Abstract

This development research aims to produce such a product in the form of learning tools with the 5E learning cycle model to improve students' mastery of physics concepts. This type of research is included in Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model consisting of Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The learning device products developed are syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan, Student Worksheets, and Concept Mastery Test Instruments. Data collection techniques used validation sheets. The data on the validity of the learning device was obtained from filling out the validation sheet by the validators and has been analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the study based on the assessment of the validators showed that the average value of the validity of all learning tools developed was 88.54% and 92.62% with very valid and reliable criteria. The variables tested were mastery of physics concepts through limited trial activities by providing test instruments for mastery of physics concepts in the form of pretest and posttest which were then analyzed using the N-gain test. Then the average result of the N-gain test for mastery of physics concepts on static fluid material is 0.55 with a moderate improvement category. So it can be concluded that the learning device of the 5E learning cycle model is valid and effective to improve the mastery of physics concepts for the students of SMAN 1 Gunungsari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is determine the effect of multi representation learning approaches to physics learning, the effect of students learning motivation on physics learning, and the interaction between the multi representational learning approach and the students learning motivation toward the learning outcomes of physics. This type of research is quasi experiment with non-equivalent group design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained class XI MIA 1 as experiment class and class XI MIA 2 as control class. The research instrument is a multiple choice test for physics learning result of 25 questions that have been tested for validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and different power of problems. The learning data of the two classes is normally distributed. Based on the homogeneity data obtained both homogeneous. Instrument to measure motivation to learn in the form of motivation questionnaire that has been tested by the expert team of validity. Data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA test. Result of data analysis show Ftable at 5% significance level equal to 3,97. Test the effect of multi representation learning approaches to physics learning equal to Fcount (8,857) > Ftable (3,97). Test the effect of students learning motivation on physics learning equal to Fcount (9.00) > Ftable (3,97). Test  the interaction between the multi representational learning approach and the students learning motivation toward the learning outcomes of physics equal to Fcount (2.00) < Ftable (3,97). Based on these facts it can be concluded that there is influence of multi representation learning approach to physics learning result, there is influence of learning motivation learners to physics learning result, and there is no interaction between multi-representation learning approach with learning motivation of learners toward physics learning result.Keywords: multi representation learning approach, physics learning result, learning motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the development of inquiry model learning devices guided by palm fiber composite media in sound wave material. The research method used is the research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D model consisting of definition, design, development, and dissemination stage.  Learning tools developed in the form of syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Learner Worksheet (LKPD), test instruments, palm fiber composite media, and learning video. Validation results show the learning device components in the category are so valid that they are feasible for use in learning.  Reliability of syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Learner Worksheet (LKPD), test instruments, palm fiber composite media, and learning video above 75% show all components assessed to be in the reliable category. The results of teacher response, student response, and learning implementation are in the very practical category. Learners' learning outcomes increased with a gain of 0.63 in the medium category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning device of the guided inquiry model assisted by palm fiber composite media in sound wave material is feasible, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a learning device with a model discovery learning on momentum and impulse material. This type of research used in this study is a research and development with a research model that was developed is the model 4D comprising the steps of define, the design, development, and Disseminate. Development is carried out until the limited trial stage by conducting validation trials up to the development stage and no distribution is carried out. The tools developed were syllabus, lesson plan, student worksheet, and test instruments on momentum and impulse materials. The results of the research are based on the data obtained and the results of the data analysis show that the results of the development of learning tools have a fairly valid value, this indicates that the physics learning tools using model’s discovery learning on momentum and impulse materials are feasible to used.

Abstract

Abstract: Kelerengan kasih lepas sangat tergantung pada koefisien gesek statis antar partikel hasil lepas dan gaya normal yang bekerja pada bidang gelincir antar pasir lepas tersebut. Getaran gempa dapat menurunkan besarnya gaya normal akibat turunnya percepatan sebagai akibat adanya akselerasi dari suatu getaran. Perubahan kelerengan berbanding lurus dengan amplitudo getaran gempa dan juga berbanding lurus dengan frekuensi getaran gempa. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian teoritis yang mencoba menghubungkan antara stabilitas kelerengan pasir lepas akibat adanya perubahan akselerasi sebagai akibat dari getaran gempa bumi.

Abstract

Tensimeter adalah instrumen fisika yang digunakan untuk mengukur tekanan darah. Tekanan darah terukur adalah tekanan relatif antara tekanan didalam pembuluh darah dibandingkan dengan tekanan udara luar atau atmosfer. Pengukuran tekanan darah menggunakan tensimeter digital jauh lebih tepat dibandingkan dengan pengukuran menggunakan tensimeter spring maupun tensimeter raksa. Pengukuran dengan tensimeter spring di salah satu klinik di kota mataram menunjukkan kesalahan pengukuran hingga 34% dibandingkan dengan tensimeter digital, sementara dengan menggunakan tensimeter raksa menunjukkan perbedaan sebesar 26%. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pengukuran menggunakan tensimeter digital lebih akurat, sehingga penggunaan tensimeter jenis ini sangat direkomendasikan untuk pengukuran klinis di rumah sakit dan klinik Kesehatan.Keywords: pengukuran tekanan darah, tensimeter digital, tensimeter spring, tensimeter raksa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the validity of developing powtoon media based on problem based learning model to increase understanding of student physics concept. The research design used research and development (R&D) by Thiagarajan with 4d model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). This study is limited only to validity tests by taking the result of expertand practitioner validators and the results of questionnaire responses from students are not conducted limited trials. Limited trials are not conducted due to limitations of time and civility. The validity of powtoon media based on problem based learning model is analyzed using SBi (Ideal Standard Deviation).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of X grade students of SMAN 1 Sanggar. The type of research used is quasi-experimental, with a research design that is pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Sanggar from January 2022 to March 2022. The population in this study were all students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sanggar, Bima Regency, in the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The samples in this study were students of class X MIA 4 as an experimental class with a Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model and students of class X MIA 3 as a control class with a conventional learning model. The learning outcomes test instrument used was in the form of multiple choices questions as many as 30 questions covering the cognitive domain from C1 to C6. The learning outcomes test instrument before being used in research must also meet the requirements, namely validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and distinguishing power. In this study, two samples of class groups were used so that the homogeneity of variance was tested, normality was tested, and the last was the hypothesis test, namely the t-test. The results showed that there were 20 test instrument questions that met the requirements. The average value in the experimental class is 79.00, while in the control class is 69.35. From the data analysis based on the F test, the research data was homogeneous, and based on the x2 test, it was found that the data were normally distributed. Based on the t-test, it was found that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The conclusion is that there is an effect of the Numbered Heads Together type of cooperative learning model on the improvement of physics learning outcomes for class X SMA Negeri 1 Sanggar in the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

Rendahnya penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik mengakibatkan pembelajaran fisika menjadi terkesan sulit dan banyak rumus, selain itu proses pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada pendidik menyebabkan peserta didik kurang aktif dalam melakukan proses belajar, sedangkan dalam kurikulum 2013, peserta didik di tuntut aktif dalam memperoleh sendiri pengetahuannya. Oleh karenanya, dibutuhkan suatu perubahan agar keaktifan peserta didik semakin meningkat, sehingga penguasaan konsep fisika dapat tercapai. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran model discovery learning yang layak untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep peserta didik pada materi getaran harmonis. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD), dan instrument penilaian. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desain penelitian dengan model 4D yaitu tahap define,  tahap design, tahap develop dan tahap dissiminate, tetapi dalam penelitian ini hanya lakukan sampai dengan tahap develop.  Validasi perangkat pembelajaran dinilai oleh 3 validator ahli dan 2 validator praktisi. Hasil validitas perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan skala Likert 1 sampai 4 menunjukkan rata-rata 89,39% sampai dengan 97,73% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil perhitungan reliabilitas menggunakan persamaan Percentage of Agreement (PA) menunjukkan rata-rata 93,65% sampai dengan 97,80% dengan kategori reliabel. Berdasarkan analisis hasil uji coba terbatas instrument penilaian penguasaan konsep menggunakan SPSS seri-26 diperoleh 10 soal valid dan 5 soal tidak valid dengan rtabel sebesar 0,468, serta 11 soal reliabel dan 4 soal tidak reliabel dengan Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,632. Berdasarkan analisis respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD dan instrument penilaian penguasaan konsep menunjukan rata-rata sebesar 81,21% dan 77,99% dengan kategori sangat positif dan positif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik pada materi getaran harmonis dalam proses pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Guru dalam pembelajaran fisika memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan sumber belajar berupa bahan ajar yang dapat membantu proses belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh produk berupa bahan ajar kontekstual berbasis hands on activity yang layak, praktis, serta efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik. Desain penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar adalah model 4D yang terdiri dari Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate. Produk bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dilakukan uji kelayakan, uji kepraktisan dan uji efektivitas. Intrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data diperoleh melalui lembar validasi ahli, angket respon peserta didik, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan alat evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelayakan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil penilaian validator ahli diperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase 88,24% dengan kriteria sangat valid serta nilai reliabilitas yang dianalisis menggunakan metode percentage of agreement memiliki perolehan nilai rata-rata persentase 94,73% dengan kategori reliabel. Hasil uji kepraktisan bahan ajar  berdasarkan nilai respon peserta didik pada saat menggunakan bahan ajar memiliki  nilai rata-rata sebesar 91,42% dengan kriteria baik dan hasil analisis observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran memiliki rata-rata nilai 3,5 dengan kriteria baik. Hasil uji keefektifan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bahan ajar berdasar nilai pretest dan posttest pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik  memperolehan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,30 dengan kriteria sedang. Hasil keseluruhan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar kontekstual berbasis hands on activity yang dikembangkan layak, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika  peserta didik.
