Abstract

Peran Empowering Leadership Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Karyawan Selama Work From Home. Kebijakan Work Fom Home (WFH) di masa pandemi belakangan ini menimbulkan banyak dilema bagi organisasi terkait keberhasilan kinerjanya atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Work from home (WFH) dan Computer-mediated communication (CMC) dengan produktivitas yang didukung dengan pemberdayaan kepemimpinan sebagai mediasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 89 responden yang termasuk dalam kelompok pekerja milenial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan mampu memediasi hubungan antara WFH dan CMC dengan meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja milenial. Fleksibilitas yang ditawarkan oleh WFH dan kenyamanan CMC serta dukungan intens dari para pemimpin dapat meningkatkan produktivitas.

Abstract

This study discusses a new concept of "gamified training" through creative-oriented leadership. This concept aims to improve individual soft skills, such as communication skills, creative intelligence and collaboration skills. Gamified training is a design of training through gamification so that it will produce an effective and targeted training. Gamification is a training policy using game pattern. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The 106 respondents were involved in this study. Data collection technique used questionnaires and analyzed by regression method. The results showed that there was significant positive effect between creative-oriented leadership with gamified training. Furthermore, gamified training has also been proven to improve the individual soft skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze rational consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used by researchers was source triangulation with analytical procedures including data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the consumption behavior of tourism bus entrepreneurs from being consumptive to being more rational during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rational behavior in this study is measured based on need, capability, best quality, and optimal utility.

Abstract

Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi stagnan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Banyak sekali UMKM mengalami penurunan penjualan dan tidak bisa berkembang bahkan hampir mengalami kebangkrutan. Kondisi tersebut membuat para pelaku UMKM harus berfikir untuk bisa tetap bertahan demi kelangsungan usahanya. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 banyak konsumen mengurangi interaksi di luar rumah dengan menjaga jarak guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19. Pelaku UMKM dapat melanjutkan usahanya dengan tetap memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen di masa pandemi dengan mengalihkan pembelian secara online. Beralihnya pembelian secara offline menjadi online (digital), akan mempermudah pelaku UMKM dalam memperluas akses pemasaran. Peran teknologi digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap UMKM. Paradigma teknologi yang muncul memanfaatkan potensi UMKM yang lebih kuat serta berkelanjutan. Social media dan E-commerce dapat menjadi wadah penjualan pelaku UMKM. Diketahui bahwa pelaku UMKM belum mengikuti perkembangan digital secara maksimal, terutama karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang digital marketing. Tujuan program pemberdayaan masyarakat pada UMKM di Kelurahan Plamongansari yaitu untuk memberikan pendampingan pelatihan digital marketing sebagai upaya pengembangan dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran berbasis teknologi (digital). Setelah melakukan pengabdian ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Plamongansari akan terus bersinergi demi keberlangsungan UMKM dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di dunia termasuk Indonesia, memberikan adanya kebijakan baru yaitu kebijakan Work Fom Home (WFH). Di masa pandemi belakangan ini menimbulkan banyak dilema bagi organisasi terkait keberhasilan kinerjanya atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara team work, perceived organizational support, dan employee wellbeing terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 89 responden yang termasuk dalam kelompok pekerja milenial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa team work yang baik dan adanya kesejahteraan yang diterima oleh karyawan atau employee wellbeing dapat meningkatkan produktivitas individu. Namun perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan karena masih lemahnya dukungan emosional terhadap individu di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Organizational succession can be determined by stable and significant work performance. The low work performance of employees due to the quality of training transfers that are less than optimal is the reason for this study. This study aims to analyze the effect of transfer of training and psychological empowerment that can affect the improvement of work performance through organizational commitment. The sample used is all staff-level employees at PT. BRI Life Insurance Semarang Regional Office, totaling 150 employees. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with AMOS SEM data analysis technique. The results showed that job performance can be influenced by the transfer of training and psychological empowerment through organizational commitment. From the results of the study, it can be concluded to improve work performance at PT. BRI Life Insurance Semarang Regional Office can be pursued by paying attention to and increasing the success of the transfer of training and psychological empowerment because they are important things and have been emphasized in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance in MSMEs. The research used in the study used explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all MSMEs in the fashion sector in Rembang Regency totaling 230 MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study was nonprobability sampling.  The method used was purposive sampling where researchers used an assessment of certain criteria in conducting research. The number of samples taken in this study was 70 MSMEs in the fashion sector that have been operating for at least 1 year. Respondents in this study were fashion MSMEs in Rembang Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on absorptive capacity. Absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance mediated by absorptive capacity.

Abstract

The rapid development of human communication and interaction contributes significantly to intergenerational differences. Today's workplace is occupied by mostly generation Z, a generation that is skilled in technology. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the relationship between personal branding and increasing career success for generation Z through the use of social media, Islamic human values, and skills among final students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muria Kudus University. The research population was 3846 students with 116 students being used as research samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed via a digital platform, namely Google Form. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) program. The results of this research show that the use of social media, Islamic human values, and skills have a significant positive effect on personal branding. Personal branding has a significant positive effect on generation Z's career success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets,  current ratio on stock retur. The objects chosen in this study were textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample selection using purposive sampling which yielded 58 samples. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis method used is Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that: (1) price earning ratio does not affect the stock return, (2) debt-to-equity ratio ratio does not affect the stock return, (3) return on assets does positive and significant influence the stock return, (4) current ratio does negative and significant influence the stock return, (5) price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and current ratio simultaneously positive and significant affect the Stock Return.
