Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk menemukan kesalahan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika STKIP PGRI Nganjuk dalam menyelesaikan soal teori graf ditinjau dari perbedaan gender, (2) Untuk mengetahui penyebab kesalahan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika STKIP PGRI Nganjuk dalam menyelesaikan soal teori graf ditinjau dari perbedaan gender. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan purpossive sampling. Subjek penelitian dipilih dari mahasiswa semester VI Prodi Matematika STKIP PGRI Nganjuk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan oleh peneliti sendiri sebagai instrumen utama dan instrumen bantu berupa soal teori graf dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian : (1) kesalahan yang ditemukan pada mahasiswa Prodi Matematika STKIP PGRI Nganjuk: (a) mahasiswa perempuan dengan kognitif tinggi melakukan kesalahan operasi mahasiswa perempuan dengan kognitif rendah melakukan kesalahan konsep dan prinsip; (b) mahasiswa laki-laki dengan kognitif tinggi melakukan kesalahan konsep dan operasi,dan mahasiswa laki-laki dengan kognitif rendah melakukan kesalahan konsep dan prinsip. (2) Penyebab kesalahan pada mahasiswa Prodi Matematika STKIP PGRI Nganjuk perempuan dan laki-laki dengan kognitif tinggi dan sedang adalah kurang memahami secara menyeluruh definisi dan teorema-teorema yang ada dalam teori graf dan tidak mampu mengaplikasikan teorema ke dalam soal.

Abstract

Fakta yang diperoleh penulis pada saat belajar dan mengajar matematika di Perguruan Tinggi menunjukkan bahwa soal-soal matematika yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari masih rendah sehingga tidak dapat menumbuhkembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan soal Multi Representative Problem Solving Berbasis Contextual Problem pada konsep geometri yang valid dan praktis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah development research tipe formative research. Prosedur pengembangan soal dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu : Self Evaluation, Prototyping (validasi, evaluasi dan revisi), Field Test (Uji lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) pada tahap self evaluating telah dilakukan observasi lapangan dan analisa kebutuhan dengan hasil bahwa sarana di program studi pendidikan matematika STKIP PGRI Nganjuk memadai untuk pengembangan soal multirepresentasi berbasis kontekstual, mahasiswa membutuhkan soal-soal yang menantang untuk mereka selesaikan, dan dosen sangat mendukung adanya pengembangan soal multirepresetasi berbasi kontekstual pada materi geometri; (2) pada tahap prototyping menghasilkan soal hasil validasi ahli yang dinamakan prototype 2; (3) pada tahap field testing, prototype 2 diuji cobakan pada small group yang terdiri dari 6 mahasiswa dengan hasil reliabilitas sebesar 0,82 dan berdasarkan tanggapan mahasiswa bahwa keterbacaan soal sudah baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran geometri berbasis Multi Representative yang valid dan praktis sehingga dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall dengan mengambil 5 dari 10 tahapan yang ada didalamnya. Data diambil melalui validasi ahli untuk uji produk berupa Modul berbasis Multi Representative dan validasi lapangan untuk uji terbatas. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Hasil kelayakan modul yang divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan respon yang diberikan oleh siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan modul didapatkan hasil bahwa modul dengan kategori sangat baik dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. (2) Keefektifan modul dapat dilihat dari tingkat keterbacaan yang tinggi serta sesuai dengan kemampuan atau penguasaan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap modul yang dikembangkan, dalam penelitian ini yang diuji adalah keefektifan modul terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif. (3) Keefektifan modul dapat dilihat dari rata-rata kemampuan kreatif: (a) pada kelas kontrol nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 41,67 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 50,04 masih lebih rendah dibandingkan kelas ekperimen, (b) pada kelas eksperimen nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 41,48 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 73,89 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, (c) rata-rata nilai postetest kelas ekperimen > kelas kontrol yaitu 73,89 > 50,04 yang berarti kreativitas kelas ekperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, pada uji paired t-test, hasil yang didapat yaitu sig.2 tailed sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 penggunaan modul geometri berbasis multirepresentasi lebih efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk : (1) mengetahui bagaimana manfaat kuliah lapangan bagi mahasiswa prodi pendidikan ekonomi STKIP PGRI Nganjuk, (2) apa saja manfaat kuliah lapangan bagi mahasiswa prodi pendidikan ekonomi STKIP PGRI Nganjuk dan (3) untuk mengetahui kelancaran pelaksanaan kuliah lapangan pada mata Ekonomi Bisnis di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP PGRI Nganjuk. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan ekonomi STKIP PGRI Nganjuk angkatan 2017dengan total populasi penelitian adalah 27 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap dosen pengampu serta memberi kuesioner pada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sebesar 98% mahasiswa menyatakan kuliah lapangan sangat bermanfaat; (2) kuliah lapangan sangat bermanfaat diantaranya yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan tentang proses produksi, proses pengemasan dan proses pemasaran, mengetahui cara pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan alam, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan internal dan eksternal suatu industry, peningkatan keterampilan dan peningkatan kemampuan berkomunikasi.; (3) Pelaksanaan kuliah lapangan di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi pada mata kuliah Ekonomi Bisnis merupakan kegiatan yang baik dengan adanya pembimbingan oleh dosen kuliah lapangan, adanya prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan kuliah lapangan hingga pembimbingan penulisan laporan kegiatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter demokratis di MA AZ-ZAIN Lengkong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan langkahlangkah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan cross check, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan karakter demokratis di MA AZ-ZAIN dilakukan melalui (1) program pengembangan diri meliputi kegiatan rutin berupa siswa bergiliran memimpin berbaris di depan kelas sebelum masuk kelas, memimpin berdoa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dan membaca surat pendek, setiap hari siswa berdiskusi, presentasi dan tanya jawab; kegiatan spontan dengan memberikan peringatan, dan himbauan jika perilaku siswa kurang baik; keteladanan guru dengan bersikap demokratis; pengkondisian berupa pembentukan kelompok serta posisi duduk dibuat perkelompok (2) pembelajaran meliputi guru mencantumkan nilai karakter demokratis dalam silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yaitu disiplin dan percaya diri, menggunakan metodologi yang memungkinkan siswa menginternalisasi nilai karakter demokratis berupa diskusi, ceramah, tanya jawab, karya wisata, penugasan dan permainan; siswa diberi kesempatan menyajikan hasil pekerjaannya dengan presentasi dan evaluasi dilakukan dua arah; (3) budaya kelas dengan menciptakan iklim kelas yang mencerminkan karakter demokratis dengan membiasakan siswa bermusyawarah, mengangkat tangan sebelum berpendapat dan melatih siswa berdiskusi; (4) kendala yang dialami adalah kondisi kelas kurang kondusif karena siswa terlalu banyak, serta ruang kelas kurang begitu luas sehingga terkadang siswa ramai. This study aims to describe the implementation of democratic character education at MA AZ-ZAIN Lengkong.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking techniques use cross check, technique triangulation and source triangulation.The results of the study show that democratic character education in MA AZ-ZAIN is carried out through (1) self-development programs including routine activities in the form of students taking turns leading the class before entering class, leading prayers before and after learning and reading short letters, every day students discuss, presentations and questions and answers; spontaneous activities by giving warnings, and appeals if student behavior is not good; exemplary teacher by being democratic; conditioning in the form of forming groups and sitting positions are made in groups (2) learning includes the teacher including democratic character values in the syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan namely discipline and self-confidence, using a methodology that allows students to internalize democratic character values in the form of discussions, lectures, question and answer, field trips , assignments and games; students are given the opportunity to present the results of their work with a two-way presentation and evaluation; (3) class culture by creating a classroom climate that reflects democratic character by accustoming students to deliberations, raising their hands before giving opinions and training students to discuss; (4) the obstacles experienced were that the class conditions were not conducive because there were too many students, and the classrooms were not so wide that sometimes students were crowded.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Learning Analytics (LA) in improving mathematics learning outcomes in higher education. An explanatory sequential mixed-methods design was employed, beginning with quantitative data collection through pre-tests and post-tests, followed by qualitative analysis. Research instruments included a mathematics achievement test, semi-structured interview guidelines, observation sheets, and a student engagement questionnaire. The study involved 120 students and 6 mathematics lecturers. The results showed that the integration of AI (β = 0.624) and LA (β = 0.312) significantly accounted for 72.8% of the variance in students' mathematics achievement. The integrated system is capable of analyzing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects with a prediction accuracy of up to 94% and identifying 89% of learning issues before examinations. These findings provide an empirical foundation for developing effective, adaptive, and flexible mathematics learning systems in higher education.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become a key driver of economic growth and innovation. Universities play an important role in developing students' entrepreneurial competencies, but the factors influencing the success of students' start-up businesses must be better understood. This study aims to investigate the influence of experiential learning and entrepreneurial orientation on college students' start-up business performance and examine the moderating role of social networks. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from a sample of 150 entrepreneurial students at an Indonesian university through a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS. Results showed that experiential learning (β = 0.352, p < 0.001) and entrepreneurial orientation (β = 0.417, p < 0.001) positively and significantly influenced students' start-up business performance. The social network was found to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance (β = 0.183, p < 0.05). This study concludes that combining experiential learning, entrepreneurial mindset development, and social capital fostering is essential to nurturing successful young entrepreneurs. The findings provide valuable insights for universities in designing effective entrepreneurship education programs.

Abstract

The current curriculum emphasizes the use of technology in the learning process. Advances in science and technology have had a significant impact on the implementation of education. e-handout is a summary of learning material presented online which can help teachers and make it easier to deliver learning material so that learning objectives can be achieved as formulated. The aim of this research is to see the feasibility of developing PBL-based e-handouts with self-regulated learning on vector topics. This research is development research using the ADDIE model. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire to test the validity of material experts, language experts, and design experts. Based on the research results, it shows that material expert validation obtained an average of 91% with very feasible criteria, language expert validation obtained an average of 87.78% with very feasible criteria and based on the results of design expert validation obtained an average of 91.56% with very feasible criteria. . Thus, the development of PBL-based e-handouts with self-regulated learning on vector material has very good quality and is ready to be implemented more widely.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing entrepreneurial readiness among students enrolled in entrepreneurship courses at Universitas PGRI Mpu Sindok Nganjuk. Specifically, it explores the roles of family background, motivation, character, and entrepreneurship education in shaping students' preparedness to engage in entrepreneurial ventures. Data was collected from 200 students using a structured questionnaire, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the relationships between these factors. The results indicate that family background and entrepreneurship education significantly impact both entrepreneurship course participation and entrepreneurial readiness. Motivation and character, while positively associated with the outcomes, did not show statistically significant effects on entrepreneurial readiness. These findings suggest the importance of early exposure to entrepreneurship and the critical role of formal education in enhancing students' readiness to start their own businesses. The study highlights the need for curricula that integrate both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on entrepreneurial experiences.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to describe the critical thinking abilities of elementary school students with a field independent cognitive style and low self efficacy innumeracy problem solving. The study focuses on how students demonstrate critical thinking through clarification, strategy selection, and inference when addressing mathematical tasks.Method: A qualitative research approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of students thinking processes. The participants consisted of eight fifth grade students from SDN Ketintang II, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Group Embedded Figure Test (GEFT) to identify cognitive styles, self efficacy questionnaires to determine affective characteristics, numeracy tests, and semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed through qualitative procedures, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data credibility, technique triangulation and time triangulation were applied.Findings: The findings reveal that students with a field-independent cognitive style and low self efficacy were able to meet the three critical thinking indicators used in this study. Students demonstrated the ability to identify relevant information during the clarification stage, select appropriate strategies to solve numeracy tasks, and draw conclusions based on the information obtained.However, although these students tended to solve problems independently without seeking assistance from teachers or peers, they frequently expressed uncertainty regarding the accuracy of their answers, even when applying familiar solution strategies.Significance: This study provides insight into the interaction between cognitive style and self efficacy in shaping students’ critical thinking during numeracy activities in elementary mathematics learning. The findings suggest that strong cognitive independence does not automatically lead to high confidence in problem solving, highlighting the importance of integrating affective support alongside cognitive strategy instruction in elementary mathematics learning.
