Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan etnomatematika di Jambi Kota Seberang. Penelitian ini menggunakan etnografi dan hasil observasi sebagai sumber data. Masyarakat menggunakan konsep matematika yang lebih detail pada bangunan Gentala Arasy. Bangunan ini merepresentasikan berbagai macam bentuk geometri. Bagian bawah berbentuk balok, bagian tengah berbentuk prisma segi delapan, bagian atas berbentuk silinder dan puncaknya berbentuk separuh elipsoida. Gentala Arasy dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi untuk sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah. Kata Kunci: Etnomatematika, Budaya Masyarakat Jambi Kota Seberang ABSTRACT This study aims to explore ethnomathematics in Jambi Kota Seberang. This study used ethnograph and observation result as data resource. Jambinese built Gentala Arasy which represent various geometry objects. The bottom part is a cuboid, the middle part is an octagonal prism, the upper part is a cylinder, and the highest part is a semi ellipsoide. It is recommended to use Gentala Arasy as reference to learn mathematics. Keywords: Ethnomathematics, Jambi Kota Seberang culture.

Abstract

This research was motivated by a problem, namely low student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the unsatisfactory learning outcomes of class VIII students at MTs Nurul Falah Ciater, South Tangerang, Banten. Based on this problem, the teacher will apply the Think-Pair-Share Type Cooperative learning model. With this research, researchers hope to improve student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to determine and improve the learning outcomes of History of Islamic Culture for class VIII students at MTs Nurul Falah Ciater, South Tangerang, Banten using the Think-Pair-Share Type Cooperative Learning Model. The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. The research instruments used tests, observation sheets and documents. Data was obtained from research subjects, namely 28 Class VIII students at MTs Nurul Falah Ciater, South Tangerang, Banten. The results of this research show that there has been an increase in pre-cycle and cycle 1. The learning outcomes achieved by students in cycle 1 achieved good grades. 79%/22 students have reached and passed the KKTP score of 75. This percentage has exceeded the target of 75% of students who have completed learning and are able to demonstrate about Shalahudin Al Ayyubi Al Adil and Al Kamil. It can be concluded that using the Think-Pair-Share Type Cooperative Learning Model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students at MTs Nurul Falah Ciater, South Tangerang, Banten in the subject of History of Islamic Culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets, on the Stock Price of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk for the period 2014-2022 partially and simultaneously. The research method and type of data used are descriptive quantitative and secondary data, while the sample in this study is financial statements in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss and share price of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk for the 2014-2022 period. The data analysis methods used are classical assumption tests and linear regression. Furthermore, hypothesis testing uses the t-test, F-test and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study show that the Price Earning Ratio (PER) partially has no effect on the share price of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk for the 2014-2022 period, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially affects the share price of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk for the 2014-2022 period, and the Return On Assets (ROA) variable partially has no effect on the share price of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk for the 2014-2022 period. Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA), simultaneously affect the share price of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk for the 2014-2022 period. The value of the Coefficient of Determination shows that the Stock Price is explained by 72.9% by the Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA) while the remaining 27.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Direct Instruction merupakan sebuah strategi pengajaran dimana trainer mempresentasikan pengetahuan atau keterampilan baru yang kemudian dapat diikuti oleh para partisipan melalui 5 fase yaitu 1) menjelaskan tujuan training dan mendirikan set dalam pelaksanaan training; 2) mendemonstrasikan pengetahuan atau keterampilan mengenai merancang kurikulum merdeka; 3) menyediakan praktik yang terbimbing kepada partisipan guru MI; 4) memeriksa pemahaman partisipan guru MI dan memberikan umpan balik; 5) menyediakan praktik yang dapat diperluas pada keberlanjutan situasi nyata. Semangat kemendikbud agar para guru mampu merancang modul ajar merdeka belajar, hingga mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Para guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Umdatur Rasikhien belum mengetahui merancang dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Maka dari itu, diperlukan bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) merancang dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Umdatur Rasikhien. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan merancang dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka kepada para guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Umdatur Rasikhien. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah para guru mendapatkan informasi, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan dalam merancang kurikulum merdeka untuk diimplementasikan di satuan pendidikannya. Tindak lanjut dari PKM ini adalah kami memberikan akun belajar.id kepada wakil kepala madrasah untuk menindaklanjuti mempelajari kurikulum merdeka secara detil dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the errors made and to describe the causes of errors in students with field-dependent and field-independent cognitive styles in solving social arithmetic problems based on Newman's error analysis method. The subjects of this study were 3 subjects taken from class VII SMP Negeri 4 Kuala Tungkal, where 1 student had a field-independent cognitive style and 2 students had a field-dependent cognitive style. The instruments in this study were GEFT test question sheets, social arithmetic question sheets, and interview guidelines. The results of the study showed that there were errors made by subjects with field-independent cognitive style based on Newman's error analysis. Transformation error, where the subject does not write the approach model or mathematical arithmetic operation model on the given task sheet. Process skill errors and conclusions writing errors. The 2 subjects with field-dependent cognitive style also met several indicators of Newman's error in solving social arithmetic problems. Misunderstood the problem, transformation error, skill error and conclusion writing error. The causes of errors made by subjects with field-independent and field-dependent cognitive styles are almost the same, namely being less thorough, not knowing the steps used to solve problems, rushing in solving problems, and students' habits in solving story problems, for example students not writing conclusions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan LKPD Matematika ke dalam game untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi peserta didik dalam belajar matematika pada materi aritmatika social. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan Analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi (ADDIE). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berupa Game pada materi Aritmatika Sosial untuk SMP kelas VII. 1). hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata 4,3 termasuk kriteria Sangat Baik, dengan persentase sebesar 86 % dengan kriteria Sangat Valid, 2). hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh rata-rata 4 termasuk kriteria Baik, dengan persentase sebesar 80% dengan kriteria Valid, 3). hasil validasi ahli desain diperoleh rata-rata 4,37 termasuk kriteria Sangat Baik dengan persentase 87,5% dengan kriteria Sangat Valid, 4). Respon peserta didik pada uji coba perorangan diperoleh rata-rata 4,39 termasuk kriteria Sangat Baik dengan persentase 87,87% dengan kriteria Sangat Praktis, 5). Respon peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh rata-rata 4,54 termasuk kriteria Sangat Baik dengan persentase 90,89% dengan kriteria Sangat Praktis, 6). Respon peserta didik pada uji coba lapangan diperoleh ratarata 4,34 termasuk kriteria Sangat Baik dengan persentase 86,9% dengan kriteria Sangat Praktis. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dari penilaian ahli (materi, media, desain) dan data repon peserta didik yang diperoleh dari uji coba produk, maka disimpulkan pengembangan LKPD menggunakan software construct 2 yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis.

Abstract

Kurangnya alat bantu ajar bagi pendidik untuk mengajar peserta didik agar dapat memahami konsep pada materi ajar menjadi latar belakang masalah, karena itu, dibutuhkan adanya pengembangan LKPD matematika berbasis PBL merupakan saran untuk membantu dan mempermudah pendidik dalam menyampaikan konsep dari materi yang ingin disampaikan. Dengan jenis penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dari model pengembangan ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan pengembangan, subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 untuk uji lapangan dan kelas XI MIPA 3 untuk uji perorangan dan uji kelompok kecil. Dimana instrument penelitian pada pengembangan ini berupa lembar penilaian LKPD untuk para ahli guna memperoleh data kevalidan LKPD, dan lembar respon peserta didik pada uji coba produk untuk memperoleh data kepratisan LKPD. Hasil penelitian LKPD matematika berbasis PBL ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 96,36%, 2) hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 83,64%, 3) hasil validasi ahli desain sebesar 90%, 4) respon peserta didik pada uji coba perorangan sebesar 77,34%, 5)respon peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 93,09%, dan 6) respon peserta didik pada uji coba lapangan sebesar 92,18%. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah diperoleh dari penilaian LKPD oleh para ahli (materi, media, desain) dan data respon peserta didik yang diperoleh dari uji coba produk, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI tataboga di SMK Negeri 4 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif ex – postfacto, variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional dan hasil belajar adalah variabel terikat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistika inferensial dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI tataboga di SMK N 4 Kota Jambi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis uji regresi yang membuktikan bahwa persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 42,869 + 0,492X, dari uji signifikan nilai sebesar 0,0 dimana nilai signifikan < 0,05 ( 0,0 < 0,05 ), maka H0 ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the recruitment, training and development carried out by Mr. Blutz Tanjungpinang in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews and observation. Data analysis is done through data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The research results show that the training and development program carried out by Mr. Blitz Tanjungpinang in improving the quality of its human resources is through workshops, seminars on creative, innovative, and fun learning methods, holding independent training by inviting resource persons who are experts in the field, and programmed supervision carried out by managers for employees regarding the achievement of company goals.

Abstract

Promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all was part of the Sustainable Development Goal 4 program. However, transitioning from student to alumni was not always easy. To align students' academic activities with the academic vision of the study program, targeted digital outreach was conducted using videos sent through dominant social media platforms, to improve students' understanding of the program's academic vision. A total of 75 and 46 students participated in the social media survey and understanding test, respectively. The effectiveness of the socialization was evaluated based on student engagement, analysing video performance through social media analytics and measuring improvements in understanding. Results showed a surge in views at specific durations, with students re-watching the video links sent via WhatsApp or Instagram. Additionally, there was a significant improvement in students' understanding of the academic vision, categorized as moderate. Thus, targeted digital outreach-based socialization effectively enhanced students' understanding, though content presentation needed optimization. A collaborative approach was also necessary for broader video distribution.
