolsters the local economy, demonstrating how cultural stewardship aligns with Islamic principles of community welfare. This research underscores the intersection of gender, cultural preservation, and economic resilience in maintaining Indonesia’s spice heritage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang Manajemen Pendidikan Islam berbasis teknologi. Manajemen Pendidikan Islam yang efektif dan efisien sangat penting dalam memajukan pendidikan Islam. Pada era digital saat ini, teknologi telah memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Penggunaan teknologi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam dapat memberikan banyak sekali manfaat dan kemudahan pada mengelola proses pembelajaran serta administrasi. Artikel ini akan membahas kerangka teori dan komponen-komponen yang terkait menggunakan manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis teknologi.Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah Manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis teknologi memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam. Dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan aplikasi edukasi Islami, integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum, manajemen administrasi berbasis teknologi, dan penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh, pendidikan Islam dapat menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa pada era digital.
