Abstract

As one of the best coffee producers in West Nusa Tenggara, Sajang Village has tremendous potential to be developed in terms of economy and tourism. The village, located at the foot of Mount Rinjani, can produce coffee that attracts coffee lovers. Most villagers are coffee farmers who depend on their livelihood to improve their welfare. Some of the challenges faced include coffee processing still using traditional systems. However, some others have implemented conventional methods, selling crops that are still below the standard price and marketing networks that are still minimal. To provide better economic benefits, the community as coffee farmers want a community that can accommodate their aspirations and desires and be able to answer the problems faced to get solutions. By assisting with lecture and discussion methods with several coffee farming community members accompanied by local community leaders, it was agreed to form the embryo of the Sajang coffee farmer cooperative that houses the coffee farming community as its members. The presence of the community can build local economic independence that provides a better domino effect for their lives. So, through this service, assistance in forming a coffee farmer cooperative embryo becomes a bridge to getting answers to the problems and challenges coffee farmers face in Sajang Village.

Abstract

Every business entity has achievements that are continuously evaluated related to the business operations carried out. The evaluation is carried out through financial performance analysis to obtain development information for each period related to the achievement of financial performance. This study aims to be able to provide an assessment of financial performance achievements using standard calculations of financial ratios obtained from financial statements from the period 2017 to 2021 at the Sadar Village Unit Cooperative (KUD). Evaluation of financial achievement is calculated by analyzing the ratio of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability using financial ratios from the aspect of productivity and cooperative performance assessment based on the Regulation of the Minister of State of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006. The results showed that the liquidity ratio, namely the current ratio and cash ratio, showed unfavorable criteria, the solvency ratio of debt to total asset ratio and debt to equity ratio obtained a good category, the activity ratio consisting of receivable turn over and asset turn over was in the excellent criteria and the profitability ratio consisting of the Return On Asset ratio, Return On Equity was in the unfavorable criteria and Net Profit Margin was in a significant condition quite good and good. The ratio is one of the important considerations used for decision making and evaluating the performance carried out.

Abstract

Sistem Kewaspadaan Pangan dan Gizi (SKPG) merupakan intrumen pendeteksi dini kondisigizi dan kerawanan pangan pada suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa sajafaktor pendukung stabilitas ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisistabilitas ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahapan penyusunanSKPG dan bagaimana Peran SKPG dalam mendukungstabilitas ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif melaluiobservasi dan wawancara lapangan. Hasil penelitianini menunjukkan bahwa Sstem Kewaspadaan Pangan dan Gizi memiliki peran penting dalam mendukungstabilitas perekonomian. SKPG yang berfunngsisebagai alat pendeteksi dini mengenai kerawananpangan, dengan menyediakan data atau indiktor-indikator yang akurat, SKPG dapat mecegah terjadinyakrisisis pangan yang dapat menurunksn pendapatanmasyarakat sehingga dengan adanya SKPG dapatmenjaga kestabilan harga pangan, mengantisipasiterjadinya inflasi dan menjaga ketersediaan pangan.

Abstract

The success of pawnshops in achieving their goals is very dependent on marketing strategies so that their products can be accepted and sold in the market. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, pawnshops, especially the Sweta branch, need to continue to improve product quality to attract and retain customers in order to achieve sales targets. In introducing and promoting sharia KUR products to prospective borrowers PT. Pegadaian Sweta Branch implements an effective marketing strategy, namely canvassing. Activity canvassing is a direct marketing activity in the form of promotions as carried out by PT employees. Sweta Branch Pawnshop by visiting potential customers directly to introduce and offer products available at the pawnshop. This research aims to test the effect canvassing on sales of sharia KUR products at PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop and test how big the influence is canvassing on sales of sharia KUR products at PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 47 respondents who were employees of PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence on canvassing regarding sales of sharia KUR products, this can be proven from the results of the t test that the t-calculated value is 10.628 > the t-table value, namely 1.6794. And the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Furthermore canvassing has a strong influence on sales of KUR sharia products at PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop. It can be seen from the R Square value that it is 71% and the remaining 28.5% is influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah e-service quality dan e-satisfaction berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat beli produk kesehatan pada SO CNI Mataram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan SO CNI Mataram yang pernah berbelanja melalui marketpalace. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil uji secara parsial yaitu e-service quality memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 4,042 > dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,985 yang dapat dikatakan e-service quality berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada SO CNI Mataram. Selanjutnya e-satisfaction memiliki nilai thitung 12,540 > 1,985, yang menandakan e-satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap minat beli produk kesehatan pada SO CNI Mataram. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan e-service quality dan e-satisfaction memiliki nilai Fhitung 162,099 > dari nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,09, dapat disimpulkan e-service quality dan e-satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada SO CNI Mataram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan memperhatikan e-service quality dan e-satisfaction yang baik mampu meningkatkan minat beli produk pada SO CNI Mataram

Abstract

One form of local wisdom possessed by the people of Bali and Lombok is known as menyama braya. Menyama braya is an excellent capital and foundation for creating harmony in life, regardless of ethnic or religious differences as well as race and skin colour, to live together and side by side in society. This research aims to determine the implementation of menyama braya as a form of local culture and wisdom, which is studied through the application of the principle of accountability in the elements of consistency and transparency in the financial management of Banjar Kertha Bhuwana. Using a qualitative research design with descriptive research methods, data collection was carried out using literature and field studies using triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research show that the implementation of consistency and transparency in financial management in the Banjar Kertha Bhuwana organization contains the implementation of the concept of menyama braya, which is included in the implementation of awig-awig as well as decisions taken through the results of the paruman banjar which regulates the obligations and rights of all banjar members. So, in this way, the cultural process and local wisdom values can influence the financial management process in Banjar Kertha Bhuwana to achieve everyday needs and goals

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) collaboration based on the economy, law, education, and Hindu culture in Banjar Amerta Sari, Ree District, Sumbawa Regency. Thru interviews, observations, and document studies, this research reveals that the PKM program has a positive impact on increasing community income thru Hindu culture-based entrepreneurship, agricultural technology training, and strengthening legal understanding and skills education. This program also strengthens the preservation of Hindu culture and enhances understanding of customary law as a channel for dispute resolution. The main challenges faced are limited access to technology and financial support for micro-enterprises, which hinders business development. This research concludes that multidisciplinary collaboration combining economics, law, education, and Hindu culture can be a sustainable solution for empowering rural communities and improving their quality of life.

Abstract

The study analyzes and compares the financial health of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) and PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) using the Altman Z-Score method for 2021-2024 period. The reseacrh employs a descriptive comparative quantitative method with secondary data from audited financial statements published on the indonesia stock exchange. The Altman Z-Score formula consists of four financial ratios: Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earning to Total Assets, EBIT to Total Assets, and Book Value of Equity to Total Liabilities. Results show that Alfamart transformed from the grey zone in 2021-2022 (Z-Scores 1.5100 and 1.9788) to the safe zone in 2023-2024 (Z-Scores 2.8310 and 4.1634), reflecting comprehensive fundamental improvements Alfamidi improved from the distress zone in 2021 (Z-Score 0.3462) to the grey zone in 2023-2024 (Z-Scores 2.3848 and 2.2727), though the 2024 decline indicates sustainability challenges. Comparative analysis reveals Alfamart consistently demonstrated superior performance with 40.7% average annual Z-Score growth, while Alfamidi showed higher volatility with persistent negative working capital. The financial health gap widened in 2024 with a Z-Score difference of 1.8907 points.This study concludes both companies improved financial health, but Alfamart showed more consistent and sustainable performance, while Alfamidi requires strategic consolidation to maintain improvement and reach the safe zone.

Abstract

This study examines the financial performance trends of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk for the period 2021-2024 using profitability ratios and activity ratios. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with time series analysis on secondary data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange, analyzing how aggressive expansion strategies affect financial performance in the minimarket retail sector. The research result show a paradox, although the company demonstrated strong sales growth or an increase of 39.2% and asset utilization with a TATO ranging from 3,05-3,15 times and an inventory turnover of 9,70-10,62 times per year, profitability margins remained moderate with a stable GPM of 21-22% and an NPM decrease from 4% to 3%. ROA showed fluctuations between 10-13%, while ROE decreased from 30% to 23%, indicating that asset and equity growth outpaced profit growth. The declining trend of several ratios in 2024 indicates that the new outlets have not yet reached operational maturity. This research contributes to understanding the trade off between expansion strategies and short-term profitability in Indonesia’s competitive minimarket industry. However, the limitations of the research include the absence of competitor benchmarking, a short observation period, and reliance on quantitative financial data without qualitative strategic factors. Future research should integrate comparative analysis with competitors, extend the observation period, and use qualitative methods to provide comprehensive insights into the effectiveness of expansion strategies.
