Abstract

Pola hidup bersih  merupakan suatu perilaku dimana seseorang menerapkan perilaku kebersihan dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya dengan memperhatikan tingkat kesehatannya. Hidup sehat merupakan hal yang seharusnya diterapkan oleh setiap orang karena manfaat yang didapat sangat banyak, mulai dari kesehatan jiwa dan raga, kefokusan dalam mengerjakan sesuatu, kesejahteraan hidup anggota keluarga, hingga terciptanya suasana yang indah, asri serta damai sehingga membuat lingkungan hidup terasa nyaman. Kelompok mahasiswa KKN Mahasiswa Uniba memiliki misi untuk menjadikan masyarakat Desa Bacem RT 04/RW V kecamatan Grogol  Kabupaten Sukoharjo menyadari akan pentingnya menerapkan pola hidup sehat melalui beberapa program kerja terkait dengan pola hidup bersih. Beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi makanan bergizi seimbang serta penyuluhan cara mencuci tangan dengan tepat yang dilakukan di Desa Bacem Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan membagikan handsanitizer dan masker, mengingat masih rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan. Hasilnya, melalui beberapa kegiatan di atas mampu menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih. Kata Kunci : Pola Hidup Bersih, Mencuci Tangan.

Abstract

ThePpurpose of this research is to determine the relationship of the influence of motivation, environment, and work discipline on the performance of PT Dolphin Putera Sejati Sukoharjo employees. The method used on this research is descriptive quantitative with SPSS 25 tested on 115 respondents from the results using incidental sampling sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regressionOanalysis techniques regression test, F test, T test, and also the coefficient of determination. The results of this research showothat simultaneously motivation, environment, and work discipline have a major impact onOemployee performance, which is 67,7% and the remaining 32,3% is influenced by other factors such as leadership, work commitment, job satisfaction, and so on. Abstract

The goal of this research was to ascertain how employee performance at PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia Semarang City was impacted by discipline, motivation, and the workplace environment. A descriptive quantitative method was utilized by the researchers. The study was carried out at PT Semarang Autocamp Manufacturing Indonesia and would last around three months, from January to March 2023. The 50 participants in this research were all PT Semarang Autocamp Manufacturing Indonesia workers. All 50 workers of PT Semarang Autocamp Manufacturing Indonesia were the sample in this research. Non-probability sampling was employed by researchers. As a result of this research, employee performance at PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia Semarang City is simultaneously and significantly impacted by discipline, motivation, and work environment. The outcomes of work environment, motivation, and discipline have a simultaneous and considerable impact on employee performance at PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia Semarang City, according to the t test. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, competence and work discipline on the employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The research population is all employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo, amounted 55 employees and the sample used is taken from the entire population. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling or the census sampling method. The research data is in the form of primary and secondary data collected through observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2) with the analytical tool SPSS program version 23. The results showed that training, competence and work discipline each had a positive and significant impact on the employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value is 0,773 or 77,3% which indicates that the employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo can be influenced by training, competency and work discipline variables, while the remaining 22,7% is explained by other variables not included in this study, for example motivation, compensation, job satisfaction, organizational culture, work environment and other variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers, brand image, and trust in purchasing decisions for Wardah Skincare products in Sami Luwes Surakarta. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population is consumers who buy and use Wardah Skincare in Sami Luwes Surakarta. The sample is 100 people calculated by the unknown population formula and taken by purposive sampling. Linear regression test, t-test, and coefficient of determination were used to analyze the data. The result is celebrity endorsers, brand image, and trust each have positively and significantly affected the decision to purchase Wardah Skincare products at Sami Luwes Surakarta. Abstract

Community service with the title Economic Improvement in the Pandemic Period in Puro Village, Karangmalang District, Sragen Regency. It has been held on Sunday, December 19, 2021. At the Puro village hall yard, starting at 10.00-11.30 WIB. The aim is to ease the economic burden of the Puro village community during the pandemic and the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education. The service method is carried out by initial surveys, implementation and evaluation of activities. The results of community service in Puro village, Karangmalang, Sragen district, have been carried out smoothly, successfully and have received support from stakeholders, both the security apparatus, namely the police, babinsa village apparatus and the Puro village community. The achievement of community service goals, namely; 1) Slightly ease the economic burden on the Puro village community in terms of basic needs, namely minimum basic necessities for the next few days; 2) It is carried out smoothly and successfully for the tri dharma activities of higher education, especially community service in 2021.

Abstract

Tujuan peneliitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, PersepsiHarga dan Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen PadaKedai Heika Kopi Sukoharjo. Penelitianini berlandaskan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Jumlah populasi 9.100 konsumen. Sampel yang diambil 100responden, Pemilihan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling insidental. Data diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesiioner. Uji F, uji t, regresii llinear berganda dan koefisien determiinasi (R2) digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan fasilitas berrpengaruh secarapositif dan signiifikan terrhadap kepuasan konsumenn pada Kedai Heikaa Kopi Sukohaarjo, sedangkan persepsi harga tidak berpengaaruh positif dan signifikaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Keedai Heika Kopii Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of leadership, environment, and work discipline on the performance of members of the Karanganyar Police. It employs a descriptive quantitative research approach, utilizing purposive sampling for data collection. The analysis techniques utilized include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficients. Data processing was conducted using IDM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings indicate that leadership, environment, and work discipline positively influence the performance of Karanganyar Police members. The t-test results demonstrate that these factors significantly affect performance. Additionally, the F test results reveal that leadership, environment, and work discipline collectively have a significant impact on the performance variabels of the Karanganyar Police members. The R² test results show that these three factors account for 49.8% of the performance variabels, while the remaining 50.2% is attributed to other external variabels such as work stress, workload, motivation, communication, work culture, and others.
