Abstract

This study aims to see student responses to learning with blended learning based on MOOCs and Trello. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire using a modified Likert scale with 4 answer options, namely strongly agree with a score of 4, agree with a score of 3, disagree with a score of 2, and strongly disagree with a score of 1. The questionnaire used consists of 29 statement items about the response after using the Trello project management application. Data processing is done using the help of an excel application. The results obtained as a whole are either from a limited test or from the results of an extensive test. The Trello application in learning has a positive response from the respondents.There are no items that agree to disagree or strongly agree based on the respondent's data, but all items agree.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of e-learning implementation and student responses to e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on learning innovation management in education. The sample data in this study were 21 students. The instrument used in this study was a student response questionnaire sheet consisting of 15 items. The results of this study indicate that the instruments used were valid and reliable. This was evidenced by the results of the validity calculation which states that 15 questions were valid and no questions were issued. And also for the results of data reliability calculations using the Cronbach alpha method with a score of 0.88, this value was greater when compared with the rtable value for α = 0.05, namely 0.4329. So it could be said that the data used was reliable. For the results of the analysis with the Rasch model assisted by the Winstep application, it was found that the quality of the questionnaire responses to E-Learning g on innovation and educational management materials at MAP Bengkulu University was very good. From the pairing T-test also obtained SIG <0.05, which means that there was a significant difference.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the academic supervision program of the principal of a public elementary school in Rejang Lebong Regency, Indonesia. This research is an evaluation study of the CIPP model with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers of public elementary schools in Rejang Lebong Regency. Techniques for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The outcomes of the study reveal that, first, the setting of the principal's academic supervision program does not meet the criteria. There are still numerous flaws, such as the principal's lack of understanding of the notion of academic supervision, which has prevented them from properly developing program planning. Second, the input of the academic supervision program has not fully supported the program, there are still many shortcomings such as no stakeholder support, and not being able to find the right strategy both in planning and in program implementation. Third, the process of the academic supervision program has not been following the plan, such as the program implementation steps. Fourth, the product of the academic supervision program has not shown an increase in teacher performance. However, both teachers and principals want the principal's academic supervision program to continue by correcting all its shortcomings and weaknesses. The conclusion of the academic supervision program of the principal of the public elementary school in Rejang Lebong Regency as a whole has not been fulfilled but is continuing with improvements, both in terms of context, input, process, and product aspects. For this reason, in this study, the author offers a model of academic supervision training based on KKS and KKG through mentoring.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan paket pembelajaran pada materi fluida terintegrasi mitigasi banjir menggunakan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian research and development (R&D) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian 3D (define, design, develop). Pada penelitian ini peneliti membatasi hanya sampai tahap define. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket analisis kebutuhan guru dan siswa kelas XI MIPA dan 6 orang guru fisika dari 3 SMA Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik membutuhkan paket pembelajaran pada materi fluida terintegrasi mitigasi banjir menggunakan model problem based learning. Hal ini di dasarkan data yang diperoleh bahwa 93,7% peserta didik menjawab sangat setuju dan 100% guru menjawab sangat setuju diperlukannyapengembangan paket pembelajaran pada materi fluida terintegrasi mitigasi banjir menggunakan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa. Kata Kunci: Paket Pembelajaran, Mitigasi Bencana, Model Problem Based Learning (PBL), Penguasaan Konsep, Fluida. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of the need for the development of learning packages on integrated fluid material for flood mitigation using a problem-based learning model to improve students' mastery of concepts. This type of research is a research and development (R&D) research using the 3D research method (define, design, develop). In this study, the researcher limits it only to the define stage. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire to analyze the needs of teachers and students of class XI MIPA and 6 physics teachers from 3 SMA Bengkulu CIty. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that students need a learning package on integrated fluid material for flood mitigation using a problem-based learning model. This is based on the data obtained that 93.7% of students answered strongly agree and 100% of the teachers answered strongly agreed the need for developing learning packages on integrated fluid flood mitigation materials using a problem-based learning model to improve students' mastery of concepts. Keywords: Learning Packages, Disaster Mitigation, Problem Based Learning Model, Mastery Of Concepts, Fluid.

Abstract

Abstract: the goal of this study are to describe the life skills program in increasing the ability of laying ducks cultivation entrepreneurship. The research method used are qualitative descriptive. The technique of data collection used observation, interview and documentation. The subjects of the study are head of SKB Kaur regency, educator and residents who learned in life skill program The result of this research shows the implementation of life skill program of duck laying cultivation is well and through the planning stage, and stages of evaluation, there are some supporting factors and obstacle factors in the implementation of life skills program of laying ducks, then Benefits of life skills program of laying duck can improve the ability of entrepreneurship cultivation of duck laying. Abstract

This research described the effectiveness of training and education implementation in Sentra Kencana Raflesia Laboratory of National family planning population council in Bengkulu province. The specific objectives of this research were to describe (1) the effectiveness of training and education program which was implemented, (2) the effectiveness of training and education implementation, (3) results’ effectiveness of training and education program implementation. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results of this research consist of: Training and education program was very effective which means that this program was implemented with “very effective indicators” were perfectly fulfilled. Training and education implementation was effective which means that this program was implemented with “effective indicators” complied. The results’ effectiveness of training and education program was adequate because it was suitable with adequate effectiveness criteria. To sum up, generally, the effectiveness of training and education implementation in Sentra Kencana Raflesia Laboratory of National family planning population council in Bengkulu province was effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis korelasi disiplin guru dan prestasi kerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah di kabupaten kaur; (2) menganalisis korelasi reward guru dengan prestasi kerja guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Kaur (3) menganalisis korelasi disiplin guru dan  reward guru terhadap prestasi kerja guru  Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Kaur. Penelitian ini juga termasuk penelitian populasi, karena seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Jumlah responden adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar di 5 madrasah negeri di Kabupaten Kaur berjumlah 75 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket yang diisi oleh guru-guru madrasah melalui google form dengan link bit.ly/alfitho. Validitas instrumen diuji menggunakan analisis SPSS menggunakan uji Pearson Correlation. Reabilitas instrumen diuji menggunakan uji statistik Cronbach Alpha (?). Uji normalitas menggunakan One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test.  Uji multikolinieritas digunakan penilaian Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) dan Tolerance Value. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji persyaratan analisis dan analisis korelasi dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada korelasi yang positif dan signifikan  disiplin  guru dengan prestasi kerja guru. (2) ada korelasi positif dan signifikan reward guru dengan prestasi kerja guru. (3) ada korelasi yang positif dan signifikan disiplin guru dan reward guru terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Untuk itu penulis menyarankan kepada seluruh guru madrasah agar selalu meningkatkan disiplinnya untuk mencapai prestasi guru itu sendiri dan siswanya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganlisis kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah guru BK di SMA Negeri Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 35 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 33,1%, (2) terdapat kontribusi iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 25,2% dan (3) terdapat kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 48,3%.

Abstract

Abstract: the general purpose of this research is describe development teacher profession and career in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang. This research can be used for improvement career development of teachers to achieve in an education instution. The specially this research is: (1) how the system of assignment of professional development and career of teacher in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang, (2) how the process of professional developmen and career in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang, (3) how the results is be achieved from the professional development teacher and career in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subject this research is headmaster,  the deputy of curiculum field and all of teachers in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang. The conclusion of this research is, (1) the professional development system in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang are expertise, skill, professionalism, and responsibility, to improve the teacher competense, the teacher follow the professional development process such as MGMP, KKG, PLPG, etc. From this training can improve their  competence, personal ability, pedagogik, professionalism, personal antitude and social, (2) the system professional development  and career  of the, they are giving an assignment , to increase of position and promotion of position. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui inovasi manajemen sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Bengkulu  Selatan. Metode penelitian jenis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara yang diuji dengan cara triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi manajemen sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MAN Bengkulu Selatan dalam bentuk pembuatan asrama siswa.
