Abstract

Pendidikan berbasis revolusi industri 4.0 memerlukan alternatif solusi yang membuat lembaga pendidikan harus selalu memadukan metode inovatif untuk meningkatkan pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aspek-aspek penunjang pembelajaran IPA serta cara mengimplementasikannya dalam menyongsong era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode Penelitian ini mengunakan metode library research. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) aspek-aspek penunjang dalam pembelajaran IPA yang memenuhi tuntutan revolusi industri 4.0 adalah menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis masalah/proyek, menggunakan pendekatan yang melibatkan unsur sains, teknologi, dan masyarakat, serta dapat meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 antara lain berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, dan kreativitas; dan (2) Implementasi pembelajaran IPA berbasis project based learning yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan STEM adalah contoh implementasi teknologi ramah lingkungan yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik dalam mengelola limbah sebagai sumber energi baru terbarukan.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar peserta didik menurun sejak adanya pandemi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui efektifitas LKPD berbasis etnomatematika terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini kelas III A dan III B SDN 05 Kestalan Surakarta berjumlah 47 peserta didik dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 30 peserta didik menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi dengan instrument berupa kuisioner dan lembar observasi. Untuk menguji kualitas dalam instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, paired sample t test, dan uji n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, sedangkan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung  sebesar -3,927 sehingga sehingga LKPD berbasis etnomatematika berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, sedangkan hasil uji n-gain diperoleh skor sebesar 68,91 menyatakan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika cukup efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Philosophically, natural sciences as a building of knowledge can study ontology (what you want to know), epistemology (how to acquire knowledge), and axiology (what is the value of knowledge). Natural Science as a building of science has properties that are closely related to natural objects. The problems that occur with natural objects are holistic. This holistic problem requires problem-solving from various disciplines, especially in the natural sciences. Based on the scope of the research above, this article aims to investigate integrated natural science learning in a philosophical review (ontology, epistemology, axiology). The qualitative method is applied in this study. Studies conducted to solve problems based on a critical and in-depth analysis of pertinent library materials are known as library research. Overviews of ontology, epistemology, and axiology state that integrated natural science learning, students are expected to be able to relate to other disciplines such as physics, astronomy, chemistry, geology, biology, technology, environment, and health and safety. This type of instruction uses natural science to present natural phenomena and events holistically and to develop students' problem-solving skills. The recommendation given is that teachers should tend to the interdisciplinary study of the natural sciences.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk: 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru untuk menanamkan penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui project based activity dalam kehidupan sehari-hari pada peserta didik; 2) menguatkan karakter peserta didik sekolah dasar melalui program-program yang diberikan guru. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan: 1) sosialisasi ragam aktivitas untuk meningkatkan karakter peserta didik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; 2) workshop menyusunan proyek bagi peserta didik sebagai kegiatan #belajardirumahsaja. Pelaksanaan program pengabidan terselenggara pada Hari Sabtu, 17 April 2021. Peserta program pengabdian ini adalah beberapa guru sekolah dasar di Soloraya, terdiri dari 21 peserta. Hasil yang dicapai pada program ini: 1) 81% peserta menyatakan proses pelaksanaan sosialisasi sangat baik dan sisanya menyatakan proses sosialisai berjalan baik; 100% peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan menambah wawasan peserta; 2) 100 % peserta menyatakan bertambah pengetahuan dan keterampilannya setelah mengikuti program pengabdian ini.

Abstract

TRAINING ON MAKING LITERACY QUESTIONS FOR READING AND NUMERACY BASED ON MINIMUM COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS GUGUS WAHIDIN SUDIROHUSODO, JUMAPOLO DISTRICT. The direction of government policy in measuring students' cognitive learning outcomes is to replace Ujian Nasional (UN) with an Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). What is measured in the AKM is the ability to read and numerate literacy as a result of students' cognitive learning. Based on the results of an interview with the Chairperson of the Gugus SD Wahidin Sudirohusodo Kecamatan Jumapolo, some teachers have understood the AKM but have not understood about making reading literacy and numeracy questions based on the Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). The results of observations also show that teachers have not been able to make reading and numeracy literacy questions based on the Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). The purpose of this service is to provide training on making reading and numeracy literacy questions based on the Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). The method of implementing the service includes: (1) the approach method carried out starting from the survey, licensing, and providing motivation for teachers who will take part in the training (2) program implementation methods, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and hearing stage, the implementation stage, and the final evaluation stage. The results of the analysis of teacher responses to the implementation of community service indicate that training materials for making reading literacy and numeracy questions based on AKM are needed by teachers in developing 21st-century learning. Teachers feel the benefits of community service activities because they can become new scientific insights into the development of learning activities in schools.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using LATAR media (Lagu Bangun Datar) on student learning activity in class III MI Ulumul Quran Ali Bin Abi Talib Surakarta in 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used in this research was descriptive quantitative research design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were students in class III MI Ulumul Quran Ali Bin Abi Talib Surakarta in 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques were through questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Instrument test were carried out in class III SD Kanisius Pucangsawit with a total sample of 28 students. The data analysis technique used was the data normality test with Kolmogorov Smirnov formula. The hypothesis tests was to use the Paired Sample T-test and the N-Gain test. The results showed that based on the results of the N-Gain test, the pre-test and post-test scores were 0.59 and include in the moderate category with a percentage of 59%. So, it could be concluded that the use of LATAR Media (Lagu Bangun Datar) had a fairly effective effect on student learning activity inf class III MI Ulumul Quran Ali Bin Abi Talib Surakarta in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan belum menerapkan model yang cocok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif pada muatan IPAS di kelas V SD Negeri Gandekan Surakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi apakah model PjBL berpengaruh atau tidak pada keterampilan berpikir kreatif IPAS kelas V SD Negeri Gandekan Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan desain pre-eksperimental, dan desain penelitian one grup pre-test poss-test. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, tes berupa essay, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini ada dua bagian yaitu uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan ada dampak yang signifikan dengan menerapkan model PjBL terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif IPAS Kelas V SD Negeri Gandekan Surakarta. Ditunjukkan dari kenaikan rata-rata dari nilai pre-test sebesar 63, 89 dan rata-rata poss-test sebesar 81, 21 dan dari hasil uji-t yang diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Peneliti berharap penelitian ini memberikan untuk bagi yang membutukan.

Abstract

The critical need for effective pedagogical interventions to address Indonesia's declining scientific literacy, especially within its disaster-prone context, drives this study, which aims to investigate the effectiveness of the discovery learning model in enhancing the scientific literacy of elementary school teacher education (PGSD) students within disaster mitigation contexts. Employing a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design with 32 participants, data were collected via a pretest-posttest using a validated scientific literacy test measuring three PISA competencies and analyzed descriptively, with paired t-tests, N-gain scores, and thematic analysis. Results indicated a significant quantitative improvement (p < 0.05) as mean scores rose from 53.28 to 72.50 with a moderate N-gain of 0.411, while qualitative findings revealed enhanced engagement and critical thinking, albeit with persistent challenges in translating theoretical knowledge into practical application, particularly in the competencies of explaining phenomena and using evidence. It is concluded that structured discovery learning significantly enhances scientific literacy among pre-service teachers when contextualized within authentic scenarios, underscoring its essential role in teacher education for disaster-prone regions like Indonesia and recommending the incorporation of applied learning experiences to effectively bridge the theory-practice gap in science education.
