Abstract

In a successful college cannot be forgotten the existence of this one factor is the lecturer. Lecturers are the key to success in universities to educate students and students to be useful for the nation and the nation in the future. Some of the lecturers' duties include teaching, research and community service often mentioned by Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Of the three obligations of a lecturer is asked to have the ability to write skills such as Reports, Theses, Theses, Dissertations, Books, Articles and others. However, to be able to write well it is necessary to practice continuously and know the tools to write one is the tool for the citation and bibliography. Therefore required tools/applications that can help lecturers to write citations and bibliography. Mendeley is an application that can be used to write citations and bibliography,but not all lecturers can use this application. Methods to improve the ability to write lecturers do with several stages of lecture training materials/workshops about the contents of the introduction of Mendeley applications and videos about the ease of using this application, Practice using Mendeley application, Provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions or discussions about the material submitted, Conducting a survey to evaluate is done by spreading Pretest & Posttest quizoner with success indicator of success level understanding of participants in this program is 80%. The result of this activity proves that the lecturer can improve his writing ability is very positive for the development of lecturers expertise in making scientific research work. Keywords:Quality of lecturer, Writing, Quote, References.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari sumber permodalan pedagang pasar syariah ulul albab yang melakukan aktifitas bisnis atau jual beli di desa tanah merah kecamatan siak hulu kebupaten Kampar riau. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dan data dilapangan memberikan informasi bahwasannya sumber permodalan pedagang pasar syariah ulul albab berasal dari modal pribadi, distributor, perbankan konvensional, perbankan syariah, jula –jula tembak/rentenir/pemodal, koperasi, sesama pedagang dan pelanggan. Dimana modal sumber permodalan tertinggi yang di gunakan pedagang dalam menjalankan usahanya yakni modal pribadi dan distributor yang mencapai kisaran 31,94% ini artinya pedagang sangat selain mengandal modal secara pribadi nanum juga sangat terbantu oleh adanya distributor dan modal berikutnya diikuti sumber permodal secara pribadi yang mencapai kisaran 19,44%, hal ini berarti masih ada pedagang yang tidak menggandalkan modal usahanya dari luar seprti distributor, koperasi, lembaga keuangan lainnya atau lebih kepada pedagang yang membeli barang dagangannya secara tunai/cast dan yang terendah dalam mendapatkan sumber permodalan yakni dari sesama pedagang, pelanggan pedagang itu sendiri yakni 1,39% serta ini juga menjadi bukti bahwa pedagang dipasar syariah masih ada sebagian besar pedagang yang melakukan kerjasama dalam mendapatkan modal tambahan dari para rente/jula –jula tembak, koperasi dan lembaga keuangan konvensional.Untuk membuktikan secara ilmiah akan dari sumber permodalan yang didapatkan oleh padagang dalam menjalankan usahanya digunakan Menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam kepada unit analisis yakni pengelola pasar syariah ulul albab dan dewan pengawas syariah pasar ulul albab serta di perkuat oleh pedagang dan pembeli yang bertransaksi di pasar syariah.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen ketika mengambil keputusan pembelian produk Makanan Oleh-oleh di Kota Pekanbaru dipengaruhi banyak faktor apalagi dimassa pendemi Covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh keunikan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menguji pengaruh kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dan menguji pengaruh keunikan produk dan kelengkapan produk secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan oleh-oleh Kota Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk makanan oleh-oleh di Kota Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 173 orang responden dengan metode sampling proposive sampling yaitu konsumen yang pernah membeli produk makanan oleh-oleh Kota Pekanbaru. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer yang terdiri kuisioner dan observasi sedangkan data sekunder yang bersumber artikel, buku, laporan data jumlah industri kecil makanan Kota Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuisioner dan studi keperpustakan. Metode analisis data untuk mengukur keunikan produk dan kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keunikan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Kelengkapan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan keunikan produk dan kelengkapan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan oleh-oleh Kota pekabaru.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis alasan konsumen di Kota Pekanbaru berbelanja produk makanan menggunakan aplikasi online dan mengetahui aplikasi online favorit yang dipilih konsumen untuk membeli produk makanan dengan menggunakan faktor kelengkapan produk, faktor kepercayaan, faktor kenyamanan, dan faktor tampilan produk. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli makanan secara online di aplikasi online Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi adalah konsumen yang membeli produk makanan menggunakan aplikasi online. Teknik Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proportional sampling dengan perwakilan 128 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik survei dengan skala 1-5 menggunakan interpretasi 1 Sangat lemah dan 5 Sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan paling dominan konsumen membeli produk makanan menggunakan aplikasi online adalah fitur yang mudah digunakan, mudah dioperasikan dan perawatannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the benefits of waste banks to the community. This is done because there are still many people who do not know about the waste bank. The initial motivation in establishing the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank was to support the Kampar Regency government program in managing waste that had been issued by the Kampar Regency Regent through Perbup No 40 of 2018. In addition, it was also to provide education about the economic value of waste. Namely that waste can also be an additional side income for the surrounding community. However, due to lack of information and understanding, Pandau Jaya Waste Bank does not yet have a place in the community. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank which contains education about the economic value of waste to the community in the RW where the waste bank is established. The methods used in this service are lectures, distribution of questionnaires before and after socialization, and discussions. The lecture was directly filled by Mr. Prama Widayat as the owner of the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank. Attended by the heads of RT and RW throughout Pandau Jaya Village, this service went smoothly, several RT and RW heads gave their appreciation by visiting the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank directly to see the work process at the Waste Bank.

Abstract

In 2021 until now, the government issued the Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum which requires universities to implement, but it takes the right strategy, the purpose of this research is to find the strategic position of the Faculty of Economics at a private university in Riau to implement the MBKM curriculum, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and Develop alternative strategic options for the implementation of the MBKM Curriculum. The research method uses qualitative. The object of this research is the Faculty of Economics which has 2 study programs, namely Accounting and Management. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 8 people using a sampling technique, namely saturated/census samples where the respondents were those who occupied strategic positions in decision making, expert judgment and stakeholders from faculties and universities. Data analysis used EFAS Matrix, IFAS Matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix and TWOS Matrix. The results of the study indicate that the external and internal environmental conditions of the economics faculty show conditions that fall into the moderate/good category, which means the Faculty of Economics is able to implement this MBKM program. Meanwhile, the results of the IE Matrix value show that the position / quadrant of the Faculty of Economics is in the V Bold and maintain position (maintain and maintain) Market penetration and product development, while the analysis using the SWOT-8K matrix shows the quadrant position is in Diversification IV.

Dosen merupakan kunci sukses dalam perguruan tinggi untuk mendidik mahasiswa dan mahasiswi agar dapat berguna bagi nusa dan bangsa dimasa yang akan datang. Beberapa tugas dosen diantaranya mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang sering disebutkan dengan Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Dari tiga kewajiban seorang dosen tersebut dosen ditutut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam menulis seperti Laporan, Skripsi, Tesis, Disertasi, Buku, Artikel dan lain-lain. Namun, untuk dapat menulis dengan baik maka perlu latihan secara terus menerus serta mengetahui alat bantu untuk menulis salah satunyanya adalah alat bantu untuk kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Oleh karena itu diperlukan alat/aplikasi yang dapat membantu dosen untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Mendeley merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka namun tidak seluruh dosen dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini. Metode dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dosen lakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu ceramah  materi pelatihan/workshop tentang  dengan isi yaitu pengenalan aplikasi Mendeley dan video tentang mudahnya menggunakan applikasi ini, Praktek menggunkan aplikasi Mendeley, Memberikan kesempatan kepada para peserta untuk mengajukan pertanyaan atau diskusi mengenai materi yang disampaikan, Melakukan survei untuk mengevaluasi dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisoner Pretest & dan Posttest dengan Indikator kerberhasilan tingkat pemahaman peserta pada program ini adalah 70 %. Hasil dari kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dosen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka dan sangat positif bagi pengembangan keahlian dosen dalam membuat karya ilmiah. Kata Kunci: Kualitas dosen, Menulis, Kutipan, Daftar Pustaka

Abstract

The in online sales transactions have continued to increase due to several factors, such as the improvement of Internet quality, the growth of start-ups in Indonesia, and the COVID-19 pandemic’s effects, which have restricted customers from making purchases offline. The research aimed to identify different types of direct and indirect influences that caused customers to make purchase decisions for fashion products and determine more dominant group (women or men) on e-commerce platforms and social media. The research applied a quantitative method. The research respondents were 244 customers who bought fashion products in e-commerce and social media. The analytical tools were Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0, convergence and discrimination invalidity for the validity test, composite reliability for the reliability test, and structural model evaluation (inner model). The findings indicate that all aspects of product quality, trust, and customer loyalty have a huge impact on buying fashion products in e-commerce and social media. Moreover, in the indirect effect, product quality affects customer loyalty through trust. Similarly, product quality impacts purchase choices through customer loyalty. Trust also affects purchase choices through customer loyalty. Then, product quality affects purchase decisions through trust. Last, product quality has an impact on purchase decisions through customer loyalty and trust. Additionally, the results of PLS-MGA show that women are more dominant in buying fashion products on e-commerce and social media than men.

Abstract

The iPhone has become a globally exclusive and luxurious item, including in Indonesia, and it even serves as a high social status symbol for its owners. Almost every launch of a new series product always garners attention and sells out, despite its high price compared to competitors with slightly different specifications. The research aimed to identify the factors influencing brand love and willingness to pay among iPhone consumers in Indonesia. Consumer behavior and personality factors, such as social status, self-expression, hedonism, and perceived quality, were utilized as determinant variables of brand love and willingness to pay. A total of 654 iPhone users participated in filling out surveys on social media, in Apple stores, and through online forms via Google Forms. Smart-PLS 4.0 software was employed for statistical data analysis, utilizing Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). In the results, it is proven that the positive factors driving iPhone customers’ brand love come from perceived quality, social status, and self-expression. Meanwhile, the factors driving willingness to pay are brand love, perceived quality, social status, and self-expression. However, hedonism does not have a positive impact on brand love and willingness to pay. The research results suggest that the hedonic experience of the product may not be the main factor influencing consumers in the context of premium products such as the iPhone. The strong and luxurious branding of iPhone is the main reason for its customers. In addition, brand love is a key variable that mediates willingness to pay.
