Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social capital and human capital on marketing performance, with innovation capability as a mediating variable. The research object comprises all members of IWAPI (Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association) in Kudus Regency, totaling 40 womenpreneurs. The findings reveal that social capital significantly influences innovation capability but does not directly affect marketing performance. On the other hand, human capital has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance, both directly and through partial mediation by innovation capability. These results indicate that developing innovation capability is crucial for improving marketing performance. This study enhances understanding of how social and human capital contribute to marketing performance among womenpreneurs in Kudus Regency.

Abstract

Peran Empowering Leadership Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Karyawan Selama Work From Home. Kebijakan Work Fom Home (WFH) di masa pandemi belakangan ini menimbulkan banyak dilema bagi organisasi terkait keberhasilan kinerjanya atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Work from home (WFH) dan Computer-mediated communication (CMC) dengan produktivitas yang didukung dengan pemberdayaan kepemimpinan sebagai mediasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 89 responden yang termasuk dalam kelompok pekerja milenial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan mampu memediasi hubungan antara WFH dan CMC dengan meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja milenial. Fleksibilitas yang ditawarkan oleh WFH dan kenyamanan CMC serta dukungan intens dari para pemimpin dapat meningkatkan produktivitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets,  current ratio on stock retur. The objects chosen in this study were textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample selection using purposive sampling which yielded 58 samples. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis method used is Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that: (1) price earning ratio does not affect the stock return, (2) debt-to-equity ratio ratio does not affect the stock return, (3) return on assets does positive and significant influence the stock return, (4) current ratio does negative and significant influence the stock return, (5) price earning ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, return on assets, and current ratio simultaneously positive and significant affect the Stock Return.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workforce transformation on SME performance with ICT utilisation as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed using survey data collected from 119 SME owners. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that workforce transformation has a significant positive effect on ICT utilisation. Furthermore, ICT utilisation significantly improves SME performance. The findings also show that workforce transformation directly enhances SME performance. In addition, ICT utilisation partially mediates the relationship between workforce transformation and SME performance. These results suggest that the development of workforce capabilities and adaptability plays an important role in supporting the effective utilisation of digital technologies and improving SME performance. This study highlights the importance of strengthening workforce competencies, particularly digital skills, to support digital transformation in SMEs. Future research is recommended to involve larger samples and explore additional organizational factors that may influence SME performance.
