Abstract

The research perpuse is to describe the learning method Student  Team Achievement Division to increase  the activity and achievement of the student learning.This research using  classroom action research and quotient experiment. The subject in this research is the student of IPA class X at the first  semester  in academic year 209/2020 of SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan. The experimenting quotients are X IPA1 class and X IPA3, class. The collecting data in this research is using the students’ ability observation sheet. The analysis of the data is using the descriptive statistic that  is mean.  From the  result of this research  shows that the learning method Student  Team Achievement Division  can in crease activity and achievement of the students learning of X IPA class in  SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Selatan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of problem based learning learning models to improve critical thinking skills and learning achievement. The design of this study is classroom action research consisting of three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Respondents in the study numbered 25 students consisting of 15 men and 10 women. Data collection using sheets and test. observation sheets with 7 assessed aspects, identify problems according to information obtained, comparing similarities and differences of opinion in group discussions, raise relevant and regular question, express opinion in freely and responsibly, assessing the impact of an event, being able to explain problems and make simple conclusions, reflect the value of an event. Analysis of the data used is the average rat (mean) and tests. The results showed that the application of the problem based learning model of learning can improve critical thinking skills and student achievement. the application of problem based learning can be used in other subjects

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of portfolio-based learning strategies can improve the writing skills of students. The research design used was a research action. The subject is a JUNIOR grade 8 students that add up to 22 people consists of 4 men and 18 women. The data in this study were gathered using observation sheets and test writing skills. Data analysis using statistical techniques i.e. average Test and test t. Data that cannot be analyzed with statistics is described and given arguments. The results of this study demonstrate the application of learning strategies based banwa portfolio on the Indonesian Language lessons can improve the writing skills of students. The implementation of the strategy for the pembeljan- based portifolio can be applied to other subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the method of assisting with media images in increasing the ability to speak and remember early childhood in kindergarten PGRI Kasih Ibu, South Bengkulu Regency. The research design is collaborative CAR which means researchers or teachers together to learn to improve the quality or learning outcomes. Subjects in this study were children of Group B TK PGRI Kasih Ibu, South Bengkulu Regency, totaling 15 people. Data collection techniques use teacher observation sheets and child observation sheets (observation of speaking ability and recall ability). Data analysis uses the mean test and t test. The results showed that the method of storytelling assisted with image media could improve the ability to speak and remember early childhood in kindergarten PGRI Kasih, South Bengkulu Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the application of group guidance and describe the effectiveness of the implementation of group guidance on the Self Concept of class VIII students at SMP 1 Talang Padang. The research method used was classroom action research and quasi-experimental. While the research subject is students of class VIII semester one of the 2018/2019 school year in SMP Negeri 1 Talang Padang. For the 15 class action research while for the quasi experiment 30 people. For quasi-experiments, these were divided into two groups, namely, 15 experimental groups and 15 control groups. Data collection techniques in this study used group guidance observation sheets, self concept observation sheets, this shows self-concept and learning achievement increased. The conclusion of this study is that the application of group guidance can improve self-concept.

Abstract

This study describes the application of laboratory inquiry learning models to improve science process skills, learning achievement, and the effectiveness of the application of laboratory inquiry learning models in improving student learning achievement by using Classroom Action Research and quasi-experimental methods. The subjects of the study were students of IPS1 class X SMA 2 LEBONG with 28 students while the population and the sample were class X IPS2 as the experimental class and class X IPS 3 consisting of 28 students as the control class. The research sample used the observation method using the observation sheet teacher activities and sheets observation of science process skills, written tests to measure student learning achievement. Data analysis using the average formula and paired sample t-test and independent samples. Based on the results of the study and the results of the analysis show that the application of the laboratory inquiry learning model is able to improve science process skills and student learning achievement, and the laboratory inquiry learning model is more effective in improving student achievement in Chemistry subjects compared to conventional learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Population Alert School (SSK) in SMAN 1 South Bengkulu. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The informants  of   this study were 13 people involved in the SSK program. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation,  and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve the stages  of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on  the field findings it can be concluded that the results of the study are: (1) SMAN 1 South Bengkulu has prepared a policy foundation in the form of a written decree, financial support, facilities and infrastructure,  human resources  preparation by including teachers  in SSK training. (2) The execution of PBM is in accordance with the RPP by the  incorporation of 8 family functions material, visits to agencies related  to SSK,  students have been able to integrate SSK material with the ability to analyze population data and population problems, as well as the presence of students' understanding about quality families and early-age marriages. (3) The evaluation of SSK implementation shows that the school has a Population Corner, the values of eight family functions are internalized in students, students have understood about reproductive health, maturation of marital age and the importance of quality family. (4) There are obstacles in activities such as: lack of funds for activities and infrastructure, and not all activities can be integrated in the extracurricular subjects and activities, as well as limited documentation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe, (1) How the application of Jurisprudential learning models can improve students' character, (2) Jurisprudential learning models can improve student learning achievement, and (3) Effectiveness of the application of Jurisprudential learning models to improve student learning achievement . This study used the classroom action research method followed by quasi-experiments. Data collection is done by observation, and learning achievement tests. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and different test.Classroom action research subjects were students of class IX A, while the experimental class IX B and control class IX C. The results showed that the application of Jurisprudential learning models can improve the character and learning achievement of students, and the application of effective Jurisprudential learning models can improve learning achievement PPKn at Seluma 2 Public Middle School

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the input, process and products of the Package B education equality program in PKBM Cahaya Ilmu Pelabai Subdistrict, Lebong Regency. This study uses an evaluative descripteve approach. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation with the data source PKBM chairman, secretary, and tutors/educators. Proof of the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis with steps of data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research obtained in this study are: (1) Planning for the management of PKBM Cahaya Ilmu in the District of Pelabai, Lebong Regency is in a very good category, and observations on PKBM planning when seen are in accordance with existing standards and assessment guidelines. (2) Organizing the management of PKBM Cahaya Ilmu so far is well structured, this can be seen from the division of work management and the distribution of tutors' expertise. (3) The management implementation carried out at PKBM Cahaya Ilmu, goes according to the initial planning. (4) In the evaluation phase of the management of PKBM, it can be seen that the programs planned almost entirely can be said to be successful. The evaluation stage is also a good criterion, this can be seen from the various results obtained. But PKBM Cahaya Ilmu administrators need to correct some of the obstacles that occur and improve management in accordance with existing management standards.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to: 1) Describe the development of pocket guidance and counseling books for the prevention of bullying in Bengkulu City High School, 2) Describe the effectiveness of the guidance and counseling pocket book for prevention of bullying in Bengkulu City High School, the research method used the ADDIE model. consists of five main stages, namely (A) nalysis, (D) esign, (D) evelopment, (I) implementation, and (E) valuation, which is used to analyze data from expert validation, namely design experts, linguists, and guidance and counseling expert with 25 research subjects. The results of this study are: a) The feasibility assessment by material experts is obtained in the Very Eligible category. Students' responses to the existence of a guidance and counseling pocket book for prevention of bullying in Bengkulu City High School for small group trials included in the very low category and for the experimental class test in the very high category and in the control class included in the low category. The pocket book of guidance and counseling for the prevention of bullying in the High School of Bengkulu City is very effective for students 'knowledge and can increase students' knowledge about preventing bullying.
