Potassium is a macro nutrient that can affect the quality and quantity of oil palm bunches as well as resistance to disease and drought stress. So far, testing the status of potassium nutrient uptake in people's plantations in Perlabian Village, Kampung Rakyat Labuhanbatu Selatan District has never been carried out. Fertilization and maintenance are carried out through knowledge from generation to generation, so it is important to have a study on the nutrient uptake status of potassium in oil palm leaves. This research was conducted using a free grid survey method at the semi-detailed survey level with a density of 100 meters. A total of 6 leaf samples were taken on the 17th leaf midrib and then rubbed with 70% alcohol and then put into the plastic sample for further testing in the laboratory of PT. Socfindo. The results showed that the potassium in leaf samples 1, 3 and 4 experienced deficiency and leaf samples 2, 5 and 6 were at the optimum. In oil palm plantations in smallholder plantations in Perlabian Village, Kampung Rakyat Subdistrict, it shows that the total K content of leaves is included in the optimum category.

Karet adalah suatu komoditi perkebunan utama di dunia yang memiliki potensi yang cukup besar. Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan memiliki begitu banyak perusahaan-perusahaan karet yang telah berkembang, salah satunya yaitu pada PT. PP. London Sumatra (LONSUM) Indonesia, Tbk Sei Rumbia Labuhanbatu Selatan. Perusahaan ini membudidayakan tanaman karet dengan output berupa pada lump serta dry lateks. Lateks inilah yang kemudian diolah di pabrik dan menjadikan suatu lembaran-lembaran karet (rubber sheet). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan manajemen sistem pengolahan lateks di PT. PP. London Sumatra (LONSUM) Indonesia, Tbk Sei Rumbia Rubber Factory, Kecamatan Kotapinang, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai Januari hingga Maret 2021. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan staf serta menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, usaha pengolahan lateks karet pada PT. PP. London Sumatra (LONSUM) Indonesia, Tbk Sei Rumbia Labuhanbatu Selatan sudah layak diusahakan dan memberi keuntungan pada faktor lingkungan, serta menunjukkan prospek positif dalam pengembangan industri kedepan.

Human development is one of the factors in increasing the implementation of national development. Human development that is implemented can be calculated with the human level, health and standard of living. Then the level of the human development index can also affect government spending in the education sector and the health sector. The use of the model in this article with the multiple linear regression program is used to process, classical assumptions of test data using SPSS 22. The results of the analysis show that farmer exchange rates can significantly affect the human development index in North Sumatra Province, government spending in the education sector has a significant effect on the human development index in North Sumatra Province and government spending on health sector spending has no significant effect on human development index in North Sumatra Province. This shows that government spending in the health sector has not been properly realized so that it is not strong enough to increase the human development index in North Sumatra Province. The results of research on government spending in the education sector have a dominant effect in increasing the human development index in North Sumatra province.

Pemanfaatan ampas tebu sebagai bahan organik dapat berpotensi untuk menjadi pupuk kompos yang dapat menggantikan pupuk anorganik dan bermanfaat bagi pertumbuhan tanaman perkembangan-perkembangan dalam bidang pertanian dan industri pertanian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh kompos yang memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan sebagai pupuk organik serta mengurangi penumpukan limbah lingkungan. Riset ini menggunakan ampas tebu sebagai bahan utamanya. Pemanfaatan ampas tebu ini di mix dengan gula merah, kotoran kambing, kulit pisang serta Em 4 untuk selanjutnya di fermentasikan sehingga yang siap diaplikasikan .dari hasil riset ini kompos berbahan dasar ampas tebu memiliki beberapa kandungan unsur hara yaitu N 2,00% K 2,49%, C-organik 23,69% yang menunjukkan kompos telah matang dan siap digunakan.

Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin dan pemberian tunjangan terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSUD Rantauprapat Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, koesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPPS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t), pengujian signifikan simultan (uji f) dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan thitung sebesar (3.395). pemberian tunjangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan thitung sebesar (4.571). Secara simultan disiplin dan pemberian tunjangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan Fhitung sebesar 50.551. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (R Square ) sebesar 0.897 atau 89.7% yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh disiplin dan pemberian tunjangan selebihnya sebesar 10.3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

This research was carried out in the agricultural field of the University of Harbor. The research began from March to June sky research (Cucumis Mello L) to determine the effect of giving fertilizers and goats and cultivating land on the growth and production of melon sky rocket varieties (Cucumis Mello L). This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with 2 factors examined and repeated 3 times. Goat MANURE (K) fertilizer dosing factor consists of 3 levels, namely: K0 = No treatment, K1 = 1 kg / Plot and K2 = 2 kg / Plot. The inhalation factor (G) consists of 3 levels, namely G0 = Tanpaper treatment, G1 = 1cc / L water / plot and G2 = 2cc / L water / plot. The administration of goat manure significantly affects the observation of plant height, number of branches, fruit weight, number of plots and the weight of plots. The application of ZPT has a significant effect on the observation of plant height and number of branches but has no significant effect on observing the weight of fruit per plots, the number of plots and the weight of per seed. The interaction between goat manure and ZPT did not significantly affect all observations. Keywords:Goat Manure, ZPT, Melond

Effect of Husk Charcoal on Growth of Celery Plants (Apium graveolens L). This research was conducted in the village o-f Aek Tapa, Purwosari Hamlet, Marbau District, Labuhanbatu Regency. This research will be conducted from April to June 2020. The method used is average. Observation The parameters observed were the highest celery plant height at age. The highest average celery plant height at the age of 8 MST was obtained from the treatment of rice husk A3 300 gr / plant that is 17,8 cm while the average height of celery plant at A2 200 gr / plant that is 24,5 cm later while the average height of celery plants at A1 100 gr / plant is 18,2 cm and the average height of celery plants without treatment (Control) is 21,0 cm. The highest number of leaves (celery) of celery plants at the age of 8 MST was obtained in the treatment of rice husk A3 300 gr / plant that is 24 strands while the average number of celery leaves at A2 200 gr / plant is 20 strands later while the average number of celery leaves at A1 100 gr / plant that is 16 strands and the average number of celery leaves P0 (without treatment) is 14 strands. The highest average weight of celery plants in the highest treatment of husk charcoal obtained A3 300 gr / plant that is 23 gr while the average weight of celery plants at A2 200 gr / plant is 21 gr then while the average weight of celery plants in A1 treatment 100 gr / plant that is 15 gr and the wet weight of the celery plant in the P0 treatment (without treatment) is 12 gr. Bitter melon is one of the types of potentially commercial vegetables if cultivated intensively on an agribusiness scale. In addition, bitter melon is a profitable agricultural commodity and trade material in local markets and supermarkets because it contains high nutrition that is complete and all parts of the medicinal plant bitter melon. Green giant is an organic fertilizer, in the form of pellets containing nutrients complete with high cation exchange capacity that will increase the availability of nutrients for plants, safe for the environment. Green Giant can improve physical, chemical and biological soil properties. Improving soil texture and structure is accompanied by neutralizing soil acidity, improving soil aeration and drainage, supporting the development of beneficial microorganisms in the soil and increasing the amount of nutrients that can be absorbed by plants. the application of leaf fertilizer which contains micro nutrients, the deficiencies can be overcome. This study aims to analyze the potential integration of local wisdom in corn cultivation practices in Sei Siarti Village to improve farmers' welfare and support environmental sustainability. The research method involved field surveys, interviews, and observations of cultivation structures and natural resource management systems. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the application of local wisdom and farmers' income enhancement. The findings reveal that traditional practices, such as selecting adaptable crop varieties, eco-friendly soil management techniques, and natural pest control methods, contribute to sustainable productivity while maintaining ecosystem balance. Integrating local knowledge with modern agricultural technology is expected to enhance food security and improve the quality of life for farmers in the future. Therefore, government support and training in the application of environmentally friendly technology is highly recommended.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the palm oil processing identification process at PT. Asam Jawa in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The determination of the research location was done intentionally (purposive). The subjects of the study were the parties involved in the study, namely PT. Asam Jawa and the object of the study was the production of crude palm oil. Data collection was carried out using historical data methods and literature studies. The results of the study showed that the palm oil processing process starts from (a) fruit harvesting; (b) transportation of FFB; (c) receipt and sorting of FFB; (d) boiling station (Sterilizer); (e) threshing station; (f) pressing station; and (g) purification station (Clarification Station)
