Abstract

The community service activity entitled Improving the management system and data analysis of the Balikpapan kwarcap scout movement is intended to perfect and develop a data analysis system using SPSS and carry out detailed data collection by involving all Kwarcap administrators in the Balikpapan area to standardize the reporting of alert level scout data, fundraisers. , enforcer and guard. The objectives to be achieved from this activity are 1. Knowing the distribution of scout members in Balikpapan 2. Knowing how many scout members are at each level of alert, raiser, enforcer and guard. 3. Facilitate the realization of each activity required.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of members of the East Kalimantan Police's drug investigation directorate, both directly and indirectly. This type of research is quantitative. The software used in this research is Smart PLS. The subjects in this study were members of the East Kalimantan Police's drug investigation directorate, totaling 46 respondents. Resultsl Research shows that leadership influences job satisfaction. Work discipline affects job satisfaction. Leadership affects performance. Work discipline affects performance. Job satisfaction affects performance. Leadership influences performance through job satisfaction. Work discipline affects performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The efforts of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in Balikpapan to find out employee job satisfaction in order to support the achievement of the vision and mission of (BKPSDM) in Balikpapan. Job satisfaction in this study, seen from the influence of work stress, motivation and work environment. Respondents in this study were 44 employees of BKPSDM, using quantitative research methods. Data collection was done by means of a questionnaire, then the results of the questionnaire were carried out by instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis techniques and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variable of work stress had a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while the variables of motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Staffing and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) in Balikpapan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Restu Ibu Balikpapan Hospital. The population in this study was 352 employees of Restu Ibu Balikpapan Hospital. By using a purposive sampling technique, the sample used was 98 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS to manage data. The results of this research indicate that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at Restu Ibu Balikpapan Hospital. The Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of Restu Ibu Balikpapan Hospital Employees. The motivation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at Restu Ibu Balikpapan Hospital

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Patra Badak Arun Solutions Balikpapan. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires targeting 52 PT employees. Patra Badak Arun Solutions Balikpapan. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach and uses purposive sampling. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) via the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. Research findings reveal that motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. On the other hand, compensation and work discipline variables do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
