Abstract

Management Tools training for ZISWAF Management is used to assist performance, especially for ZISWAF Institution practitioners, namely amil and nadzir in managing their activities. This program focuses more on improving the skills of amil and nadzir in managing ZISWAF by using management tools tailored to the needs of the institution. Community Based Research is a PKM method by dividing training stages; Facilitation, communicating with adult learning, communicating with various experiences (experiential learning) and developing educational programs (educational program development). This training was effective as an effort to increase the capacity of Amil and Nadzir, seen from the conditions before and after the training practice which showed a quite significant percentage increase, namely seen from the indicators of implementing the training program from non-existent to existing, module socialization (50%), training (60%), awareness as well as community response (30%.). These results show that this activity has met the specified specifications (quality), within the specified cost (C), time (T) limits, and resource utilization can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The implication is that ZISWAF institutions need to be synergistic and sustainable.

Abstract

The gade clean and gold program applies the triple bottom line principle by prioritizing balance and harmony in the economic, environmental, and social aspects, namely “separating waste and saving gold”. Through the gade clean and gold program, PT. Pegadaian seeks to carry out sustainable community development activities to reduce poverty and social injustice, improve environmental conditions, and assist the government in waste management. The gade clean and gold corporate social responsibility (CSR) program seek to build public awareness to save the environment from pollution, especially waste, and the global save the earth program. The purpose of this study is to describe how CSR as a social program can increase the financial inclusion of gold savings and realize a sustainable green economy. This study uses the paradigm used is constructivism and a mixed-method approach. The results of this study indicate that gade clean and gold can realize a sustainable green economy. On the pillar of commitment to the environment, this activity has helped reduce visible environmental problems, namely the waste problem. The social pillar shows that this program can mobilize the community to increase their social capacity. On the economic pillar, this program can increase financial inclusion, especially in gold savings-investment products.

Abstract

Advancements in science and technology have reshaped societal perspectives, leading to significant social changes, including expanded career opportunities for women. As wives and mothers increasingly enter the workforce, their dual roles influence family resilience. This study examines the role of career women in supporting family resilience in Tulung District, Klaten Regency. Using a field research approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Milles Huberman interactive analysis method. Findings reveal that women in Tulung District engage in diverse professions while balancing responsibilities in both domestic and public spheres. Their ability to maintain family resilience depends on effective communication and decision-making with their spouses. The study highlights that career women contribute to family resilience across multiple dimensions, including physical, economic, psychological, and socio-cultural aspects. The division of responsibilities between husband and wife reflects mutual cooperation, guided by principles such as mītsāqan ghalīẓan, zawāj, mu’āsharah bil ma’rūf, mushāwarah, and tarāḍin min humaā. These principles align with the fulfillment of the eight core family functions, reinforcing family stability and well-being.

Abstract

Penggunaan minyak goreng secara berulang di rumah tangga dan usaha kuliner menghasilkan limbah berupa minyak jelantah yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan jika dibuang sembarangan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dilakukan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada warga mengenai pemanfaatan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk lilin kreatif yang bernilai guna dan estetis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga secara bijak serta mendorong praktik ekonomi sirkular berbasis lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan lingkungan, demonstrasi pembuatan lilin, dan pendampingan kewirausahaan sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah minyak jelantah, serta munculnya minat untuk mengembangkan produk lilin sebagai peluang usaha rumahan. Transformasi minyak jelantah menjadi lilin kreatif terbukti menjadi inovasi sederhana namun berdampak dalam membangun kesadaran ekologi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The low level of students' numeracy literacy and the limited variety of media in mathematics learning are the background for this research. The purpose of this research is to describe the development process and determine the level of feasibility and practicality of the developed media. The main focus is to develop e-comic learning media that facilitates the understanding of the concept of congruence while supporting numeracy literacy skills through an ethnomathematics approach. The research procedure applies the Research and Development development method with a 4D model limited to the Define, Design, and Development stages. This media development was carried out by identifying congruent shapes in the shadow puppet characters Wijanarka, Werkudara, Baladewa, and Semar, then arranged using the Canva application in flipbook format. The validation results showed a feasibility level of 88.93% from material experts and 90% from media experts, both of which are included in the "Very Feasible" category. A limited trial of 10 students resulted in a practicality percentage of 90.6% with the "Very Practical" criteria. This e-comic media based on shadow puppet ethnomathematics is declared very suitable and practical to be used as an innovative learning media to facilitate contextual understanding of concepts and support students' numeracy literacy skills through the preservation of local culture. ABSTRAK Rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa serta keterbatasan variasi media dalam pembelajaran matematika melatarbelakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan serta kepraktisan media yang dikembangkan. Fokus utamanya yaitu mengembangkan media pembelajaran e-comic yang memudahkan pemahaman konsep kekongruenan sekaligus menunjang kemampuan literasi numerasi melalui pendekatan etnomatematika. Prosedur penelitian menerapkan metode pengembangan Research and Development dengan model 4D yang dibatasi pada tahap Define, Design, dan Development. Pengembangan media ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi bangun-bangun kongruen pada tokoh wayang kulit Wijanarka, Werkudara, Baladewa, dan Semar, kemudian disusun menggunakan aplikasi Canva dalam format flipbook. Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 88,93% dari ahli materi dan 90% dari ahli media, yang mana keduanya masuk dalam kategori "Sangat Layak". Uji coba terbatas kepada 10 siswa menghasilkan persentase kepraktisan sebesar 90,6% dengan kriteria "Sangat Praktis". Media e-comic berbasis etnomatematika wayang kulit ini dinyatakan sangat layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep secara kontekstual dan menunjang kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa melalui pelestarian budaya lokal.
