Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase skewer production at skewer MSMEs in Krasak village. The transition from the process of making skewers manually to using a skewer machine. Provide education on the use of skewer machines. Testing the performance of the satay skewer machine found 286 skewers in 1 minute compared to the manual process which produced 25 skewers in 1 minute. From these results it can be concluded that the use of skewer machines is very effective and can increase skewer production in skewer SMEs in Krasak village.

Abstract

This study discusses composite polymer of LLDPE and PLA at a ratio of 100: 0, 80:20, 60:40, 40:60, 20:80, 0: 100 with 4 phr LLDPE-g-MA compatibilizer. The process of making composite was performed using rheomix, which was then molded into thin sheets using hydraulic hot press to test its mechanical properties, i.e. SEM, TGA and biodegradable. The test results of mechanical properties (tensile strength and elongation at break) showed that the less the composition of PLA in the composite, the higher the mechanical properties. SEM composite test results have indicated that the LLDPE/PLA composite has a smooth surface, indicating good compatibility between LLDPE and PLA. The TGA testing produced thermal degradation in the composite sample as the PLA compositions decreased. The biodegradable test results showed that the more the PLA composition increased, the higher the missing mass of the compositesamples. Based on the test results, composite LLDPE/PLA can be used as a polybag plastic because it has strong mechanical properties and environmentally friendly due to the fact that it can be degraded by microorganisms.

Abstract

The expansion of the market or need for satay skewers has resulted in micro, small and medium enterprises producing satay skewers, especially in Krasak Kualahan village, to meet consumer needs. In Krasak village, micro, small and medium businesses still use traditional methods to process bamboo into skewers. However, this method requires a long time. Therefore, this machine was created to help skewer production businesses speed up the production process. By making a skewer printing machine using Double Roll technology, it will help businesses to increase production results. Double Roll technology is a technology that utilizes two rolls that are close together to produce thrust. The way this skewer molding machine works is by inserting bamboo pieces 50mm wide and 0.8mm thick, 22 cm long between the rollers that coincide with each other. This machine has 2 knife functions, namely flattening and forming uses an AC electric motor as a driver with specifications 1Phase 1HP 1400RPM.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan metode Think Pair Share dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi pada peserta didik kelas XI MA Sholahuddin Kabupaten Demak pada tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Latar belakang penelitian ini berdasarkan di MA Sholahuddin Demak pada saat pembelajaran cenderung pasif. Melihat fenomena seperti ini, perlu adanya model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan metode yang sesuai biar siswa tidak cenderung bosan dan mampu memahami akan pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh pendidik. Salah satunya pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi mempergunakan metode Think Pair Share pada peserta kelas XI MA Sholahuddin Kabupaten Demak tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu, bagaimana keefektifan metode Think Pair Share dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi pada peserta didik kelas XI MA Sholahuddin Kabupaten Demak tahun pelajaran 2024/2025? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan keefektifan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi pada peserta didik kelas XI MA Sholahuddin Kabupaten Demak tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan true experimental dalam bentuk posttest-only control design. Pengambilan teknik sampel yaitu random sampling dengan populasi penelitian seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MA Sholahuddin Kabupaten Demak, dan sampel yang dipergunakan yaitu peserta kelas XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 2 dengan mempergunakan teknik pengambilan data yaitu teknik tes dan non-tes. Data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diuji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data yang didapatkan atas hasil posttest rata-rata kelas eksperimen 77,8 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata kelas kontrol 67,8. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh sebesar 4,26 yang lebih besar dari dengan taraf signifikan 1% pada dk = 50 diperoleh hasil 2,38. Dengan demikian hipotesis alternative Ha diterima dan data yang diperoleh sangat signifikan. Dalam uji non-tes didapatkan hasil bahwa peserta didik lebih berminat dan aktif dalam pembelajaran menggunakan metode Think Pair Share. Saran yang disampaikan yakni guru dapat memilih dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang mendorong peserta didik agar senantiasa dapat lebih aktif, menyenangkan dan kreatif agar peserta didik lebih mudah memahami dan mendapatkan nilai yang terbaik. Kata kunci: Keefektifan Model, Think Pair Share, Menulis, Teks Eksplanasi.

Abstract

Post-covid-19, various aspects of life have been affected, especially the use of the curriculum in early childhood education. The curriculum is an important part of education and requires innovation and development in accordance with the demands of the times. This study aims to determine the implementation of the integrative thematic-based 2013 curriculum in the Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten post-covid-19. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique was carried out through several techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman approach. Analysis of the data through the stages of data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that learning is carried out with a comprehensive learning system with the selection of group class management. The successful implementation of this integrative thematic curriculum is seen in terms of the planning and implementation of learning carried out at the Islamic Kindergarten al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. These successes include increasing children's motivation, increasing children's development, and evaluating the learning carried out. Not only that, through the implementation of the 2013 curriculum on an integrative thematic basis, teachers are more active and more creative in developing various fun learning experiences for early childhood.

Abstract

Abstract. The Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) process with chemical techniques carried out by injecting chemicals such as surfactants, can be an alternative to increase oil production, especially in old oil wells. This study investigated the best formulation of non-ionic surfactants based on the mole ratio of oleic acid and PEG-400 as well as catalyst types such as KOH and p-TSA 1%, which are used in surfactant synthesis to be able to increase oil production. The tests carried out are the value of acid, saponification, ester, and iodine, FTIR, NMR as well as a test of compatibility, phase behavior, and IFT. The results showed that the best formulation of ester polyethylene glycol oleate with reaction temperature conditions of 130oC was at a mole ratio of 1: 4 using a 1% p-TSA catalyst with a value of acid is 3,61 mg KOH/g, saponification is 144,12 mg KOH/g, ester is 140,51 mg KOH/g and iodine is 76,70 g I2/100 g. The compatibility tests and phase behavior show that this surfactant can be developed in chemical EOR with an IFT value of 2,6 x 10-1 mN/m. Abstract

This study utilize vegetable oil derivatives as a polyol in polyurethane. A modification of epoxy using polyurethane was done using ester derivative of vegetable oils as polyols, which was polyethylene glycol monooleate (PEGMO). The PEGMO was synthesized via an esterification reaction. The synthesis of polyurethane-modified epoxy using polyethylene glycol monooleate ester (PME-PEGMO) was conducted by reacting epoxy, tolonate and PEGMO. Analysis results of FTIR and H-NMR showed a new absorption peak derived from the urethane bond. The mechanical and thermal properties were characterized by a universal testing machine (UTM) and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA), respectively. According to the analysis results, it is shown that the addition of polyethylene glycol monooleate ester-based polyurethane on epoxy improved the mechanical properties of the epoxy, from 69.61 kgf/cm2 to139.80 kgf/cm2. However, it decreased the thermal stability of the epoxy. At 500°C, the mass of epoxy was remaining 28%, while the PME-PEGMO was only 13%.
