Abstract

Pteridophyta plants as plant communities in biodiversity have important ecological functions in rivers and human life. One of the habitats for ferns in the upper reaches of the river in Bengkulu is the Pasmah River. The Pasmah River is a source of water for the people of Bengkulu and its surroundings. To maximize the role of the river, it is necessary to make an inventory of plants around the river, one of which is ferns. This study aims to determine the diversity of types and variations of pteridophyta sorus. A sampling of ferns was carried out on the banks of the Pasmah River, Central Bengkulu. Purposive sampling was used in this study to pinpoint the location, and the cruising (cruise method) was used to collect sample data. The results showed that there were 15 types of ferns where 12 types of ferns were found with sorus, 6 types of ferns were round, 4 were elongated, 1 was in line, 1 was strobili and 3 species had no sorus.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Pembelajaran IPA dapat dikaitkan dengan konten etnosains. Pembelajaran dengan konten etnosains ini dapat membuat ketertarikan siswa, meningkatkan hasil belajar, serta melestarikan kearifan lokal di Bengkulu. Kearifan lokal tersebut berupa rumah adat tahan gempa yaitu Rumah Rejang yang terletak di Lebong – Bengkulu. Pada saat gempa, rumah Rejang memiliki keseimbangan dari gaya-gaya yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA konsep gaya dan kategori peningkatannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yaitu pre-eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest-postest. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa data yang didapat di lapangan dan perhitungan dengan rumus uji paired sample t-test yaitu sig 0,00 < 0,05 yang berarti pembelajaran dengan penggunaan etnosains meningkat secara signifikan. Selanjunya, peningkatan hasil belajar dengan penggunaan etnosains dilihat dari N Gain Score yaitu sebesar 0,58 yang berada pada kategori “sedang” yang berarti terdapat peningkatan yang cukup efektif sesudah penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA pada konsep gaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA konsep gaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa di SMP Negeri 04 Kota Bengkulu.   Kata kunci: Konsep Gaya, Etnosains, Rumah Rejang   ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes before and after the use of etnoscience in science learning force and motion concept to increase students outcomes and the category of improvement. The method used in this study is quantitative, namely pre-eksperiment using a one group pretest-postest design. Collecting data through the instrument of learning outcomes test in the form of multiple choice aimed at 32 students in grades VII-8 in junior high school in four cities of Bengkulu. The instrument of the question has been tested for validity by three expert.then the questions were tested on 31 students (empirical validity). Criteria based on the validity index, it was found that rcount 0,579 > rtabel 0,335, then the question is valid. As for the reliability index criteria that alpha r11 0,84 > 0,70 which means the instrument is about the reliability. This study found that the instrument used to measure student learning outcomes was valid and reliable. Also, good discrimination and moderate difficulty. Furthermore, data analysis in this study is divided into 3 techniques, namely: first is descriptive analysis, second is inferential analysis, and third is N Gain. The results showed that the data obtained in the field and calculated using the paired sample t-test formula, namely sig 0,00 < 0,05, which means that learning by using ethnoscience has increased significantly. Furthermore, the increase in learning outcomes with the use of ethnoscience is seen from the n Gain Score, which is in the “medium” category, which means that there is a fairly effective increase after the use of    ethnoscience learning force and motion concept. So, the use of ethnoscience learning force and motion concept can improve students science learning outcomes at State Junior High School 04 Bengkulu city.    Keywords: Concept Force annd motion, Ethnoscience, Rejang House

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk menghasilkan LKPD berbasis STEM berbantu GeoGebra pada materi vektor yang layak. 2) Mendeskripsikan respon guru terhadap LKPD yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berbasis STEM berbantu GeoGebra pada materi vektor. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model 4D dengan langkah-langkah Define, Design, Develop dan Dissemination. Pada tahap dissemination dibatasi sampai pada tahap uji respon oleh guru dikarenakan wabah covid-19. Validasi dilakukan oleh 4 judgement ahli untuk menilai produk yang dikembangkan dari aspek kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, penyajian, kegrafisan dan media. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi aspek kelayakan isi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 87% dengan kategori sangat baik, aspek kebahasaan dengan persentase 77% dengan kategori sangat baik, aspek penyajian persentase sebesar 79% dengan kategori sangat baik, aspek kegrafisan dengan persentase 84% dalam kategori sangat baik dan aspek media dengan persentase 81% dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis STEM berbantu GeoGebra pada materi vektor yang dihasilkan sudah layak  dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 82% berada pada kategori sangat baik. Adapun respon guru terhadap LKPD ini berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai sebesar 88 %. Kata kunci : Penelitian dan Pengembangan, LKPD, STEM, GeoGebra, Vektor

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian pengembangan E-Modul berbantuan sigil software pada materi rangkaian arus searah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian research and develovment (R&D) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian 4D (define, design, develop desseminate,). Pada penelitian ini peneliti membatasi hanya sampai tahap develop. E-Modul berbantuan sigil software  ini telah divalidasi oleh dosen ahli dan guru fisika. Hasil validasi dosen ahli I menunjukan 78,22% (Sangat Layak), hasil validasi dosen ahli II menunjukan 80,64% (Sangat Layak), hasil validasi dari guru fisika menunjukan 97,58% (Sangat Layak) dan hasil dari respon siswa sebesar 88,72% (Sangat Baik). Jadi media pembelajaran E-Modul berbantuan sigil software ini layak di gunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi rangkaian arus searah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru fisika terhadap pengertian dan karakteristik instrument assessment HOTS di SMAN se-Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode teknik Cluster Random Sampling, sehingga subjek penelitian ada enam guru mata pelajaran fisika dari tiga SMAN yang berbeda di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian menunjukan hasil bahwa tingkat pemahaman guru fisika terhadap pengertian instrument assessment HOTS sudah cukup baik dengan nilai rata-rata 69,09 sehingga berada pada kategori cukup sebesar 33,33% (2 guru). Untuk tingkat pemahaman guru fisika terhadap karakteristik instrument assessment HOTS sudah cukup baik dengan nilai rata-rata 63,0 sehingga berada pada kategori cukup sebesar 16,66% (1 guru).   Kata Kunci : kemampuan guru fisika, Instrument Assessment HOTS, metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatf.   ABSTRAK   This study aims to describe the understanding of physics teachers on the understanding and characteristics of the HOTS assessment instrument in SMAN in Central Bengkulu Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. In this study, the determination of the sample used the Cluster Random Sampling technique, so that the research subjects consisted of six physics teachers from three different high schools in Central Bengkulu Regency. The results showed that the level of understanding of the physics teacher on the understanding of the HOTS assessment instrument was quite good with an average value of 69.09 so that it was in the sufficient category of 33.33% (2 teachers). For the level of understanding of the physics teacher to the characteristics of the HOTS assessment instrument, it is quite good with an average value of 63.0 so that it is in the sufficient category of 16.66% (1 teacher).   Keywords: physics teacher ability, HOTS assessment instrument, qualitative descriptive research method.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan, karakteristik perangkat dan respon guru terhadap perangkat pembelajaran rangkaian listrik DC berbasis model mental dan berpola model PBL untuk meningkatkan representasi gambar dan grafik fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reasearch and development (R&D dengan mengacu pada model 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3D dengan langkah-langkah difine, design, dan develop. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan data observasi, review document, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif, kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah guru fisika XII di SMAN 2, SMAN 6 dan SMAN 7 Kota Bengkulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpilkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkam termasuk dalam mkriteria sangat layak berdasarka validasi ahli dengan persentasi rata-rata 82% dan memiliki karakteristik tersendiri sehingga layak diujicobakan serta serta mendapatkan respon sangat baik dari guru terhadap keterbacaan terhadap perangkat pembelajaran dengan persentase rata-rata 87%. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran, Model Mental, Model PBL, Representasi Gambar dan grafikABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe the feasibility, characteristics of the device and the teacher's response to learned devices for DC electric circuits based on mental models and patterned PBL models to improved the representation of physics images and graphics. This study used the research and development (R&D) method with reference to a 4D model that is modified into 3D with the steps of refine, design, and develop. Data collection techniques used observation data, document review, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were descriptive, qualitative and quantitative. The subjects used in this study were physics teachers at SMAN 2, SMAN 6 and SMAN 7 Bengkulu City. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learned tools developed is included in the very feasible criteria based on expert validation with an average percentage of 82% and have their own characteristics so that they were worthy of being tested and got a very good response from the teacher on the readability of learning devices with an average percentage an average of 87%.Keywords: Learning Device Development, Mental Model, PBL Model, Image and Graphic Representation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the diversity of shrubs along the banks of the Rindu Hati River in Central Bengkulu, the output of which will be a Learning Unit Book (BUP). The research method is research and development limited to needs analysis and design framework. In this study, the location determination used the porposive sampling technique based on the presence of shrubs which were considered to represent places in the longing liver river. The results showed that the number of shrub species on the banks of the Miss Hati River found was 230 of 21 species of shrubs. The diversity index value (H') ranges from 2.311-2.511 which is included in the medium category, the evenness index (E) ranges from 0.759-0.83 which is included in the high category, and the dominance index (C) ranges from 0.09-0.1065 which is included in the high category. low. In conclusion, from this data it is necessary to develop a teaching material that can facilitate students in learning which contains a diversity of shrubs which is facilitated by teachers and students in facilitating learning to classify living things. Abstract

This research aimed to develop CPS learning media based on the Intelligent Tutoring System to improve the HOTS abilities of Science Education Students, especially on the Colligative Properties of Solutions material. The method used in this research was research and development with 4D method, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. In the definition stage, learning objectives were formulated. The design stage was carried out by designing learning media, while at the development stage, learning media were validated by media experts and material experts, the dissemination stage was carried out via YouTube and Unib e-learning. The results of the research show that the learning media validation scores by material experts and media experts were at 73 and 55 in the "Very Appropriate" category, respectively. The results of students' assessment of the feasibility of learning media were in the "Very feasible" category with conversion score of 34.94. Student responses to CPS learning media showed a mean score of 252.8 with conversion value of 4.23 in the "strongly agree" category. Student HOTS in this study was measured using pretest and posttest questions which had been prepared using HOTS indicator. Based on the evaluation results, it is known that the average student pretest score was 53.38 and the student posttest was 81.98. Meanwhile, the N-Gain value is 0.61 in the "Medium" category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the CPS learning media developed was very suitable for use in supporting the learning process and can increase the HOTS of science education students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of tilapia offal waste and tomato waste on the growth and protein levels of BSF maggots. This research analyzes the ratio of mass, length and thickness as well as the protein content of maggots on the influence of the feed used. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments with 3 repetitions. The results showed that the P1 100% fish treatment was the best variation for mass, namely 0.27. Treatment P1 100% fish is the best variation for length, namely 22.40. Treatment P1 100% fish and P2 75% fish and 25% tomatoes is the best variation for thickness, namely 5.85, and Treatment P4 25% fish and 75% tomatoes is the best variation for protein content, namely 22.01%. In conclusion, feeding fish waste and tomato waste on growth and protein content in BSF maggots affects mass, length, thickness and protein content.
