Abstract

Supervision plays an important role in improving the overall quality of education. effective supervision not only focuses on oversight but also on professional development for educators. With the right approach, supervision can become a powerful tool to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. (SD). This research uses a qualitative method in the form of a literature review that analyzes various references related to Supervision Strategies that Affect the Quality of Learning. The purpose of academic supervision is to improve the quality of the learning process, among other things, by providing feedback, guidance, and developing teachers' abilities so that their competencies increase. Academic supervision is conducted with the intention of helping teachers develop their professional capabilities in understanding academics, classroom life, enhancing their teaching skills, and utilizing their abilities through certain techniques. This research emphasizes that supervision—both from the principal and supervisors—is an important factor in improving teacher performance.Effective supervision strategies must be designed systematically and planned to encourage the improvement of teaching quality, teacher professionalism, and student learning outcomes. By implementing the right supervision strategies, schools can create an effective, innovative, and sustainable learning culture, thereby positively impacting the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of homonyms in memes as a digital cultural phenomenon. The research method used is a qualitative method with a semantic approach, namely by exploring homonymous forms that are used to create meaning, humor, and social criticism in meme discourse. The research data was obtained through the collection of Indonesian memes from idntimes.com pages that contain elements of a homonym language game. The analysis was carried out by identifying homonymous words that give rise to ambiguity of meaning and examining the visual and linguistic context that reinforces the effects of humor and social innuendo. The results of the study show that homonyms in memes not only serve as a language game, but also as a rhetorical strategy to convey social criticism in a subtle and witty way. In addition, homonyms have proven to be effective in capturing the audience's attention because they bring out multiple layers of meaning and invite creative interpretations from readers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ilokusi direktif dalam novel laut bercerita karya Leila S. Chudori. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dan teknik catat. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan pragmatis dengan teknik dasar Pilah Unsur Penentu (PUP) dan teknik lanjutan berupa teknik Hubung Banding Menyamakan (HBS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan sebanyak 79 data tindak tutur ilokusi direktif dalam novel laut bercerita karya Leila S.Chudori mencakup perintah, permintaan, ajakan, nasihat, kritik, dan larangan. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bentuk perintah 40 data (fungsi memerintah 40 data, menginstruksikan 8 data), permintaan 11 data (fungsi meminta 8 data, mengharap 1 data, memohon 2 data), ajakan 8 data (fungsi mengajak 8 data), nasihat 10 data (Fungsi menasehati 5 data, menyerukan 5 data), kritikan 1 data (fungsi mengecam 1 data), dan larangan 1 data (fungsi melarang 1 data). Data yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu bentuk perintah dengan 48 data dan fungsi memerintah 40 data.
