Abstract

In attracting consumers, business owners try their best to provide everything they can to meet customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is a very important factor to ensure the survival of a company. The goal of a company is to create and retain consumers. In order for a company to develop and get satisfaction from consumers, a company must be able to provide more value to the quality provided to consumers. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction with loyalty as moderation. The current analysis uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is consumers or customers who have shopped. Samples were taken from this population, and the sample selection for this study was determined by random sampling, resulting in a sample of 150 respondents. The results of this research have found that product quality and service quality influence customer satisfaction. Loyalty as a moderating variable is able to moderate the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Post-COVID-19 pandemic, digitalization has become one of the key strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs, including Toko Valenta, a fashion business located in the Tanah Abang District. This research aims to analyze Toko Valenta's digital marketing optimization strategy through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia) to improve its business performance. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, combining interviews, direct observation, and SWOT analysis. The research findings indicate that adopting digital marketing has the potential to increase brand visibility, market reach, and operational efficiency. However, Toko Valenta faces challenges such as the suboptimal utilization of digital media and intense competition in the fashion industry. Strategies focused on digital innovation, product quality improvement, and more personal interaction with customers are proposed to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability

Abstract

Abstrak. Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong perubahan perilaku konsumen ke platform digital, menjadi tantangan dan peluang bagi UMKM seperti Tahu Haji Ateng di Jatinangor. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kinerja usaha melalui digitalisasi pemasaran dan penguatan manajemen dengan memanfaatkan Grab Food/Grab Merchant. Analisis SWOT dan TOWS Matrix digunakan untuk merancang strategi seperti promosi diskon, diversifikasi produk, menu bundling, dan penguatan branding melalui deskripsi produk yang menarik. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Grab Merchant berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan memperluas pasar. Pelatihan manajemen juga mendukung efisiensi operasional, memungkinkan integrasi strategi digital marketing dengan operasional harian. Dengan langkah ini, Tahu Haji Ateng mampu menghadapi persaingan lokal dan tantangan bahan baku impor. Untuk keberlanjutan, disarankan memaksimalkan platform digital, diversifikasi produk, dan memperkuat branding melalui media sosial. Strategi ini diharapkan menjaga daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha di era digital. Kata Kunci: Platform Digital, Pelaku Usaha, Usaha Tahu

Abstract

The illegal importation of second-hand clothing has become an ongoing issue in Indonesia, despite the government having enacted stringent regulations to address it. This study aims to analyze the impact of the ban on second-hand clothing imports on traders at the Cimol Gedebage Market in Bandung and to identify mitigation strategies that could assist traders in adapting to the new policies. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collection through interviews and direct observation at the market. The findings indicate that most traders do not fully understand the rationale behind the ban, and this policy has led to a significant decline in their income. Root Cause Analysis and the TOWS Matrix reveal that traders can capitalize on available opportunities, such as e-commerce platforms and sustainable fashion trends, to transition their businesses into more legal and sustainable ventures. This study recommends several business strategies, including the establishment of local thrift shops and a consignment system, to assist traders in overcoming the challenges they face

Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi desa melalui produk kreatif berbasis limbah merupakan solusi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital produk lilin aromaterapi yang terbuat dari minyak jelantah di Desa Sukalaksana, Kecamatan Samarang, Kabupaten Garut. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sekitar 30 peserta, warga Desa Sukalaksana, dengan durasi pelatihan selama 1 hari dan observasi sebelumnya selama kurang lebih 1 minggu. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan pembuatan konten digital, manajemen toko online di platform e-commerce, dan strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam pemasaran produk digital, yang tercermin dari kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola akun toko online, membuat konten yang menarik, dan memahami strategi promosi dasar. Kegiatan ini mendorong munculnya inisiatif bisnis baru dan potensi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Rekomendasi selanjutnya termasuk pendampingan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga lokal untuk memperkuat keberlanjutan bisnis.

Abstract

This study is part of a Community Service Program (PKM) aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of household waste composting into liquid organic fertilizer as a sustainable solution for waste management. Conducted in Sukalaksana Village, the program involved the community through education, training, and mentoring to enhance awareness and skills in managing organic waste. Data were collected through interviews and focused group discussions, as well as measurements of the volume of processed waste and the resulting liquid fertilizer. The findings indicate that composting significantly reduces waste volume and produces high-quality liquid organic fertilizer, although the program's success depends on community awareness and the availability of adequate infrastructure. The program concludes that household waste composting is an effective approach to supporting sustainable agriculture and environmental preservation, with recommendations to enhance community education and develop infrastructure to enable broader adoption of this practice.
