Abstract

Optimal quality of life for people with hypertension is very important so as not to reduce patient productivity. Adherence drug use is one of the factors thought to be associated with blood pressure and quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between adherence to medication use on blood pressure and quality of life of patients with hypertension in Prolanis . participants at the First Level Health Facility of the Klinik Pratama. This study used a cross sectional design involving hypertensive patients participating in Prolanis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria at seven Primary Clinics in Demak Regency. Data on medication adherence were obtained using the MARS-5 questionnaire, quality of life data using the EQ-5D-5L questionnaire, and blood pressure data using a digital sphygmomanometer. The relationship between the level of compliance with blood pressure and the relationship between the level of compliance with quality of life was tested using Spearman rho analysis. The results of the study with a total of 87 respondents showed that most of them had moderate levels of adherence (52%), systolic blood pressure (64%) and diastolic blood pressure (57%) were not controlled and the average utility score was 0.845. There is a relationship between drug use adherence to systolic and diastolic blood pressure (P = 0.009), (P = 0.032) with a weak correlation level (r = 0.27), (r = 0.23) and there is a relationship between drug use adherence on quality of life (P = 0.000) with a moderate level of correlation (r = 0.42).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kesalahan-kesalahan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal tes diagnostik materi bangun ruang sisi datar, baik kesalahan fakta, kesalahan keterampilan, kesalahan konsep, serta kesalahan prinsip pada pembelajaran Inkuiri pendekatan konstruktivisme. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Dawe Tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional stratified random sampling. Dimana ditentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMPN 1 Dawe Kudus dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Sebanyak 32 siswa kelas VIIIA ditentukan klasifikasi kecerdasan logis-matematis nya berdasarkan hasil angket kecerdasan logis-matematis siswa. Setiap kelompok kecerdasan matematis siswa diambil 2 siswa yang dijadikan subjek penelitian. Siswa kelas VIII A diberikan pembelajaran Inkuiri pendekatan konstruktivis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakelompok kecerdasan logis-matematis rendahmerupakan kelompok siswa yang paling membutuhkan bantuan dan arahan oleh guru, karena keempat jenis kesalahan terjadi pada kelompok ini. Untuk kelompok kecerdasan logis-matematis sedang paling dominan hanya terjadi pada kesalahan fakta dan prinsip. Sehingg pada kelompok ini hanya butuh sedikit bimbingan dan arahan agar kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi dapat diminimalisir. Sementara untuk kelompok kecerdasan logis-matematis tinggi, pada dasarnya sangat jarang dijumpai kesalahan, baik kesalahan fakta, kesalahan keterampilan, kesalahan konsep, maupun kesalahan prinsip, sehingga kelompok ini merupakan kelompok yang paling aman tanpa butuh perhatian khusus. Sehingga perlu diberikan suatu pengayaan materi sehingga siswa pada kelompok ini dapat lebih meningkatkan pengetahuannya

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services play an important role in the healthcare system, not only in drug dispensing but also in providing information and education. Suboptimal pharmacy service quality may affect customer satisfaction. This study aimed to determine the relationship between pharmacy service quality and customer satisfaction at Blunyah Farma Pharmacy Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A total of 300 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires consisting of 20 items for each variable: service quality and customer satisfaction. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with the Pearson correlation test. The quality of pharmacy services was in the good to very good category, with the highest score in the prescription review aspect 90.84% and the lowest in drug information service/PIO 60.04%. Customer satisfaction was in the very satisfied category, with the highest score in the empathy dimension (91.97%) and the lowest in the responsiveness dimension 81.73%. The Pearson test results indicated a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction r = 0.342; p = 0.000 with a moderate correlation strength. There is a positive and significant relationship between pharmacy service quality and customer satisfaction at Blunyah Farma Pharmacy Yogyakarta. The better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction tends to be.

Abstract

Pneumonia is a lower respiratory tract infection that remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. The success of pneumonia therapy depends heavily on patient compliance in using antibiotics appropriately. However, patient compliance with antibiotic treatment remains low, which risks relapse and antibiotic resistance. One important factor that can improve understanding is presenting drug information accurately and clearly. This study aims to determine the effect of providing drug information on the level of antibiotic compliance in pneumonia patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug Hospital. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design, involving two groups of pneumonia patients: those before and after receiving drug information intervention using leaflets. Compliance levels were measured using the MARS (Medication Adherence Rating Scale) questionnaire before and after the intervention. The results of the study will compare the significance of antibiotic compliance levels in the pre- and post-intervention groups (p < 0.05) using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Patients who were provided with information showed a better understanding of the importance of completing antibiotic therapy as recommended. In conclusion, providing effective drug information can improve patient adherence to antibiotic use, contributing to successful therapy and preventing resistance. These results can serve as a basis for developing drug information intervention programs in hospitals
