Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, online prices, and customer reviews on purchasing decisions in e-commerce with brand image as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have made purchases on e-commerce platforms, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the role of moderating variables. The results show that social media, online prices, and customer reviews partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Social media can increase purchasing interest through interactive and informative content, online prices are a primary consideration in choosing a product, while customer reviews play a role in building consumer trust. In addition, brand image is proven to moderate the relationship between social media, online prices, and customer reviews on purchasing decisions by strengthening the influence of all three variables. The conclusion of this study is that purchasing decisions in e-commerce are influenced by a combination of digital marketing factors and brand perceptions. Therefore, business actors are advised to optimize the use of social media, set competitive prices, manage customer reviews well, and build a strong brand image to increase consumer trust and loyalty.

Abstract

This study analyzes the planning function of Delicias Central Kitchen (CK) as a prospective Independent Partner (Mitra Mandiri) in supporting the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) in Sleman Regency, Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative case study, data were collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants (operations manager, head chef, and warehouse head), direct observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal that Delicias CK applies an integrated foodservice system based on the input–process–output–feedback model (Gregoire, 2017). Inventory management adopts FIFO and FEFO principles, while production follows a two-shift schedule with a one-way workflow, producing up to 3,500 portions per day. Although the standard operating procedures (SOPs) remain under finalization, quality assurance practices align with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). A SWOT analysis highlights strengths in infrastructure and community collaboration, weaknesses in digital reporting and menu rotation, opportunities for partnership with local SMEs, and threats related to supply fluctuations. Stakeholder mapping confirms active coordination among the kitchen, foundation, National Nutrition Agency, and beneficiary schools. In conclusion, Delicias CK demonstrates strong operational readiness as a public nutrition service partner, with recommendations to finalize SOPs, strengthen digital monitoring, and expand collaborative networks.

Abstract

Tourism villages have increasingly become a strategic approach to promoting inclusive economic growth, cultural preservation, and sustainable development, with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) serving as key actors in strengthening local economies. However, studies examining MSMEs in tourism villages within the context of sustainable tourism and community empowerment remain fragmented, and a comprehensive bibliometric mapping of this field is still lacking. This study aims to map and analyze publication trends, thematic structures, and emerging research themes on MSMEs in tourism villages within the context of sustainable tourism and community empowerment using a bibliometric approach. Employing a descriptive quantitative design with a bibliometric approach, this study analyzed 233 journal articles published between 2013 and 2023, retrieved from the Dimensions database and selected SINTA-accredited journals. Data were examined using VOSviewer through co-occurrence, overlay, and density visualizations to identify research trends and thematic evolution. The findings reveal increasing scholarly attention to the topic, particularly in the post-pandemic period, with dominant themes encompassing community empowerment, business model innovation, digital transformation, and capacity building. The study concludes that the literature has increasingly shifted toward themes of community empowerment, digital transformation, business model innovation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, indicating the growing importance of sustainability-oriented approaches in MSME development within tourism villages.
