Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan obat menggunakan metode perhitungan harga pokok perpetual FIFO (First In First Out). Tahapan yang dilalui adalah dengan melakukan analisis system berjalan, analisis kebutuhan atas informasi dan perancangan system usulan.  Studi kasus pada apotek  yang bergerak pada  penjualan obat – obatan, dengan resep dokter dan obat non – resep dokter. Banyaknya transaksi penjualan dan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia serta pentingnya informasi yang valid, cepat dan handal yang dimiliki Apotek  merupakan perhatian dalam merancang system informasi berbasis web ini.. Manajemen apotek berharap adanya sistem yang dapat memudahkan dalam mengelola persediaan obat dan pelaporan persediaan obat. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype. Analisis desain sistem dan teknik perancangan menggunakan analisis PIECES, analisis kebutuhan sistem, bagan alir dokumen, dan UML (use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram). Hasil dari proses perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan pada apotek  menggunakan metode FIFO adalah sistem dapat melakukan mengelola data obat, mengelola data supplier, mengelola data persediaan obat masuk, mengelola data persediaan keluar dan menghasilkan laporan  persediaan obat. Informasi yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan manajemen.

Abstract

The training activity on the application of Accurate Accounting Software aims to provide additional knowledge and competence in dealing with the world of work for class XII students of SMK N 1 Padang Cermin. Accurate Accounting Software is an accounting application that makes it easy for users to prepare financial reports quickly and accurately. The training method is carried out in the form of practical activities in the accounting computer laboratory of SMK N 1 Padang Cermin by solving case questions that have been prepared by the PkM team at the Indonesian Technocrat University. This training activity is carried out in three main stages: providing introductory material for Accurate Accounting Software, practical case problem solving, and discussion sessions. In the implementation of this training, the trainees were able to follow well as evidenced by the enthusiasm the trainees. Abstract

Panglong Cempaka Indah bergerak di bidang produksi pengolahan kayu dari bahan mentah menjadi bahan jadi. Panglong cempaka indah Berdiri sejak tahun 1999 yang beralamat di Jl. Urip Sumoharjo, No.179, Gunung Sulah, Bandar Lampung. Panglong cempaka indah pada saat ini hanya mengolah kayu menjadi pintu dan kusen pintu, untuk warga sekitar yang akan membangun rumah. Seiring berjalannya waktu perusahaan ini terus berkembang sehingga perusahaan ini merambah ke pengolahan kayu yang lain, seperti halnya pembuatan kusen jendela, jendela, meja, lemari, buffet dan lain-lain. Barang-barang yang di produksi awalnya hanya jika ada pesanan datang, akan tetapi karena semakin berkembang Panglong Cempaka indah mulai mensuplai ke beberapa tempat seperti pintu,jendela, meja, lemari dan kusen ke tokotoko bangunan dan furniture yang saat ini masih di ruang lingkup wilayah sekitar saja. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi yang di lakukan dengan penerapan starndart ISO/IEC 25010 dengan uji berdasarkan functionality dan usability yang di lakukan, sehingga dapat di terapkan untuk membantu penganggaran produksi furniture pada panglong cempaka indah. Kata Kunci: Sistem,Manajemen, Penganggaran, Panglong, Web.

Abstract

The activity aims to introduce marketing strategies with the concept of school promotion through workshops (basic training) to increase students' interest in being creative through directed steps with strategic marketing concepts: awareness, interest, desire and action of customers or potential customers. The training activities were attended by 126 students of SMKN 2 Kalianda through product advertisement video sessions and digital marketing strategy sessions. The product advertising video training and digital marketing strategy went well and received a good reception from SMKN 2 Kalianda as a PKM partner at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The competencies expected after the training are knowledge, skills and attitudes for the knowledge, skill and attitude product advertisement video sessions sequentially with an average value of 88%, 88% and 81% respectively. It can be stated that the competence of students is good and good enough to master video product advertisements. As for the digital marketing strategy session after the training, namely knowledge, skills and attitudes respectively, the average values are 91%, 90% and 89%, respectively. It can be stated that the competence of students is very good for mastering digital marketing strategies. If we look at the enthusiasm of the participants, we conclude that students from vocational high schools have great potential for technology-based mastery and digital marketing systems

Abstract

Dalam setiap perusahaan, Evaluasi dan pengukuran kinerja laporan keuangan sangatlah esensial sebagai landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Mengingat kompleksitas sistem keuangan dunia nyata, dibutuhkan suatu model yang dapat merepresentasikan sistem tersebut secara abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi internet didukung oleh kemajuan di bidang komputer, teknologi, dan telekomunikasi. Dengan adanya jaringan internet, para pelaku bisnis tak lagi kesusahan dalam memperoleh data apapun guna mendukung aktivitas bisnisnya. Bahkan, saat ini tersedia beragam jenis informasi yang dapat diakses, sehingga perlu dilakukan seleksi informasi agar mendapatkan data yang akurat dan sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk memberikan data terkait evaluasi laporan keuangan pada perusahaan properti dan memudahkan pengguna dalam mengetahui kesehatan keuangan perusahaan. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi kinerja keuangan telah dibuat dengan berbagai fitur, seperti profil perusahaan yang menjelaskan karakteristik perusahaan, grafik persentase yang memberikan informasi tentang perkembangan laporan keuangan, serta tingkat kesehatan laporan keuangan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan Rasio Profitabilitas yang terdiri dari analisis Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA) dan Return On  Equity (ROE), dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai database, hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Currently, the development of information technology is progressing very rapidly. It directly or indirectly affects various aspects of life, including business. Akur jaya tile is an industry engaged in clay tile located in Pandan Sari Village, Sukoharjo District, Pringsewu District, The sales process of Akur Jaya Tile in Pandan Sari village in marketing management still uses conventional methods, namely Customers must come directly to the place of the tile seller to find out the stock and price of tiles because of the lack of information obtained by the Customers often go home empty-handed because the goods are not available and have to wait a week to come back. Therefore, a web-based tile sales application is designed that aims to provide up-to-date stock and price information to customers. By using the Extreme Programming method which is divided into 4 stages, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases to store data on the system. The system was built using Sublime text and tested using Black boxes. The system that been developed produces a website-based tile sales system that can help customers target stock and item details better than before, and produce black box testing with functional testing to the system obtained a percentage of 99% and the system is feasible to use.

Abstract

E-commerce Furniture Sales Information System at Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir Bandar Lampung is a research that aims to design and implement an e-commerce-based furniture sales information system that allows Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir to expand market reach and increase efficiency in managing product sales their furniture. This research uses a software development method with stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation and testing. This information system allows customers to browse the furniture product catalogue, place orders online, and make payments via a secure e-commerce platform. Additionally, store owners can easily manage product stock, manage customer orders, and track sales in real-time. The results of this research show that the implementation of an E-commerce Based Furniture Sales Information System at Aisyah Meubel Jati Ukir Bandar Lampung provides significant benefits, such as increasing customer access and efficiency in the sales process. The tests that have been carried out for the experimental side of ISO 25010 obtained a score of 100% in the functional suitability test which went as expected. Meanwhile, usability testing in the case study achieved a score of 92% and usability for students was 92.5% based on the Strongly Agree criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to apply a manual inventory forecasting system with the moving average method in order to speed up the decision-making process and be able to minimize the error rate in calculating stock in the warehouse. The results of inventory forecasting in 2023 have an average of 192 for 116 BR animal feed items. Based on the results of calculating the average amount, a satisfaction level of 3,825 was obtained and if you follow the reference of Kaplan and Norton satisfaction level, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the level of user satisfaction with the inventory application is included in the satisfied category. So that the indications shown are positive from the PIECES model, namely users are satisfied with this inventory application.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menggagas dukungan kepada produk teaching factory melalui pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital bagi Guru Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan (PKKWU) dan Unit Produksi (UP) di SMKN 2 Kalianda. Program pelatihan berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) dan mendorong pertisipasi pengetahuan (knowledge participation) yang melibatkan guru dan pengurus. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam memahami, mengelola, dan mempromosikan Teaching Factory (Tefa).  Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui perencanaan dan persiapan (knowledge sharing) dan pelaksanaan pelatihan (knowledge participation). Empat sesi pelatihannya adalah: Pengenalan Tefa; pengembangan dan rencana strategi; implementasi dan pelaksanaan; serta evaluasi dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil angket kegiatan PKM terhadap dua puluh tiga guru PKKWU dan pengurus unit produksi menyimpulkan bahwa keterampilam dan analisis strategi pemasaran digital meningkat. Peningkatan setelah pelatihan adalah terhadap : pemahaman teaching factory meningkat 32% ; strategi pemasaran digital meningkat 31% ; keterampilan media sosial untuk bisnis meningkat 40% ; kepercayaan diri untuk kampanye pemasaran meningkat 38% ; dan penilaian tentang pentingnya pemasaran digital dalam konteks Tefa meningkat sebesar 24%

Abstract

The production department of PT Sugar Labinta requires overtime to complete its work. This overtime work process requires procedures and calculations. One of the problems that is often faced is too many employees who work overtime (overtime) and limited resources to manage and calculate overtime pay. The staff section in calculating employee overtime pay must look at the employee overtime work order (SPKL) one by one so that it takes a long time, then input the employee overtime hours, basic salary, calculate overtime hours manually, and calculate overtime pay and total wages overtime, this requires accuracy so that if an error occurs it will be detrimental to employees and the calculation of overtime pay will be recalculated. This designed information system can make it easier for companies to calculate employee overtime wages and reduce errors in calculating overtime pay and validating overtime wage data. By using the extreme programming method, it can be more effective in the process because it can produce applications with a performance efficiency level of 75% of the planned target time. The results of the employee overtime wage accounting information system make it easier for the company to make journal reports on cash disbursements for employee overtime wages at PT Sugar Labinta.
